The refund was intiated on 22nd June and in the order page, it was clearly stated that it would be credited within 2-3 working dyas, still I haven't received it. It has been 13 days since its initiation. I have contacted them more than 5 times, they ask me to wait 24, then 48 hours and likewise every time. It was a very big amount ( ₹8091) and still no action taken by them. I also sent my bank statement as per their demand.

    I have purchased a mobile on 28.06.16 through ebay auxus stunner - virtual reality smartphone - remote function - 3gb ram - 8 core, product no[protected] price: rs. 10, 990.00.

    I have received the product in a damaged condition and within 30 minutes of receiving i raised the claim in ebay to refund with claim id 2125794. however after 2days ebay service representative asked me to go to the manufacturer for its warranty!!

      My story for ebay buying and selling. I always use ebay.In for selling and buying but after i have sold my item of rs. 60000 ebay suspend my account and told that your payment is relase after 30 days supppose i sold my item on[protected] then ebay conform paisapay remittance on[protected] after ebay suspend my account so i wait for my payment in 2-3 month come in my account. Same for buyer
      O i request to all of don't use ebay.In website for selling or buy always use shop for any purchase some time you purchased any item and suppose item not working then ebay take 2 month for it replace or refund or not giving and response
      I had very bad experience from ebay website please stop this type of business why our government approve this business all e-commerce website doing this business with some police and when any problem make then company not provide any reason.

              EBay denying to refund money on purchased of VU 55" TV

              We won the bid the above mentioned TV for Rs.25, 500/- on 16 Jun 16.

              Neither seller nor the eBay take responsibility to send my item or otherwise refund my amount...

              Seller given his personal number also not attending or some times switching off.

              In this regard, we talked several times to eBay customer care but no use and simply my complaint had been closed without any justification

                I ordered an iPhone 5S from eBay about a month ago and the Order ID of the produ t is [protected] and paid 21749rs via credit card first of all the phone was repaired and the screen of Phone was replaced secondly eBay promised me 17400 payback points on this order but their pathetic service are not giving me any refund or replacement on the order neither they're giving me the payback points on my payback account and when I email them about the issue they don't even reply to my email and on call they say we cannot found this order id. So I request consumer complaint to help me regarding this issue

                  I had ordered an iphone 6s 64gb rose gold colour. however they gave gold colour which is defective, came in a duplicate package and also has few dents on it. the biggest shocker is that the phone does not even have warranty. i have put a complaint about the same to ebay.in but no action (refund/replacement) has been done yet. please help to resolve the same.

                    I had ordered a android tv device in may. Item was received however seller tried to cheat by sending a very old model. I raised claim with ebay immediately. Seller tried to further cheat by editing his item details and claim that what he sent is right one however luckily #ebay site was notifying that the product description was edited.
                    The claim was resolved (On 7-june) upon follow-ups and it was resolved as 'refund' decision and it has been more than a month that i parted with my amount waiting to get it back. There is no sign of refund still. #ebay customer care says that the draft for refund is not even generated yet and they have no clue when it will be processed and dispatched. No tracking mechanism to get updates.
                    I am omitting many more other inconveniences caused with shipping back the product, shipping charges etc.
                    Worst experience of claim and refund and still open. If you think you have any chance of getting wrong product or you think you can trust #ebay guarantee claim to get it resolved quickly then only advice is to stay away for any purchases.

                      I have purchased a samsung evo 32 gb micro sd sdhc class 10 memory card with warranty" (item id:[protected] paisapay id : [protected]. on 24-apr-16 and same was received to me on 27th april.
                      I was out of town for few days and didn't get any chance to check the item. on 3rd june 2016 when i tried to use that card, it is shown a read only card and has one folder pre-written on it. i have tried every way to format and make it readable but i am unable to do so. the contact details of dealer are name: naresh chand email: [protected]@gmail.com phone:[protected]
                      But the number is switched off all the time. ebay says they can not help as 30 days have been passed. but the card in under warranty so the dealer should replace the card and its ebays responsibility to see that dealer is providing original products.

                        I order oneplus one mobile usb cable (item id[protected] on 15th june 2016 by paying rs.299/- (paisa pay id [protected] with claim id 2096680) before ordering i confirmed with the seller that whether the mobile code is compatible with oneplus one mobile, seller confirmed. after so many following ups i received product so late on 26/07/2016, i surprise by opening up the courier packet that wrong product dispatched by the seller instead of oneplus one mobile usb seller dispatched oneplus two mobile usb cable which is altogether different product.

