I have purchased samsung 32 gb sd memory card class 10 through ebay, paisapay id [protected] in january 2016. But above said memory card is not working. When i tried to contact the seller on phone, the given mobile no. Is not working. Hence i request the e bay team to replace the product with new one. I bring to your kind notice that product is under 5 years warranty.

    This complain is regarding the ebay guarantee claim 1995168 as per our telephonic conversation at 3:33:19 pm on friday, june 17, 2016 on my registered mobile number [protected], they approved refund request and closed the claim. refund is to sent to me in the form of a demand draft and it will take 10-15 working days to reach me. but till yet i didn't get any demand draft. i called to customer service executives of ebay team many times. they assured me that demand draft is generated. but they are not in a position to give me proper details regarding deliver of demand draft. please reply regarding this complaint with your positive feedback as soon as possible.

      I have ordered a digitizer for my tablet which cost 2300
      i bought it from ebay and payment mode was cash on delivery
      but unfortunately my old screen cracked while repairman trying to remove the old one.
      so my screen and my digitizer both got cracked.
      and then my need for the new digitizer is over
      so i try to return through ebay claim but they reewfuse.
      after that i talked to seller.first he agree to return the item because its not touched even and according to seller's policy if i didnt remove the screen guard he can get back.
      now nobody ius listing to me nither ebay nor seller.i want to raise a complaint against both.

        I purchased redmi note3 on 3rd june. the item has to be delivered by 7th june but delivered on 11th june with charger not working. raised a claim regarding that and finally ebay agreed to offer a coupon worth of rs800 which is the cost of original charger and that coupon was delivered after calling ebay 4 times on 27th of june. with that coupon i purchased charger and an sd card (claim id: 2131108, paisapay id: [protected],
        Item number:[protected]. the charger got delivered on 4th june which is 1 month after the purchase of phone. and as of now the sd card not received. raised a claim one week back but no body responded. tried to reach the seller he said wrong number and asked me not to call again. tried to reach ebay the call is on hold for around 20 min but no body has responded saying all our customer representatives are busy. the worst ever online shopping site that do not deliver the products on prescribed time and delivers fake products and some times do not deliver the products. very frustrated and disappointed. i will never suggest this site to any of my friends. please do not buy any product from ebay.

        Its again the worst resolution that eBay has given. I don't think there will not be any other resolution procedure in this world when compared to eBay. They said they tried to contact me but my phone was not reachable and they took the decision to refund the amount for SD Card I purchased worth of around Rs 300 and they refunded into my account an amount of Rs 25.74 and closed the claim.

        I have purchased products in online from many shopping sites like flipkart, paytm, myntra and snapdeal but I have never ever faced these much problems. eBay I will never ever purchase a product in my life and I will never suggest this site to anyone.

              Its been more than 1 week still I don't get my refund. My returned product has reached the seller. But I dint even get a single response from eBay. I have even mailed to eBay help desk of the above mentioned email Id. Even then I dint get any response. Such a worst customer service. EBay is making their customers fed up of their worst service.

                  i have pursed this product from Ebay. But the seller cheated me with a used item which have many scratched in body and didnt received bill or warranty either. So i think Ebay must take action against that seller if its care about reputation. I'm not going to return it but its for Company's concern.

                        Dear I've purchased sandisk 32gb sd card (3qty) on 27june 16 which i got product on 1st july .the product qhich i booked is different from the i booked its samsung 32 gb sd card, which is cheap quality and my mobile gets hang.So i request for refund and take ur product Back.
                        I've got a mail from eBay to reship the item to the seller within given time otherwise your refund will get cancelled. I got a mail on 4th july and on 5th july i despatched but on 6th July its govt. holiday so they courier partner says they will despatched on 7th July and it will take 3days to reach .
                        And the eBay executive they informed by mail and by sms hurry up otherwise your refund will get cancelled. Please help i buy 3 sd card worth rs 897 and i reship them 40rs charged.

                          I am a victim of ebay refurbished mobiles.

