I ordered a fitness product from ebay on 12th July'16. The delivery date was on or before 27th July'16. The product was not delivered as per the agreed schedule. I raised a refund request. The company has put by refund request on hold. The response from ebay customer service is very poor saying that they are investigating the problem. If the product is not delivered, amount should be refunded to the customer, but ebay is acting in favor of the sellers and making the customer frustrated. I called the customer care, they kept me on hold and did not filed any complaint. It clearly shows that ebay is doing favor to sellers and not to consumers

    Product is not genuine as in listing there is clearly mentioned that Its a "LG" brand Product. Ebay refused to refund/replacement for that one.
    Purchased an ITEM-"LG Tone-hbs 730" from ebay.in(PaisaPay ID: [protected]) with Manufacturer warranty but i did not received a invoice for purchase and warranty card too. And that item stopped working/malfunctioning just within two days. When i ask from ebay for invoice they again and again insist me to follow seller instead of resolving my issue.

      I've claimed an eBay guarantee claim for a false product received. I'm fed up of contacting them for any further reply regarding my claim but they do not do anything for that. Resolution date has already passed and that too on 19th July 2016(14 days back) but no further action has been taken. I want my money back. I'm very disappointed.

        I ordered 2 mobile phones but received only 1. Package was tampered by Blue Dart Courier. Registered a claim but not received any refund since 1.5months.

        They asked me to send the 2nd phone back to seller & they'll process the refund.
        I have already sent the 2nd phone back to seller which got delivered on 20th July 2016.
        Blue Dart Tracking no - [protected]. Tracking shows that the shipment is delivered. eBay customer guys say that they need confirmation from sellers side. pathetic services by eBay.
        seller name - Kartik Enterprises (Bangalore) not responding the calls now. His no - +91-[protected].
        My bank has already charged me for the transaction for which I didnot receive the product also...
        It's 1.5months. please escalate this to highest level as it's irritating and pissing me off.

          As i have purchased tenda n3 wifi router from ebay on 27th july and received on 31st july but when i received that product as it was not as described and also the cable which i received with that router is also damaged as when i connected it does not work. But when i raise claim and ebay rejected the claim saying that the product was as described and also they dont want to talk any more and when i contact seller the seller does not answer properly and also cuts my phone.
          Please solve this issue because i talked to ebay many times and also i want my money back.

            I have ordered High Power Sony 10000 mAh Power bank from ebay.in on the payment terms Cash on delivery and the product received on 26.07.2016 in intact condition. But when I unwrapped the cover and checked the product, I found it to be duplicate. Online photo of the product was different than the one I received and again the quality and appearance and finish of the product was also not equal to the product shown in the photograph for online sale.

              I bought a BLACKBERRY BOLD 4 9900 from the seller jewelsoutlet. The seller mentioned in the description it as BRAND NEW and Original. The mobile cost is 4699 and I ordered on COD.

              After receiving the product, the mobile is old (Not new) but all accessory was duplicate, fabricated and refurbished.

              The mobile worked well initially that i have no complaints. But after 5 days, the product stopped functioning and i have no idea what to do. I am getting multiple problems on my handset.
              Problems.
              1. Handset are not working properly.
              2. Battery is not holding charge anymore, nor it is getting charged. Battery are swollen.
              3. Handset network also missed for long time.
              4. Sometime handset are switch off automatically.

              I could not understand what to do and i raised a claim against the Seller in EBay.

              The EBay Claim department asked me to send back the mobile to the seller and they assured me to give total refund after the seller receives the product.

              I sent the seller the mobile in the same condition i received through FedEx Parcel No.[protected].

              After the seller received the product the seller called me and told blackberry bold 4 9900 phone received. And we are process to refund your money by demand draft within 15 working days.

              The seller deliberately cheated on me. Finally after yelling at me he stated that he will contact eBay claim department and take further action.

              After that i received a call from eBay but no one talks on the other end. The call went blank after saying hello for n number of times. And sometimes eBay sys. We will process to refund within 6 days.

              Ebay is now on cheating side along with the seller.

              I have lost my money. But all because of EBay, I lost all the money and got cheated.

                I had order a philips she1405 from ebay. The product that was send to me is not a original product. As they have rejected my claim that was raised with proper problem definition. Also the seller is not picking up calls and replying to my whatsapp message. The seller has been involved in such malicious activities along with support of ebay (There is feedback about seller sending same fake product to other customer in the feedback section of seller on ebay). Ebay has forcefully closed my claim without proper explanation. It also written on their website that "ebay will communicate will the seller for issue and if seller does not respond they will refund" in both cases they have failed to deliver their promise. The following are the points: (Pfa for image)
                1. The philips price tag (That acts a seal)
                2. The extra ear buds missing from the box (General available in standard philips packaging)
                3. Shape of product.
                4. The call button is loose
                5. L/r indicator missing that are general present on philips ear phone.

