    I had purchased the head phones online on 7/7/16 for rs.1369/- and got the delivery very late infact on 14/7/16. I had bought this as a guest without having registered to the ebay site. However when i checked the product its not functioning properly. When i checked with the senheiser showroom in bangalore i was shocked to know that it is a fake product. The product is sold by mr. Ganpat jain. Ebay id would be ganparatho_0. When asked for the refund, at first the ebay customer care person asked me to contact seller. Seller is not responding on call or mail for that matter. When raised the issue to ebay customer case, they have been delaying by raising a ticket and not giving any sort of resolution. I wanted to take this matter to you, since the website is not obliged to sell any fake product and they should take necessary action against those who is doing it on intentional basis. I want the refund of the money from the ebay team and an apology letter for showing this product in their website. Also for my time wasted i would require a compensation of rs.1000/- from ebay.

    Hi,

    I think the meaning of the earliest is not been known to you. Today it is 3rd August. Almost a week is passed and still there is no response. This is ridiculous. I really don't understand how do you people work this way to service customers. I would request this forum to arrange for the necessary action on Team Ebay at the earliest and work on getting my compensation back.

      Hello,
      I am very old member (loyal customer) on Ebay and I was very hopeful about my refund. I have raised a claim - 2130191 on[protected] and uploaded the required images and my feedback. On 26th July I have received a call from ebay associate and she tried to force me to accept the product as it is and do not avail the refund using ebay guarantee claim. I was very hopeful to get positive response from ebay guarantee to process the refund in this case.
      Being a regular customer I usually do not have any complains on ebay items.
      But I was shattered that ebay tried to force on me to accept this so called Virtual Reality Smart Phone from Auxus Stunner.

      3.5mm Earphones not received as described. The phone is definitely NOT of the Type - Virtual Reality Smartphone as described in the image. Double Vision Images observed in VR Set Recieved . Blurred images observed.No 360 degree view experience as described. Item sent is very old (mfg date is Jan-2015) where it is described as brand new phone. iWatch sent is red and not black as the image described.

      I promise I will continue to be regular buyer on eBay if my claim for this particular transaction goes through successfully.

        I have purchased the item with ebay through online.

        Regarding that issue i contacted the ebay customer care more than 20 times by phone & chat, they are always replied, the coupon not yet generated by system, wait for another 7 days.

        Already i awaited more than 1 month, now also they telling the same reply.

        I also informed to will book the complaint with consumer complaints, they are not bother about the complaint.

        Kindly take the necessary action in this regards

            My claim id:2160233, item number:[protected], seller id: hats-off.
            I had ordered a howerboard for my son as his birthday gift. on opening the parcel we found the scratched howerboard.

            I immediately lodged a complained and since then i have been following up with your customer care for exchange. to my utmost surprise i received a email from ebay saying that i have to courier it back to the given address which i am not ok with.

            We order online because it is convenient for us. i had full faith in ebay that is why i had ordered such a expensive item online. now if the product send by the seller is a damaged one, then why should i suffer.

            I once again request you to kindly exchange the product and get the defective item picked from the delivered address at the earliest.

              I raised a claim (Claim id:2165865) on the product with ebay india customer care a couple of days back and my claim was rejected due to lack of proper investigation from ebay.In guarantee claim department. It was disappointing that ebay resolution department did not know that kindle is manufactured by amazon and that amazon handles all warranty issues online. My claim was closed stating that the seller has listed 3 months manufacturer warranty on the product and hence ebay does not deal with claims of products under warranty. I tried my best to make the people whom i contacted on ebay customer care that the manufacturer of the used kindle i purchased was amazon and they get all the details of the product once the product is registered online and they have given me proof of expired warranty by email.

              The used kindle product i purchased from the seller has a screen flicker issue. Since the seller has listed 3 months manufacturer warranty, i contacted the product manufacturer (Which is amazon) and found that the product had expired warranty more than one and half years back and they are unable to repair or replace the kindle. I told the customer care that amazon does not have a local service center where you can physically go and they deal with all warranty issues online only and hence a hard copy of the proof of expired warranty is not possible.In case of doubt on the genuineness of the product warranty, i request ebay to contact the product manufacturer amazon directly.

