Should be shared with maximum.I shall make negative remarks at all possible way till get justice.but requires quick Claim refund. I'm being a LIC employee having a wide well wisher base. They responded about eBay negative. Pl. don't erode or customers.When n where matter ends. Solution how far? My son's batch mates are making fun about eBay. Do u listen?
See the plight. My son VIT student is suffering from defective Laptop supplied by EBay, his study is compromising. When I contact or write on Facebook they falsely say matter will be resolved wef 01/0716 .What their worthless Marketing Head is doing? Sucking money and passing leisure time? They say I have prove the defective/fault, what a joke.

Seller has sold Me a second hand I phone 5s gold 64gb with complete dead battery. Trying to call to claim warranty, seller is voluntarily not picking my call also have tried to contact eBay customer care support to find a solution they are not providing any solution keep on saying the complaint has been raised it will be forward to concern desk. This was the reply I am getting every time I was really fed up with this calling seller and eBay. I need a quick solution. Please take necessary action.

I have ordered two nokia mobiles from ebay and when it was delivered to me buttons of both mobiles are not workig and ebay is showing a message that these products cannot be replaced or returned i also tried to contact to the seller and i sent him/her a message about my problem but no reply came and i am feeling like my money has been wasted i have bills of both of mobiles

On 11.8.16 I paid Rs. 390/ to ebay.in on sbi online bank to buy 2set of promote control cover. My account name pnsri-1(I'd [protected]@yahoo.com. But no order found in tracking if my account. I have contacted eBay by telephone, emailsmire than 5 times. My eBay account name pnsri-1and please resolve the issue. Ref my email complaints details.

I purchased used iphone 6 on 27 May 2016 for 26, 000.
Within a month, it started giving issues in charging. As it is not under warranty, I got it fixed from a local shop in mumbai, but again after some days it gave issue in charging. The guy at shop told me that the phone has been tempered and some parts are not original in phone, they have been replaced. He even told me that there s issue with motherboard because of which it is giving charging issues. Now this is not something which can be fixed. So I tried contacting the seller, but got no response. His number is not reachable. And moreover ebay customer care said that ebay cannot help in this case. What should I do to get this resolved.

I purchased a product Canon 925 Toner Cartridge from ebay portal. The product delivered in duplicate and broken. I raised complain after trying multiple attempts and got the claim ID registered successfully on 21st July 2016 on phone (Which is well within the 30 day claim policy of ebay till that time)

I received message that I will get call from them within 5 days. I waited for a long time and didn't received any call. I was finally able to get connected with ebay customer care again on 12th August. They told that my claim is closed because they called on 26th july and my number was not reachable. I tried with all the options to get it resolved, as I lost around Rs. 2, 400 in this product. Now they are giving excuses that you made complaint very late or your number was not reachable at that time is your fault.

Please help me to get back my money from them.

Ebay... A bunch of ppl who are masters in deceiving people and sell thr defective and 3rd grade quality to customers... Refer to claim id #2199406 to understand the entire series of events which happened in last 25 days...
I bought a product for 888, it malfunctined within 15 days of receipt. When i raised a claim with ebay.In, i was asked to ship d item back to seller. I specifically told them that i would not be able to ship it back because of no courier agency in my vicinity.
When i dis a follow up on status after a week, i get informed that a reverse pickup was arrnged by ebay, however i failed to repond.
The biggest lie is if that was the case, why wasnt i been informed.
I want to return d product and i want my money back.

I bought a samsung charger from ebay.in of RS-215/- on 6 aug 2016 with a paisa pay id :[protected].The product reach to me on 11 aug 2016. After opening the packet of the product I was shocked because the charger is totally fake one and packaging also so nonsense that it was wrapped in a irrelevant plastic bag stick with a tisco tape.After opening the bag I saw the difference between original and fake charger online.After reading the difference I came to know that my charger was totally fake.So at the same time I contacted ebay customer care [protected].Their customer representative taken my complaint with ebay guarantee claim no:2227502.I told them that the product was not fullfiling my reqirement and it was not genuine Samsung charger I wanted my money back please rearrange the return.He taken my complaint on that day.And after one day a customer representative from ebay called me.He said that your claim is rejected because the product was as per the discription on the website and your money back request is also rejected.I was shocked and not understanding what to do now...I always shop from websites like flipkart and snapdeal but I have not got such a bad experience of online shopping.All genuine online shopping websites give one or two chances for returning the product and their returning policy is also good but ebay is such a nonsense website that they could not give any chance of return.They forces the customer to buy their fake product.So I request all the peoples who read my complaint.DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM EBAY...ITS TOTALY Fraud WEBSITE...