                I am already using same product purchased from other site.
                Its quite different from the performance point of view also.

                The claim was raised against the seller seems rejected by ebay.

                I have also been told to contact the seller but the seller is not responding to my phone calls/message.

                Also there is similar complaint/feedback about the seller in the seller feedback section.

                  Hello,

                  This is regarding an item which i had purchased (paisapay id [protected]) from ebay on 19/6/2016, it was supposed to deliver on 4th july but it was not done. when i had requested for refund amount they kept on hold for few days and rejected it.

                  When i called them and enquired i got to know it was delivered to gurgaon instead of hyderabad. they told it was their mistake and will refund my amount but they are not doing.

                  From last 45 days i am calling, emailing, chatting but getting same response that it will be resolved within 24 hrs, but no sign of them.


                  Requested you to highlight this, the world needs to know how they are cheating being such a mnc and doing such a stupidity of cheating customers.

                    Hiee i have purchsed new motorola v3i as we know ebay never sell duplicate products only on the ebay gudwill we have not read the the all terms and conditions given by the seller and ordered a mobile phone and when i recived it i come to know thats not the orignal one . Its operationg system was duplicate even whole pc. Including asseriess are also duplicate .
                    And when i called seller he denied to get return it.he is saying it was mentioned in t&c .
                    If its mentioned in his t&c den how ebay can allow any 1 to sell duplicate products on yours platform.

                          I have purchased a micromax fire 4gplus mobile, model no. q412 online on the e. bay site through pay paisa id in the last week of may 2016. as per the contract rs 782.00 has tobe credited into my account within 50-60days from adte the purchase of this set but till date i have not received the refund ammount.
                          Kindly look into the matter and credit the ammount into my account no. as submitted during the purchase otherwise i have no other option rather to approach consumer affairs department for legal action as per laws

                              I bought an apple iphone 5s (attached snapshot of my order) through ebay.in. it was working good for one month, then suddenly it started to hang and then its dead not at all switching on. i went to the nearby apple service centre and through them i came to know that that's not a original phone and there is a mismatch in imei number. as its duplicate, the service is not possible and when i contacted the seller (2014techworld), the seller asks me to send back the mobile and i wonder whats the proof i will be having to claim in case of any fraudulent event. kindly take proper measures to refund my money. thank you.

                                    Hello sir
                                    I have ordered one laptop from ebay on 20th june 2016. The seller is fraud. He doesnt shipped the laptop instead of laptop he shipped one envelope with the shipment cost of 40/- rs. When i received that envelope i called to ebay customer care your representative told to refuse that envelope. According to customer care representative i refused that item and returned back with the same postman without opening that envelope. I have all the details of postal refusal. I am sending those details with this mail as well.
                                    On 2nd of july i got a mail regarding refusal of claim. I just called ebay customer care and reported about the refusal. I have never updated the status with item received.
                                    I have attached all the evidences of returned shipment with this mail. Also i have contacted time to time with the ebay customer care as well.
                                    The amount is too huge so please check this issue seriously and refund my amount as early as possible. Waiting for your positive reply.

                                    Sir form 2nd of july i am calling to ebay and telling this issue time to time. Every time customer care representative is telling that your problem is marked to claim department and claim department will call you within next 74 hours. After that i called after this deadline then again they told that we marked your request as a highest priority so you will get call within 24 hours.
                                    Till last monday i did not got any call from ebay. I spoked with the team leader on monday 18th july he told me that you problem will be solved within one day.
                                    Then i waited till 19th evening i didnot got any call from ebay. I have all the evidences of my order and that shipment is received back by the seller. I opend claim in ebay resolution center in that seller infomed ebay to return the amount as well but ebay is taking too much time to settle down the claim. Please check this issue and resolve my problem.

                                        My order was cancelled on Jul 18 and the refund was started on Jul 19. I still have not received the refund of Rs. 4, 699.06. It has been 10 days since it was processed. I have tried to contact the customer care multiple times. They always provide animated response. After so much discussion and shouting, they asked me to provide a copy of bank statement to [protected]@ebay.com to prove that I have not received the refund. I have provided the copy and it clearly shows that there is no refund from ebay.

                                        I have been using ecommerce sites since last 10 years and this is the worst experience I have ever had. I have transacted on multiple sites. I guess this is going to be my last transaction with ebay.