              Since the case was closed, i was told to contact the seller for resolution. Hence i contacted the seller through ebay messaging service and the seller has not replied on replacing the product with an assurance on the manufacturer (Amazon) warranty of 3 months as said in his listing.

              Please help and bring justice to the sufferer asap.

                I bought a apple iphone 5s order on 31-mar-16, i got a call from your customer offer biswajit ([protected]) saying that your iphone has sent wrongly to delhi so im placing the order again so i waited again for 2 weeks and got back with lot of struggle at middle of april month, and within 2 months the display glass getting popped out (attached images), so i called biswajit and explained the problem, so he ask me to send my mobile to multi consulting service in guwahati, so i have sent with my personal expenses of rs.300/- (on 24-jun-16) for courier. after receiving the mobile they said so glue was inside the display, but honestly speaking i didn't use any of thing, so i explained the same to biswajit, but they are not listening to my words and ask me to pay for the display panel, which i got more irritated, i asked without doing anything why i have to pay for the manufacturing defect?. but he was saying "i can't do" with harsh tone, so i shouted to that guy for this and ask him to send me a mail as what you said "i can't do", he was refused to send a mail to me, then later said he will check and get back. and next day he called me and requested appearing parts we don't have warranty, then he accepted since its a manufacturing defect we will bear some partial amount on the repair, then they have charged me rs.3070/- for repair in that 50% i have to pay rs.1695/-, but i refused to pay, but again biswajit requested me to pay half of the amount. so i ask them to repair and send. today i have received the mobile after repair (pay by cash), i paid rs, 1695/- and got the mobile, to my surprise the mobile display glass still popped out and display in centre portion is not working. now i'm too much annoyed, after one month after paying for the repair which i have not done i have received a mobile like this. please kindly replace the mobile or refund the amount with my repair and courier charges, hereafter i won't buy any single products from ebay, also suggest my friends & circles not to use this site for any shopping. i had a very worst experience. kindly replace the phone or refund the my amount.

                  I have ordered jbl t200a after checking with seller whether it is original or first copy. Seller confirmed, it is original and i ordered based on his confirmation.

                  But they delivered first copy (Duplicate). So i raised return request, for tat they are saying "we sent only first copy". If you want original, u need to pay more.

                  Very bad services and fake promise.

                  Ebay, i really didn't expect, that's why you lost market now.

                    Ebay india is such unprofessional they have all the criminals as sellers and the most useless customer care in the world, claim id : 2118937 paisapay id : [protected] i have orderer for lloyd 1ton ac on 22/06/16 and on 02/07/2016 i received ac after that only i got to know that it was a damaged ac contacted the seller he is a real criminal he never picks up the call never replies to the email (This is his contact details [protected] dhruv. [protected]@yahoo.Co.In), so i requested ebay for return and refund after that they asked for images i uploaded after that they asked clear images i just marked the damaged part and uploaded the same images and that's why i call them as useless, after that they nicely asked me to reship the product to the seller and upload the shipment receipt initially i accepted, after than only problem arise non of the courier is not ready to ship ac without original form 39 from up commercial tax department and the indian post is not accepting couriers above 35 kg this ac is 46 kg so i expressed my inability to ship it back and asked ebay to arrange a pickupand return my money back, that useless ebay customer care officer dont know any thing, they dont know what is form 39 they are asking me to google it and attach and courier ac. It is not possible original form 39 is issued by up commercial tax department office with a validity of 1 month. Without form 39 all the couriers will be stopped on the border o[censored]p i have tried to air ship it by air but the compressor in the ac cant be airsphiped so it is also not possible. When i informed this to the ebay they simply told me they cant help me and i must reship. If it is possible means i would have done it, it is impossible to ship to up without original form 39 by road, i have asked ebay to ask the seller to send me form 39 they are not listening ebay is asking me to convince the courier company to and reship without form 39 i have tried all those stuff it is not possible i have taken 2days leave and visited all couriers and indian post now ebay is not replaying my email all the callcenter officers are telling me they will arrange for a call back which is not happening now iam going have a legal proceedings against that seller and ebay i have lost 20800rs please have a rethink when you buy a valuable stuff in ebay.In and now ebay is not even replaying my emails and call centre executives are telling me they will arrange call back but which is not happening my phone no [protected]

                    I bought a data cable for my samsung galaxy A5 and they deleivered a fake product . They claimed for it to be a priginal one but the one deleivered to me was not the one they claimed for .

