I had bought a mobile from ebay.In which was defective & hence i returned it back to the seller under ebay guarantee claim. My claim was approved by ebay.In on 1st june, 2016 & i was asked to wait for next 15 working days to receive money back in the form of demand draft. The 15 working days deadline expired on 22nd june, 2016 & after that every time i try to contact a customer care executive, they say that "your concern is valid & we are escalating your issue to the concerned team & please wait for next 7 working days".
I've been patiently waiting for a response from ebay.In regarding my demand draft but unfortunately i've got no response from ebay. Today, it is 15 july, 2016 & almost every deadline has come to an end & i've got no relief.
Please help me.

      This is to let every body know the type of cheap service ebay providing. I ordered a canon lens on 17th june 2016. After few days i got message it has been delivered how ever i didn't receive product. Later i come to know it was delivered to wrong place. To registered a complain i had to wait for one week as per there third class policy even after knowing that product was delivered at wrong place with in 2 days. After a week i registered case on 27 june (Case id 2108035). Today on 15th of july i am still waiting for response from ebay. I called every day to there customer care executive to resolve this as soon as possible but it seem they are helpless. Every time they say you will get call from ebay. 17 days has past and still waiting. It seem they have not customer oriented business policy, they have policy according to there own convenient. After this i will not come back to ebay to buy anything in future and also i will alert to my friends regarding this.

      I am listening ebay since a month that you guys are working on it. you had given a deadline of 20 day and its expires today. its frustrating to talk to ebay executive as they have no resolution except forwarding mail to there other department. its more than a month I ordered canon lens, will you guys give compensation or should I complaint to consumer court for mental harassment.

            I purchased big bazaar gift coupons from ebay on 11th june 2016, and was promised 20, 040 payback points for this transaction (screenshot attached). but i have been issues only 2004 payback points, which is 10% of what was promised. i have written numerous mails, and called unlimited number of times asking for resolution, but what i get as response is
            While on call: "we have escalated your issue to higher level authorities, who will look into the matter and respond within 72 hours." but the reply never comes.
            If i send an email, a similar response is: "we are committed to help our clients, and will respond within 24 to 48 hours", but those 48 hours have never passed, as i received a reply just once, saying that its a special case, and we will work upon it to provide resolution, which i think was dated 24th june. but no further calls or email were responded to properly. even upon saying that i will go the legal way, they did not give any sign of resolution. please help!!

                Hi,

                Beware of this seller rajbala15 of ebay. i had ordered a kids drum set on july 2nd, but they have not yet shipped the item. the item was supposed to be delivered on july 11-12, but today is july 14. when i tracked my order it states refund initiated by system, but i have not yet received my money back, which was debited from my account through debit card purchase. reason quoted is "seller has not shipped the item before deadline of july 8, so transaction has been cancelled and refund generated by the system"

                I had also contacted ebay customer care, but they said refund will be initiated within 3-5 days from order, but almost 10 days over and i have not yet received the money.

                I strongly condemn this type of attitude of ebay/seller where customers have to beg for their own hard earned money.

                This was my first online purchase and i had to face a bitter experience.

                Please take strict action against these fraudsters.

                  I had raised an ebay guarantee claim claim id 1965407 on 09/may/2016 and the issue was resolved and the refund was initiated on 09/june/2016.

                  Already a month has gone and i did not receive any details about my demand draft. I did not get satisfactory answer too when i called up customer care infinite number of times. Customer executives say it has been generated but yet to be dispatched. This has been going on for a month now. I still did not receive my dd yet. Kindly help me get my money back.

                    I bought an iphone 5s from ebay on 27th april 2016, and within 2 months my phone stopped working.
                    When i have contacted to apple customer care. they were saying that this phone cant exist. its a replaced phone. according to apple this phone cant be sold anywhere. anywhere means anywhere. not with in india only. it cant be sold around the world.
                    And according to apple they were released this notice on may 2014.
                    Ebay has guaranteed that they are giving a genuine and new product. then how can they sell a replaced item. how they can cheat their customers.
                    The basic thing is. i bought an apple product. if it is not an apple product then it means its a dishonesty. cheating. fraudulent from ebay.
                    I want my money back from ebay.

                      I have reship the product by professional courier - docket number - pro3608121.

                      I have provide all the proof which ebay asked but still they have not refund my money.

                      It's almost 4 months now, in 4 months
                      Every time when i call them they told me that 2-3 days time your claim will be resolve. and after every 10-15 call from my side they asked me to provide some proof, and i have provided any how.
                      But still i did not get my money.
                      They took my money, they took the product by courier and 1000 rs. courier charge also i bear for that.