                        I complaint immediately on 27th june 2016 for refund of my payment and wrongful act of seller and cheated by seller. after so many follow-ups every alternated days i have been calling to ebay customer care number and they reply that i received call from claim dept. i am wondering when ebay claim dept. will call me when that day and date happened.

                        Every time when i called to customer care number they are not saying that they will take complaint against the seller because wrongful act of seller customer is suffering and refund the amount to customer. its prove that seller and ebay provide very pathetic and worst services.

                        If you are not refund me my amount within 3 days then i will take legal action against you for sale of wrong (unqualified) products.

                          Its hard to say that i am not at all satisfied with the services provided by ebay.
                          I booked an order for iphone 5s and made it prepaid via my credit card with value of rs.18, 219 on 1 june 2016.
                          And got the consignment on 6 jun 2016. when i opened, it was awkward for me after opening the packet. because i got moto g inside the packet, as to let you know it has value of rs. 7, 999.

                          After this all crapped things i placed a call to ebay customer care and made communication on mail many times too for replacement earlier but they told wait for some days and for now i want to get my all money back. with no more delay.
                          Its already 4 july 2016 means almost 1 month.

                          These all reasons are lagging ebay behind all the ecommerce sites and i am totally sick of these things now. so please assist me to get my money back with interest which i pay thru credit card to ebay.
                          Because they cheated me and i don't trust them anymore.

                              I ordered asus zenfone max on 6 june 2016. The model i ordered was by mistake different than i wanted so i wanted to cancel my order. Seller told me that being item is shipped the only option is to deny to recive product when it come to me. finally it is returned to seller 101mobile shrinivas on 14th june. from 14th june i am fighting for getting refund money.Everytime I call or chat with customer care they say they will contact me back the next day...But that tomorrow never comes.                                   Recently i have purchased samsung 12000 mah mobile charging bank online through ebay. power bank is not working properly (backup is only for 10 mins). it looks like it is already used.

                                  I tried to contact shipper multiple times but not response. i also checked with ebay and they are also not supporting asking for doa letter and samsung service center said it is not my product (it is fake product) so we can not support. ebay can not support without doa letter.

                                  Please take a strict action against ebay and shipper for selling fake product using your prestigious name of samsung. please write for further information.

                                    I ordered Nokia E63 online via eBay in the last week of May, 2016. The cell phone was delivered to me in the first week of June within a week. The issue is the cell phone which was delivered to us has a loose keypad buttons, Loose back panel. Battery condition Poor- gets switched off within 7 to 8 hrs.

                                    we take online shopping as a time saver. but here I have given so much time better would have been buying straight away from the store.

                                    Response given by eBay on complaints :

                                    Action 1 : Claim applied via eBay warrantee within first 10 days of mobile delivery to us after the issue was observed

                                    Action 2 : Reminder given

                                    Action & Response 3 : Claim ID issued to us 2105202
                                    as per them I was contacted on my no. ONCE but I did not answer the call.
                                    Photos & required detail shared but as per them it is not clear

                                    Concern : Stretching the issue so that customers get upset, easier way could have been they could have deputed a person locally to collect the faulty product. I have been asked to send the pictures again stating previous sent images are not clear (attached previous sent image also for ref)

                                      Hello Sir/Mam,

                                      I have ordered "Imported | HTC Desire VC White | Dual Sim | CDMA + GSM | 4 GB" (Item ID:[protected] from seller "easybazzar".But we have received used handset which is not workable at all.So we have reshipped that item to seller easybazzar and it got delivered to them.But seller is not ready to give a proof to ebay.in that the have been delivered to them.

                                      Now ebay is refusing for refund since they have not received any communication from seller.

                                      We took number of follow ups in this case with ebay and seller but we did not receive any thing from them.

                                        I have ordered Mobile Videocon Infinium Z 52 Thunder on 27 th May 2016 on Ebay & received courier on 30th May 2016. Mobile was not found in couriered packet only accessories were found in the packet. I have informed to seller (Harneet Singh Ebay User id - kotaestore2015 Mob:[protected]) immediately & also provided him with IEMI No to track the mobile. Seller has promised me that he will send the request to service provider & will track the mobile. Later on whenever i called up to seller he never pick up the phone. I have raised the claim on Ebay Gurantee on 1st June (Claim ID: 2037797). Eaby executive called up & told me that they will revert with 48 hours. Whnever i called back on Ebay customer care no its always busy. Whenevr i send mail on ebay help desk i received revert on mail that they will revert with in 48 hours. Still i have not received any proper revert from Ebay. On 2nd July 2016 i have recieved mail from Ebay that your account has been suspended & all the information on ebay login is blocked.
