I had purchased one prestige product (kadhai and pans) from ebay on 01-may-2016. and returned because i got bended kadhai. so returned with 1550/- rupees currier charges. i had purchased this product using 1537/- rupees of payback points and 150/- cash on delivery.
But after returning and so many follow ups i still did not get my money back.
They were suppose to return 1537 (payback points) + 1550 (currier charges) + 150 cash on delivery = 3237 (total)

After 3 months i did not get my money back.

          I have complain for not getting refund.
          Details-
          I have ordered good one z7 mobile price-4699, order id[protected], paisa pay id - [protected], from ebay on 30jun 2016, after 5 days of order i regularly tried to call for my product status.. After 13 days when my product not received to me, i request for refund and i raise a claim.
          And from that day i every day try to solve my problem but their customer executives said only that please wait next 48hours and we will solve your problem but still nothing done.. I am waiting for my money.. And i want to complaint about this site is too much irritating and worth less.. Not helpful.

            I recently purchased a Panasonic Eluga Bearing Order confirmation: PaisaPay ID [protected], and made a credit card payment with EMI for 3 months.
            Earlier it was not declared of 13% interest charges, but post payment they have declared an interest of 13% for the order.
            Adding to that the phone which was to be delivered by 16th of july 2016 is not responding even when asked for phone number the are not responding and when tried to contact them through email given below.

              I have purchased kenstar food processor from ebay and received on 9th july 2016. When i open the shipped material, some items are broken and some parts are missing. So i raised the claim against item and my claim id no is: 2140021.
              As per ebay executive i uploaded all the photos of damage parts and ebay team says for reshipped the material and after reshipped courier proof given to ebay.
              I have contacted to ebay executive, for pickup the item from my address and reshipped accordingly as per own expensives. But executive not agreeed for pickup the item and said i will reimburse all the money when u reshipped the item. Then i reshipped the item by dtdc courier and gave the proof to ebay team. Total amount spended in reshipping is 753 ruppees (603 courier + 150 packing and local vechile convense).
              Ebay team replied reimbursement amount will be given by coupon but i am not agree to receive the shipment amount in the form of coupon.
              I informed to ebay team by mail, return money will only be accepted by dd or bank account and any kind of coupon will not be accepted by me. That information also discussed two times with ebay executive and mentioned in remarks also. But today i received mail from ebay team that your reimbursement will be send by coupon with validity 3 months.
              E bay executive said that claim department has called me but i have not received any call yet.
              Withou any final conclusion they are reimbursing the amount in the form of coupon.
              Ebay team tourcherd me mentally by sending lots of mail and proof. I m able to give all the data but an illiterate person will face so much difficulty in this kind of situation.
              For reference all mail conversation attached bellow.
              Plz do needful against my money.

                  Hi i have order kolvin finger smart head massager on 8th of may and received damaged product on 11th of may, i have raised the complain and open claim request on 12 th may. To settle the claim i have constantly call seller and ebay team even online request was been updated constantly. After constant followup finally after almost1 month on 2nd june they formally approved the claim and take back the damaged product. But even after 1.5 month i haven't got the claim amount, today also i have called to ebay team for same but no action was taken and still they are saying to wait for another 15 days to settle the claim.

The same been received yesterday but unfortunately the product is not working. Request you to look into this complaint and give me the replacement for the same.

                        On 23rd april, i bought mobile from e-bay for rs.7499 however when mobile was received i discovered that it was damaged in the following way: memory card slot not working.
                        The condition of the item was e-bay’s responsibility up to the point i received it and accordingly i am entitled to a refund / replacement based on 30 days guarantee from the merchant. I preferred refund after getting doa letter from micromax service center.
                        I have raised the claim on 3rd may and they picked up the doa bag only on[protected] after a long struggle through customer care. The blue dart courier took the product after all verification regarding the product package, doa letter and invoice document.


                        The product have reached the seller on 23rd may, after reaching the e-bay customer care daily i got to know that the product was missing when the seller got the package on 30th may.
                        I was given a standard reply from the customer care that i would get a call from the claim adjuster in 24-48 hours. But i have not received any calls after the shipment reached the seller.