                      I have such a very bad experience with this.
                      I have spent almost 16000 rs.
                      Every time i call spent 30-40 minutes almost 60 calls in 4 months.
                      What i got only mentally and financially disappointment.

                        Raised a claim id 2001363, paisapay id : [protected] for the product not being as per specifications on 20 may. the dial for days (sunday-sarurday) in the watch is broken

                        After multiple rounds of followup and multiple scans of the damaged item being despatched to ebay via email, received a call on jul 5 after 1.5 months of followup, i was not able to receive the call immediately, promptly the next minute my claim was closed and i was advised that product is as per listing and my claim was closed. i wonder where is the ebay guarantee here when the executives who are verifying the damage dont even look at the images properly. i am attaching the same image which i had attached to the ebay claim.

                        Very much disappointed by service from ebay, wont be buying anything from ebay going forward and would be encouraging people i know to refrain from using ebay website for any purchases.

                              I ordered a 4 memory card (16 GB ) at MAY 6th for amount of Rupees 876 at EBAY INDIA PAISA PAY MUMBAI IND but they didnt send product and also they didn't refund my amount till now...i registered a complaint in ebay but they didn't refund my amount... they send me a mail on june 18th that my refunt has been approved and they will send my refund amount with in 6-8 working days but till now i didn't recevied my refund amount.

                                I ordered complete red mirrors for unicorn bike. But partial red colour mirrors were delivered. And one of them was broken. First time i am getting bad experience with e bay. It is wrong product and packing is such a ridiculous. I want this product to be replaced or return my money. I want my money back or want correct product with safe delivery. I dont know why it happened with ebay.

                                  I have on record the estimated time of delivery to be 14th to 15th of July, 2016.
                                  But the seller called me and while confirming the colour he told me you will receive the order after ten days because ebay chose to deliver it by road.(charter deliver)

                                  I have the courier receipt in which it is mentioned that ebay chose to send it by road(charter delivery) in spite of having specified the estimated time of delivery to be 14-15th of July.

                                  This squarely falls under misrepresentation and deficiency of services because it is true that estimated time of delivery can never be exact and may be subject to change but choosing to mention delivery within 2-3 days in spite of knowing that delivery will be by road and product being shipped from Guwahati, it would take approximately ten days.

                                  Please note that sometimes products are ordered based on delivery date estimates and hence such misrepresentation on behalf of ebay has lead to disruption in my services requirements

                                    1. I ordered a usb type c cable on 28-jun-2016. I got a confirmation receipt thereafter.
                                    2. I had to receive the order by 29-30th jun as per the email.
                                    3. I contacted the buyer on 4th july and he told me that due to technical error and failure of system, order is on the stage of pending and it is showing cancelled.
                                    4. On 5th july a refund was automatically initiated to me.
                                    5. But on 7th july the seller appealed against the refund order for reasons not communicated to the buyer by ebay.
                                    6. Now ebay is holding my money for no reason whatsoever. It was never communicated to the buyer before the purchase (For making an informed decision) that sellers have a right to appeal.
                                    7. It was never communicated to the buyer before the purchase that ebay will hold the money for 30 extra days if a seller appeals.
                                    8.In any case, the seller has no basis of filing an appeal as no item has been received till date. And they said by themselves that the order is showing cancelled. If the order is cancelled, why appeal? It is only a tactic of harassing buyers which is an everyday occurrence for ebay.
                                    9. Therefore, considering that the buyer has no bargaining power in front of a corporate giant, the customers always face the brunt of the problems and harassment.
                                    10. Giving a right to appeal to the seller without sufficiently explaining to the buyer its rights and the sellers rights amounts to "unfair trade practices" and "restrictive trade practices". If consumers are to believe anything written on any inaccessible corner of a corporate's site, then the consumer will one day be left with no rights at all. Therefore, this grave harassment of consumers needs to stop. The buyer should get the money as soon as possible in a no nonsense approach for non delivery of item by the prescribed date.

                                      I have booked a samsung s6 on ebay on Jun 6 2016 with my credit card for 26, 999 and the paisapay id is [protected] and i have never received any message or phone from ebay customer care. i tried contacting them over customer care toll free number and i was on ivr for 10 mins but no one attended my call. It is been a week I have booked and have no idea.

                                      I tried to contact the seller and i received the response from the seller is to contact ebay directly. This is the first time I am purchasing from ebay and had worst experience. I hat this entire episode and want my money back.

                                        Hi dear sir/mam i have purchased from ebay india they have givenme the refund after 2 months i have purchased from cash and they have given me coupon on return i have requested them to please give me demand draft but they gave me only! now after some days i have got to know that my account has been suspended and coupon of 400 is wasted they are not giving me demand draft for that! please help me to get my refund back please