                      मैं अधिवक्ता बृजेश कुमार ४३ वर्ष गुडगाँव में निवास करता हूँ, आशा करता हूँ आप मेरी बात एक सामान्य आम नागरिक की दृस्टि से ध्यान से सुनेंगे, २४ जुलाई यानि कल को मेरी पत्नी का जन्मदिन हैं एक व्यक्ति अपने परिवार के लिए अपनी हैसियत के अधिक कुछ करना चाहता हैं इसलिए मेरे बच्चो के कहने पर मेने इस बार ये फैसला लिया था कि अपनी पत्नी को एक मोबाइल गिफ्ट दूंगा !
                      यही सोच कर मेने गूगल पर ऐसा मोबाइल सर्च किया जो मेरे बजट के अंदर भी हो और आधुनिक भी हो, मुझे ऐसे मोबाइल के बारे में ज्यादा जानकारी नहीं हैं,
                      उसी संधर्भ में मेने आप की साइट से एक मोबाइल फ़ोन बुक किया जिसका लिंक और फोटो मैं साथ में अटैच्ड कर रहा हूँ, जिसमे साफ लिखा हैं ब्रांड नई होगी !
                      अब समस्या ये हैं जब आप के फ़ोन भेजने से पहले बच्चे काफी खुस थे, लेकिन जब आपका फ़ोन आया और मेने आप का कूरियर खोला तो दंग रहा गया, पुरानी पैकिंग ( डब्बा किसी और का ), पुराना चार्जर, पुरानी हेड केबल !
                      चलो यहाँ तक भी ठीक था मेने संतोष कर लिया पर जब मोबाइल पर स्क्रैच के निशान देखे तो मेरी आँखों से आँशु आ गए, सायद इसलिए अपनी शादी के १५ साल बाद जिंदगी में पहली बार में अपनी पत्नी को कुछ दे रहा था, और मेरा वो सपना आप लोगो ने तोड़ दिया !

                          I ordered screen cover for my new Xiao I MI max on eBay. But the product was smaller than the screen itself. I have made contact with the supplier who said me to send pics of the product placed on my mobile. I did so. But after this be blocked my number which is so rude. I have tried to make contact work with eBay but all the customer care representatives seemed to be busy all the time.

                                I had ordered hp v-250 w 32 gb pen drive on 31 st may. after discussing with ebay i had contacted seller but seller is saying he hasn't received any money from ebay s he will not help me.

                                I had contacted ebay & they said they had discontinue that seller & as i know that seller not get the fund immediately it will take 30 days time.

                                So, my money which i had paid for hp pen drive is with is ebay only & they are not able to help me.

                                Can anyone suggest how can we fight with such stupid ebay compnay. i know it is a small amount but i don't know how many customer is cheated by ebay compnay & if you consider those 1000 customber amount should go in lacs & crores.

                                    I had ordered one plus x mobile in ebay site on 15th jul 16 paying full money rs.14999/-.

                                    Oon after when i checked the specifications i found that this is a refurbished/altered/repaired product.
                                    Immediately i raised for eguarantee claim without knowing cancellation and claiming are different.

                                    The product got delivered to me on 17/07/16. but it is not yet opened as i'm not interested in using refurbished mobile.
                                    When i called to customer care they are telling that they cannot take back my return. asked me to speak with the sellseller.
                                    I trusted ebay and ordered in ebay then why should i need to beg with the seller?
                                    When i called to seller he is not even interested to talk regarding this.
                                    I'm totally disappointed with ebay. worst service and not understanding the customer.

                                      I have ordered a product in ebay.In and it was delivered to me. But when i opened the package and checked i found it is non working product, so i have contacted seller, seller agreed for refund and asked me to reship the product to him. For safety, i have raised a claim in ebay on 2nd july, 2016 but i didn't got any response (Call or mail) from them till 17th july. So i have called them, they said please wait till 19th july we will surely call. But today is 21st july but till now there is no response. Ebay is wasting buyers valuable time in not responding to buyers problems. Before purchases they say no worry ebay guarantee is there. But after sale, they are not even responding. Whenever a buyer calls they won't try to resolve problems on phone. They simply say they will get back in 48 hours.