                        When i checked the e-bay portal on 6th june, it was stated that the claim was closed on behalf of the seller as i have not attended the call.
                        I have escalated the complaint to grievance department in e-bay (Escalation id: 057060). Still the issue is pending; i have not received any calls from them regarding the status of it. When even i contact them, they provide a standard reply that i should wait for another 24 to 48 hours.

                        The service provided by e-bay is worst regarding the refund process, i am wasting my time daily by contacting them and losing money through mobile calls.

                        Please take necessary action against them and help me in getting my money back.

                          I had a msg on july 10th "dear member, we have refunded paisapay id[protected] and ref. No. Gcit[protected]. It should credit in 6-8 working days in your bank account" still doesn't processed... It shows refund is on hold.. Actually i booked samsung galaxy s6 edge... Shipper informed that mobile's display was broken so he can refund that amount but doesn't have any refund still it's in hold...

                            I placed an order for a cloth rack on 1st july 2016 paying full amount by credit card : i got a confirmation of the order by sms with an indication that the item will be supplied shortly. On 7th july i got a message that the item is ready for shipment and details will be sent. Subsequently i did not get any info and i raised a e bay gurantee and also talked to customer care. The replies were that it will be resolved in 5days/ 48hrs and so on. This continued for my repeated calls
                            Till date ie 18th july i have not got any intimation of dispatch or refund.
                            I am raising this complaint on the irresponsible way customer is handled after collecting payment against order and ashamed of the way the matter is dealt. I urge to solve this without any further delay

                              I had ordered the same on 8th july and also bought before the item was ended and the listing was active.

                              Now they are specifically denying that the listing was done, i have spoken to i2c world and ebay twice on this but to vain i couldn't get the response correctly.

                                I made a purchase from ebay.in on 06/06/2016 of rs. 4150 (debi card payment - 3859.50 + coupon 290.50) for wd elements portable 1tb usb 3.0 external hard drive, item no.[protected], seller - tellambitious. paisapay id - [protected], claim id - 2065373 it was delivered on 11/06/2016. the hard drive was defective and for this i raised a complaint and they gives me a claim id - 2065373, for this they arranged reverse pickup on mon, 27-june-2016 at 15:00 pm via fedex, but the courier service not came fo pickup. and then they called me on 28/06/2016 at 14:01, and ask for reship from my side and i reship the same on 29/06/2016 through indian post (speed post) tracking id was ew[protected]in and it was delivered on 01/07/2016. and then ebay called me again and told me the seller had not receive the same and now asking for drs letter and shipping declaration on 10/07/2016. for this purpose i visited post office on 13/07/2016 and ask for proof of delivery and drs letter, post office manager told me that it will take minimum 7 working days of time. i also tried to contact the seller to confirm whether he receive the reshipment or not but he didn't reply. the address of seller - aashish ahuja address:-78/4, janpath, connaught place new delhi, india 110001 mobile no:-[protected], address was provided me by ebay.in. kindly help me as soon as possible

                                I have given all things to company many times then also require paisa pay ID.
                                I complain many times in ebay . No one providing me any information about my problem. I want help. Its about 20 thousand rupee cheating .I tried to contact more than 10m times to customer support but no one reply me respectably. It is not the way to talk with customer. I want contact seller but no information about seller with ebay!!!

                                      Hi,

                                      I purchase moto-g3 mobile thru ebay, they send repaired product then i registered compliant and said visit nearest authorized service center, but they said ebay not authorized seller for the product, ebay asked in written format the service center management refused. I asked to ebay for refund they said contact seller, the seller not pickup my call and no response for my mail, pls help me for refund from ebay.

                                        Ebay cheated me, sold me old iphone 4s, when i ask for refund they told they will refund my money, and i need to send the product with my responsibility. if product damage, then i wont get any thing. it should ebay's responsibility, like other ecommerce site provides.

                                        Ebay told me that, the shop owner will refund money, but i have to send with my responsibility. and shop owner already give declaration, that if that is damaged, they will not refund. that means they will definitely damage and not refund my money, and ebay is not ready take responsibility. like other ecommerce site, they should take initiative and they should arrange the courier and refund my money. the product i got, which is old, and told me it is new. they simply cheated me.

                                        Don't purchase from ebay, they are the real cheater.
