I purchased a product "gb home gym set 24 kg plates, 3 ft curl rod, gloves, rope for beginners" on 21st june. I raised a claim because the delivery was being delayed and the tracking number was wrong. Shipping company was denying the tracking number provided to me. Then i received the shipment on 7th or 8th of july after approximately 18 days and it was not as described. I had ordered a curl rod with wrights and what i received was a straight rod. I tried to upload the pictures on the website on claim page, and i was not able to upload the pictures or make any comments on that page.
Then over the phone, the claim reason was changed and i was given an e-mail address "[protected]@ebay.Com" to send the the pictures, which i sent and representative confirmed images as received.

Guarantee teem tried to call me after a month, when i was traveling and they could not reach my number and the claim was closed. Now they say as the claim has been closed, they can't do anything. I had tried contacting seller. He do not pick up the calls and do not reply to e-mails.

Such a ridiculous customer service. So as per ebay should i accept what i received? Should i accept the product even if it was not what i had ordered. And if was not able to answer the call, does it prove that i will have to accept the product as it is and do i have no option to get replacement or refund?

I'll never suggest anyone to buy from e-bay.

    I bought a dell refurnished laptop from ebay costing rs. 17999/-. It was faulty so i sent it back by again spending rs. 1000- more. According to their so called policy the case have been resolved within 20 working days, but they took almost 30 working days to relsolve my case. Then again according to their so called process it should take highest 15 days to get the dds generated and sent to me. But, now it is again 30 days and the result is a big zero. They did not even dispatched my dds. Evrytime i call them they give me a new timeline and their customer care executives are not even trained properly to provide correct answer.

      I purchased a dell led display, from

      Via - ebay.In

      Problem - i got an led display with manufacturing defect (Color line) according to ebay.In and seller, this defected item should be replaced by manufacturer that is dell.
      Please tell me what is truth?

      Beside that i visited dell service center at kolkata.
      They also did not cooperate me by not verifying my product or they dont even provided dead on arrival. They almost humiliated me.

        This is regarding my PaisaPay ID [protected] for which i filed claim and my claim was approved from ebay for complete refund of Rs 1575 on 29 june 2016.

        Its been more then 35 days my refund is still not processed.I have contacted ebay several times and they " We are sorry that your demand draft has yet not been issued and apologize the inconvenience caused to you.Usually, we dispatch the demand draft within 15 working days from the date of claim closure. An incident of this type is a rare occurrence.
        Nevertheless, be assured we will have this escalated to our specialized team who looks into such cases and will get back to you with an updated resolution at the earliest.

        We know that this is not the resolution you are hoping for at this time, however once again be assured that we are doing everything we can to avoid such unfortunate situations in future. We request for your patience and co-operation during this time.

            About claim - 1903903 it is worst experience with Ebay and its associates. ( for this kindly check my calls and chats with your so called customer care center) i have been continues following up for my refund which is not received yet, and every time when i call i get same standers answer "it will take 15 days" now you please calculate how many days passed and what is result. i need concrete answer now and hope you will reply me . that when wiil be my refund transferred to my account, and if not than what? who is next authority to followup ?

              On 19-Feb-2016, I purchased a data cable(PaisaPay ID [protected]) worth Rs 90. The item was damaged and so I claimed for refund and my refund was approved on March 2016. For purchasing this item, I used a coupon worth Rs 46 and the balance amount of Rs 44 was paid using Paytm Wallet. After refund approval, I received the amount I paid using paytm wallet and coupon was not refunded so far. It's almost 6 months. Regarding this issue, I have contacted ebay customer care for more than 15 times and every time I contacted them, I always got the reply " You will receive the coupon in 7 working days". But still I have not received. Similarly I purchased a Sony MDR E9LP(PaisaPay ID [protected]) on 24-Apr-2016 and as the item was not shipped by the seller within time period mentioned by ebay, Refund was initiated by the ebay system automatically. For this purchase, I used a coupon worth Rs 203 and the balance amount of Rs 355 was paid using Paytm Wallet. After refund approval, the amount I paid using Paytm wallet was refunded successfully. But the amount I paid in the form ebay coupon was not refunded so far. Regarding this issue, I have contacted ebay customer care for more than 8 times. All the times I contacted them, they said "I will get the coupon within 7 working days". On July 27, 2016 I contacted the ebay higher official and said to them If my coupon will not be delivered within 7 working days, I will reach the help of consumer court. Also I told them consider it as final notice. My coupon is not delivered yet. They are again telling me to wait for 7 days. I have gone through severe troubles because of this issue. I have spent more than 9 hours typing to the customer care representative and more than 4 hours waiting to contact them(I was on the queue because other customers are busy with customer care representatvie). I need your help in getting me the coupon worth Rs 46 and Rs 203 on the above two issues. Also I need the compensation for all the hours of waiting and mental depression that they have caused me.

