The refund was intiated on 22nd June and in the order page, it was clearly stated that it would be credited within 2-3 working dyas, still I haven't received it. It has been 13 days since its initiation. I have contacted them more than 5 times, they ask me to wait 24, then 48 hours and likewise every time. It was a very big amount ( ₹8091) and still no action taken by them. I also sent my bank statement as per their demand....

I have purchased a mobile on 28.06.16 through ebay auxus stunner - virtual reality smartphone - remote function - 3gb ram - 8 core, product no[protected] price: rs. 10, 990.00.