1-i am booked one item from this seller (Item id[protected] premiar ceiling fan 1200 mm (1 year guarantee) with double ball bearing ")
2- i am recived compleet bended blades (Wings)
3-i am contacted with seller through email.
4-seller told send me back that item i will refund your money
5-i send back that item to seller. (Proof i am attached with this email)
6. Seller not resonding after i am send back unusable fan
7-i try to contact seller. Two three time seller responded with me very nice. But when i talk about refund... Then draama is started seller is very angry
And seller blocked my 2 mobile numbers a long time
And after severel time i am contacted with seller. But i did not get any refund guarantee from seller side. One time he sent sms for my mobile
Msg is-i dont want your money i will give you back.

I am waiting waiting waiting a long time... Seller not refund my money...

I had purchased apple 5s gold (64 gb), on 31 july 2016. Product delivered me on 4th august 2016. After delivery i checked product, it is not satisfactory. Then i shown it to authorised apple service center "nyasa" sion, mumbai, after checking and verification in apple gallary, representative told it is not original apple product.
I am sending photographs with apple phone imie number-[protected]. So kindly take return the apple 5s gold product and give me my money back. Waiting for your promt response. Thanking you.

I have completed all formalities with uploaded proofs. I have got call from the ebay team i have answered all questions. Even seller has agreed for terms. It's been more than 20days.
Ebay has sent bluedart to collect the product.

Still no progress in claim
Please initiate the refund immediately.

I bought jbl tempo earphones but they got me a fake one and when I tried to contact them they did not respond and terminated my ID itself. Its been 10 days and so far no step has been taken to resolve the issue. I also uploaded the images and called them many times but then also they have not responded. But not solved

Dear department, i ordered an apple iphone 5s 32gb, but when i received the product it was not sealed one and in that box the specification of the mobile was different (It mentioned 64 gb) and there was no imei number in the box.
I tried to contact ebay customer care and asked for refund then, i received a message from ebay that i should send the product back to dealer after that i sent the product back to the dealer and i uploaded the couriered details in their website. After that i didn't receive any calls and message from ebay and dealer side, so i continuously calling ebay customer care people they are keep on telling their claim team will contact me like that but till now i didn't get any calls from ebay side. Date of the product delivered to me is 09/05/2016 and i sent back the product to the dealer is 20/06/2016. Its been more than 3 months without having the product i am paying emi also. I am very frustrated that's why i am raising this complaint. The dealer's number which mentioned in the bill is [protected] and when i contacted to customer care they gave their higher official number when ever i am trying to contact that person its diverted to computer voice recording saying that person is assisting to other members ([protected] - mr. Arun). After that i tried contacting the dealer unfortunately that person pickup the call and when i asked the details he is telling i already refunded the money back to ebay account. Claim request number in ebay is - 2007088. I need my money back please kindly do the needful.

I have bought this mobile from ebay. Ebay website shows it has 16 gb internal but it has only 8 gb internal. So i want refund but they said they will not give refund contact seller directly. Ebay sells fraud duplicate mobiles and once you buy they will not refund you. They con me. I hate to buy from such fraud websites. Do not trust such good brand but real cheap websites.

I have purchased samsung 32gb evo plus micro sd class 10 80 mb/s memory card with 5 year warranty.In cash memo generated company showed the same classification of the product but when i received the shipped product (Memory card) was not with the same classification i have ordered. Instead of 80 mb/s speed it has 48 mb/s speed just the half they have mentioned. I want my money back and lodge a complaint against the company of harassment they caused me

It takes so much time to charge & when i connect this to my phone it shows battery is finished & it starts blinking. It takes more time to charge then the normal charger.