                I purchase a sony xperia z3 in rs.18, 500. Its a china assembled phone, refurbished item. Seller listed brand new. Phone is not starting, and i received duplicate charge, box and earphone as well. Phone is total refurbished with cheap back cover and side panel and duplicate screen touch (Visible touch patterns in light). I mailed to seller about the concern and seller ready to refund for the item once i shipped back to seller. But ebay try to contact me, one time i am not available, then i call back to ebay and arrange a call, second time i am not aware of the call because it's saturday (Customer care told me that we don't call on saturday and sunday) and they rejected my claim telling that buyer is not contactable. So what i can do, please help me its a total loss of 18500 rupees, they cheat me seller ready buyer ready then what is the problem. What i can do please suggest me please. I am crying.

                  I have purchased “cool pad note 3” mobile from e bay through karthik enterprises, 6/7, 2nd floor, poornayya chattram road, balepet, banglore-560053, vide inv. No. Under reference, with po ref. No. [protected].
                  This mobile was received me at varanasi on 15/07/2016, on testing on same day it was found the set is defective as it was hanging then shut down and then restart again and again, now it is totally dead. On complaint to e-bay, they suggested to talk to seller for its replacement.
                  I tried various times to contact seller on mobile no.[protected], but phone was not picked, even after sending sms and e-mail regarding my complaint no response received till date.

                  In this situation, please tell me the solution to replace /refund money of this set immediately.

                    I purchased one panasonic cordlessphone (kx - tg 6511) from ebay at a cost of rs. 2420.00 on 3rd january 2016 (vide paisapay id [protected]) on ebay guarantee only. the phone became u/s in end may 2016 and returned it to seller, ganapati 714 (email — [protected]@gmail.com) on 16th june 16 on their advice for repairs. they kept it in their custody for 6 (six) weeks and continued to inform me that they needed more time for one reason or other. on much prodding the seller finally returned the unrepaired phone on 27th july 16 and through ebay sent a message that the phone was water damaged and could not be repaired. this is a blatant lie and a desperate plea to avoid paying refund. is not it surprising that the seller kept mum for 42 days and never said anything about it. they had anyway to concoct a lie to refrain from paying refund!
                    I lodged a complaint and filed a claim with ebay vide claim id no.
                    2203150 for refund on 1st. august 16. ebay informed me via email on 6th august 16 that my claim has been rejected on ineligibility criterion
                    But did not specify any reason. i feel sure the judgment is flawed, decision arbitrary and devoid of fair play.

                      I ordered a bp monitor from ebay they sent me empty box.n since may i have been approaching them but everytime i call they give a timeline of 7-10 days...i have called about 10-12 times but all i got is 7-10 days that too excluding sat n sunday its been 2 months since i have been calling.
                      Now i understood how they cheat ...
                      Plz any1 dont buy anything from ebay if you dont wanna loose your money...
                      N ofcourse they said everytime that they will update me by 3 Days no call n no email comes and when i complain about this they say they tried calling i dint pickup phone.
                      Stay aware from fraudulent i lost around 425 u may loose big amount...

                            On 19th June, I purchased a mini refrigerator but due to size issues, I don’t want that. I immediately sent an email to ebay and seller to cancel my order. But seller shipped the item without contacting me and once I received that item, he replied on that cancellation message that “ Contact Ebay customer care for cancellation”. You can check my email sent to ebay and seller.

