My courier was to be delivered on 28 august. I got message that it will be delivered today, and also got a call from delivery executive. I waited for whole day, but it was not delivered. I called him many times, he didnt picked the call. Then at last he picked call and said that it will be delivered tommorow because parcel is big. What a reason ! Then the status was updated to undelivered and reason was CONSUMER NOT AVAILABLE ! what the hell ? I waited whole day, called him many times, and they say i was not available ? Then next day also the same happened. He said that yes today your parcel will be delivered, it will take time. But today also not delivered, again status updated to consumer not available. Tell me, if this is not fraud, scam, then what it is ? That parcel is very inportant for me, and i want it by tommorow. I contacted customer care also, but i dont think they will solve this problem fastly. Trust me, Ecom Express is the worst delivery service you can find.