                          Look ebay is doing a frosd in the name of selling refurbished mobile.

                          They sells second hand phones saying refurbished, that also manufacturer refurbished.

                          I bought yu yureka on 13march 2016, i got the phone in the worst conditions, when i registered ebay guarenty claim then they said that phone has a manufacturer warrenty so go to service centre. irony is that when i visited service centre they marked the phone as out of warrenty phone. looking at the imei record of the phone, they said this phone is more than 1+ years used by past user. i took a jobsheet of out of warrenty and given to ebay. the next day i got mail that my account on ebay is suspended/blocked. and they said that according to our terms and policies we are helpless to you. then i contacted the seller, he said that come through ebay. but than i have to visit seller’s warehouse. there he took my phone and made me to wait for 4 hr, than he came with my phone and said that my phone comes under physical damage and he shown some symtoms of water inside motherboard, i don’t know how that happen, i came back, but than i reasised that if the phone is physically damaged and not covered under warrenty that who is that seller to decide that thing. i again went to the seller and argued on the same matter that who is himself to decide that phone is covered under warrenty or not. then he submitten my invoice and jobsheet and said me to respond in next weak, and till now i am waiting for his responce.,.. please this is a humble request that dont buy any refurbished item from ebay.

                          What refurbished seller’d do is : they purchase a lots o[censored]sed handsets at very low price, and sell them on ebay for appx 10–25% off on retail price of brand new. now suppose they sell 1000 units than around 80–100 units have complaints from customer. out of that 20–25 they will fool the customer as they did to me. around 15–20& are under warrenty, and for left 30–50pieces they tell buyer to ship item to seller and than seller repair the phone and shipbackt buyer..in my case i contacted many higher authorities of manufacturer, they all are denying that we don’t sell any refurbished phone in market.

                          That was my experiance from ebay, really unsatisfied, now i am waiting for the seller to respond and if he did not provide resolution than i will go to legel court bcz i spent a large amount on that stupid deal,

                            An Asus phone charger, as ordered from ebay was supposed to be delivered to me latest by 6th of July via Blue Dart. However, it is past the date and I haven't yet received my product. On calling ebay, they said it is not there responsibility ones the product is shipped and they have failed to contact blue dart courier service in Kolkata. I'm leaving the Country tomorrow and I fear if I don't receive the charger by 12.30 pm tomorrow, I will have to leave without a phone charger which is a necessity. I don't know how these guys at ebay could be this unprofessional and irresponsible. This is the last time I'm ordering on ebay. Very very disappointed with the service. any help would be great,

                                  Hello, i placed my order on 31 may, 2016 for 2 nokia phones (nokia n95 and nokia n96). the deadline of the delivery is 9 june, 2016 but i received that 2 products on 14 june, 2016 because only of the seller request as i firstly marked "item not received" on 10 june because of non delivery till deadline and after that i cancel that option only for the seller request that to please approve the package. after that on 14 june when the mobile phones was delivered after deadline date the products are not satisfactory.in the mobile phone nokia n95 (the nokia n series written on back side of mobile phone is faded and as the seller says that the mobile phone is made in finland but there is no mark of made in finland on anywhere in mobile phone. and i didn't satisfied with the quality of the camera. there is no seal pack of the box of the mobile phone as the seller told me that for the case of the imported phones the seal pack has been opened by the customs officer and also they already told me before purchase that there is no bill provided for the case of the imported mobile phones, they already told me that 2 things before purchase, but i trust him because i have no knowledge about the imported phones. the seller told me that this is imported phone but the ebay customer care tell me that this is not imported phone as i have audio clip of that call recording. i raise the claim on the ebay guarantee to give my money back and to return the mobile phones. but the ebay guarantee rejected the claim because of they said me that your listed problems (nokia n series faded on back side of mobile phone, camera quality is not satisfied, nothing written that where is it made) have not falls under ebay guarantee and after that rejected my claim on 27 june 2016 and they harassed me manytimes they always want 24-48 hours and never respond within that. they told me to mutually solve the problem with seller but seller did nothing and he told me that i am busy with other customers i have no time for you. the mobile phone price is rs 6499 and they refused to give back my hard earned money. then how can i do now. please help me in this case. i also have proof photos of the descried problems. please take strict actions against this company immidiately. the paisapay id of product is [protected] and claim id is 2071687