                            I don’t understand that if I sent an email to the seller, why the hell they shipped the item. They are just forcing me to accept their product.
                            I am using ebay for almost 7-8 years, this is the second time I am facing this ridiculous issue.


                            The packet was received by my father when I was at my office and he opened it as he don’t know about the same. When I came back, I immediately packed the item.
                            Now your ebay executive telling me that I have opened the item, so you need to visit the service centre.
                            Why I purchasing online items to visit to service centres? I don’t have enough time.

                              I have ordered 2 PIECES - Soft Transparent Back Cover For Intex Aqua
                              Order ID [protected]. Paid advance on 19th July
                              At time of buying It displayed delivery date 24th - 27th July.
                              Immediately next day it made delivery date 8th August.
                              I contacted Customer care they refused to help any way in matter of delivery date.
                              Ultimately I received on 1st August. (12 days after I paid) from Chandigarh to Mumbai - seller to me.
                              Product is scratched and inferior quality. compared to as described in website.
                              No formal packing. just entered in cellophane packet and then in a plain brown envelop. Courier tracking ID issued also wrong, never shown status of shipment.
                              Extremely bad experience.

                                I purchase a phone (Lenova a6010) from ebay... But i receive an box that only contain a charger there is no phone in the box.. I complaint on ebay customer care many times.. But they are not care about it and very irresponsibility towards my complaint... I lost the price with 8400.. And they said that its lost from dtdc you complaint against dtdc and the dtdc executives said that complaint on consumer court against ebay.. What i actualy want to do.. How can i get my claim..

                                  I am v.kesavan from mumbai.i ordered 4pcs 3mm twist drills and 6pcs wood milling burrs for dremel drill carving locat for the amount of rupees1010/- in e bay. my paisapay id [protected].
                                  i booked on 12th july 2016. its supposed to deliver on 16th july. but i received that parcel on 18th july only, with the product broken and drilling machine is missing.
                                  i made a call many times to call center number. but again again they are telling to upload a photo. i already uploaded 4 times.but no reply for that. only thing that i am receiving messages and email regarding this. but no reply for that mails.
                                  make necessary steps for either refund or product replacement.
                                  even we can't able to reply through that mails.also have to wait more than 15 minutes for each time calling for ebay call centres.

                                    I have requested ebay to send me the invoivce 50 times atlest but they didn't send it.
                                    I can't reship the item without the bill. To reship mobile item we need bill to fill some form in Blue dart.
                                    eBay is nither sending me the bill or collecting the used phone from me and not refunding my money even after 1 month.
                                    Even eBay still now didn't block the fraud seller. The same seller is doing same thing with other customer.
                                    I wouldn't suggest anyone to buy any product from eBay. They are running a fraud online side.
                                    India govt should take strong action against eBay.

                                      I had ordered Sony vaio's battery bearing the model number SONY VAIO VPCSB36FN - 6 CELL ORIGINAL LAPTOP NOTEBOOK BATTERY - VGP-BPS24 [protected] ) on 9th of June 2016 and the product got delivered to me on 25th June 2016.

                                      However after few days, I found that the battery is not working properly and raised a return request. Accordingly, I returned the product on 13/July/2016 via blue dart courier. The bill number is [protected]. Later on after tracking, I call this number [protected] to find out status of receipt. They confirmed the receipt of the product. Later on I tried calling ebay services, but they kept say you DD will be sent to you within 15 working days. As of now I have not received any tracking details. Further, whenever I am calling the ebay tallfree number - the costumer care number, I get a message " all our staff is busy in handling other services". So what should I do to get back my money. The cost price of the battery is Rs. 3999/.

                                        I have purchased a Sony Xperia Z3V cellphone from Ebay India, They delivered me a fake cellphone with different box, The cellphone is heating and charging time is too late, phone is charging 70% battery in 6 hours, so i have claim ebay to refund or replacement.                                         There is going to complete 19 day's but they are not reply me directly. Instead of replacing and refunding handset they keep on sending me message only.
