I don't have any complaints regarding your service... Till now I am happy with the services.. But there's a insta account who is fooling people with his products ... Few days back I ordered some clothes worth 769 from an insta shop. Named style_hive_11.. And later they sent me some torn saree... Like this that person is fooling many people... The seller provides cod... And mostly uses ecom service... I paid in the ecom account as it was cod. Now the seller has blocked me... Though I filed a fir against him in consumer care. .. I want to request your service to kindly help me I'm this matter... I have his bank details also... I need help from you .. The tracking id was : [protected].. Order date: 8 August 21, map id:26317169... I want some information about the person who made dis order... Plsss try to help...

      My order of nykaa ORDER ID- NYK[protected] has not been delivered to me yet inspite of repeated complaints. The delivery person called me up and did not even hear the complete address, and kept the phone, It has been a week and I have not recveived my product. This is highly condemned and concerning.

        AWB [protected] consignment have reached kottayam at 2 aug 2021 they are changing the delivery dates telling that heavy rain, i'm sataying near there and not seen any rain from 2- 20th today is still raining, if its like that kottayam may wope out due to flood please kinldy take action aganist this misleading comments.

          I have ordered an item through meesho and the delivery from ecom courier partners were late. So that I cancelled the order. But my order is stucked somewhere. How can I contact them? There is no number or even though they are not responding to any email. Very worst and bad service. I need to cancel the item and refund my money as soon as possible

            Pickup date- 19th July 2021
            On 23rd July 2021 my package reached Noida and after that it has been lying in Noida since then, now it has been one month but still I my package is not still delivered to required destination.

            And it's shocking to know that I had been calling Ecom express since 10th August but they are not giving me any solution.

                I am the customer and nobody from Ecom express approached me today for delivery. But the status has been updated as Customer refused to take delivery. What a fake and false status by Vandalur Ecom Express division. Pathetic service.

                  Sir.I am from KOTTAYAM .I ordered an item from meesho..But that item came in ecom delivery center Kottayam on 12 august.now the date is 19 th August 2021. Nobody contacted me yet..and this courier service have no any contacting number too.. please take sufficient action against this.

                      This is related to ECOM EXPRESS COURIER SERVICES at ELURU, Andhra Pradesh.

                      The delivery person did not attempted delivering my package untill I went to ECOM EXPRESS office after tracking that my package is at courier facility

                      They are simply saying that we ignored your package because I'm having lots of cancellations

                      It is their minimum duty to contact us. They are making their own decisions it's completely wrong

                        My product is not delivered in the due date... And after due date also is not delivered ... The product is nearest hub of my address... But they are unable to delivered... I have already complained Flipkart assistant but they are saying that you have wait to 23rd August... I don't know what is the problem... They don't have also courier service number... I am frustrated now...

                          I had a very pathetic experience with this order. I had ordered a product on 3rd Aug 2021. The vendor choose Ecom Express Delivery shipped on 3rd Aug 2021. The shipment reached the DC at Bengaluru on 8th Aug 2021 and since then it was not out for delivery. Suddenly, the delivery status changed to Undelivered and Shipment RTO lock state on 17th Aug 2021. There was no call from the delivery person nor did he deliver the product. The number shared in the message does not connect to the Delivery person nor let us know the status. The customer care team sucks. They do not have any tracking information other than what is availible on the website. The vendor also had shared concerns on the wherabouts of the product.

                            Address: Ecom Express Private Limited Ground Floor, 13/16 min, 17 min, Samalka, Old Delhi-Gurugram Road, Kapashera, New Delhi – 110037, India

                            I ordered medicines from https://www.schwabeindia.com/ and they have shipped the product on 04 August 2021 through Ecom express.

                            From August 11th the status was shows as "out for delivery" but did not get delivered. When i called customer care the agent told me some internal issues are going on and hence the order is delayed but until now the product is not yet delivered.

                            For the past few days from August 14th the status shows "Shipment un-delivered" and no call received from delivery agent so far.

                            I also called customer care and asked for the nearby delivery center and they gave me the address as

                            Ground floor no.15
                            Pallavan Lane
                            Anbazhagan Nagar
                            4th street
                            TVK nagar
                            Chennai 600011.

                            but when i went there, I came to know the Ecom express delivery center has been moved from there.

                            So they don't even have updated information about their delivery centers.

                            At this point I'm totally helpless. I also informed Schwabe India about the delay since I ordered the medicines from them.

                            I hope the delivery agent contacts me soon..

                            At 21.47 (9.47 pm) status updated as out for delivery on 18 August 2021.
                            This clearly shows that something is not going right. Why would someone update status as out for delivery at 9.47 pm ?

                            Today is August 19 2021, lets wait and see what excuse they give today.

                            I'm writing to say that the shipment is still not delivered on August 20 2021 (Time: 5.12 pm) and no solution. Customer care keeps saying it's out for delivery and I'm wondering how a product can be showing out for delivery right from August 11th 2021 and still not delivered.

                            Usually a an SMS will be sent to customer's mobile number when the status is out for delivery along with telephone number and PIN to contact the delivery agent.

                            But untill now, i have not received any sms or call from the delivery agent.

                              Hi im from sangrur Punjab . I placed a product from Flipkart and my courier partner is Ecom when his time to delivery my courier he rude me as well as he cancel my courier without my consent. When I reached the office of ECOM i told everything about courier boy then the manager said to me “ sir you can file a complaint against him “ we didn’t respond any courier.. infact he also start miss behaving with me.. pls take strict action against them. So that i could not face that type of problem in future.

                                  My Product reached to my location its 03 KM distance from me. Its reached 05 days back only but the delivery person not delivered till now he kept with him only today i called him he said he thought i will go to store and collect the product i wil not come to my address, at least he should call and inform me that parcel has been arrived please collect it but he didnt give any information this is 03 rd time he did this mistake