                                    I had ordered lenovo tab cover of RS. 250 on 1st March 2016.my paypaisa ID is [protected].The cover was every bad in quality.than I claimed on eBay but they rejected my claim.they told me to contact directly to the seller.seller said me to send cover back and said that he will send an confirmation mail to ebay.now fro last 3 month eBay is not giving resolution and seller is also not giving answer.

                                      Dear e bay team

                                      I ordered said product as gust login.
                                      As i"m not so much family er to online shopping by mistake ordered refurbish product.

                                      But when came to know same day given a call to costumer care to cancel my order.

                                      Executive told me to call shipper

                                      I given him call n told him to cancel order.

                                      Then he started convincing me not to cancel order and told me that he ll send new hand set.

                                      Though i told him to cancel same as saying there is hardly any difference in new an this one.

                                      But he kept me convincing sayng
                                      "sir me apko mobile bejta agar aapko pasand nai aaya tho muze bolna me wapas le lenga ya ebay guaranty me ek mahine me kabhibhi wapas kar dena"
                                      And told me to have trust on him
                                      Mera reatig dekho, me galat kam nai krta, bharosa rakho...

                                      Though on same day after talk i drooped him text msg[as he was not receiving call] to cancel order as i'm saving last since six month to purchase same..

                                      But three days latter got mail order good is couriered to given adders.

                                      And just because of word of trust from him received the good.

                                      But when opened it was not as described and not up to mark of quality.

                                      O given him call to tell me the procedure for refund.
                                      He told me to
                                      "talk to ebay i can"t help u"

                                      Today morning when called ebay they told me to
                                      "talk to shipper"

                                      When tried to contact him first 14 call he didn't pickup ed the call.

                                      15th time received and told him that ebay is saying to talk to subramani sir to initiate refund process..

                                      He clearly said

                                      "mai nai karega aapse jo hota kar lo or fir se mere se batt maat karo im on vacation"

                                      Now its just not about mobile its about trust and commitment from from ebay and shipper.

                                      I again request u its just amount of 11k for u but for mi its last six mounts saving on stake.

                                      Looking forward for ur cooperation for complete resolution of matter.

                                      Eller is asking now to cut commission of ebay and then initiate for payment

                                        I have ordered shoes from ebay on 29th june 2016, following are the details of item

                                        Li-ning super light running shoes for men
                                        Order id:[protected]

                                        Size uk/ ind: 10
                                        Color: neon blue
                                        Sale date: 29/06/16

                                        After delivery i found that even its mentioned as size 10, but actually its small and its not fitting well to me, so i raised a claim on ebay

                                        Following are claim details,

                                        Claim id: 2127528

                                        Ebay contacted me and asked more details about issue, i shocked to know that replacement is not covered for size issue, i'm just asking for replacement with one size larger.

                                        Almost all shopping site online provides replacement for size issue, even local stores does that.

                                        But still they have rejected my claim and shared seller details and asked me to directly talk with them.

                                        Then i contacted seller, here is replay from seller...

                                        "dear sir,

                                        Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you.
                                        Sir, i request you claim on ebay, as you are covered under 30days guarantee.
                                        Where you can get it replaced or exchanged.
                                        So request youto raise a claim on ebay guarantee."

                                        E-mail clearly says that as that its under 30 days guarantee, so i can get replaced or exchanged.

                                        Then i contacted ebay and explained them, they told me, ask seller to send email to ebay stating same, then they will provide me replacement.

                                        Then i contacted seller and told him that ebay asked you to send email stating that you're ready for replacement, then seller took u turn with previous discussion and told me that, who told you that we are ready for replacement if ebay approves you're claim then only we can replace.

                                        Cause a lots of frustration in all this process, and lost money as well.
