[Resolved]  Ebazar Ninja — Return of defective product - oid105590 - refund coupon not received since one month

Reference captioned subject, please note that i had ordered an mi 10, 400 powerbank from the website with an order id - oid105590. however, on receipt of the product, i have found that the product is faulty and defected.

Accordingly, i returned the defected product to ebazar on 30 june 2016 ('thursday'). it's been one month since i returned the product. however, i have not yet received the refund coupon for the same.

In this regards, request you to kindly initiate the refund coupon of the same amount at the earliest.

Invoice no.OID141926 date. 19.07.2016 product code. 234076 power bank having 20800 mah but it not gives that much out put it charges the mobile one time battari capacity 2600mah it must be atleast three times
