I was unable to accept the call of the delivery person once yesterday and i immediately checked later and Reupdated the delivery date to todays date but my order is showing in rto locked stage what does that mean? Is my product returning now? I dont want return please i want my delivery today if its possible..

    From sept 2nd till now every day morning the status is "Out for delivery".But on the same day the status is " The order un delivered Residence/Office closed".But actually I am at my own address and no courier person calling or visiting my address".Please solve this as soon as possible. I called customer care so many times. Every one saying same like "we raised a complaint".

      I have ordered a product on 26th of August'2021 and is due to be delivered by ecom express on 2nd of september for the last six days i am getting messages of OUT FOR DELIVERY and the phone number of the delivery boy. when i am trying to reach him i could not. last two days i have received a call from delivery person telling he would be delivering the product to me within 30 mins but no one came. i have called the customer care of ecom express but they are telling me to wait at the address till 8pm which i have done thrice but of no use.

      You have veen trying to deliver since days but couldn't. The number and the pin u share when i use it to contact the delivery personnnel they say i am trying from an unregistered number ..now tell me if the number is unregistered why should i receive the pin on that number. Now u have applied OFD on it..when asked u told me to contact seller when i had a discussion with the seller they say that they had nothing to do with it.

          I had ordered a package from an online retailer few weeks ago. it reached the final delivery station but is not delivered even after a week. it becomes out to delivery daily and becomes undelivered by giving some random reason as "costumer not available", "costumer requested for future delivery". after a few days, it is now going back to the seller. it is still not delivered. poor delivery agencies even after paying the delivery charges.

            I ordered a t-shirt from BeYoung on 27th August 2021. On 30th August, I got a text from Ecom Express that my parcel has been dispatched and they gave me the tracking ID. Since 30th August, till now, whenever I track my order, it shows "IN_TRANSIT". What should I do? I have already paid for it online. Please do something as BeYoung is not in favor of cashback.

                      I was following this shipment since it reached Kochi hub on 23rd. It took another week to reach Cherthala DC which is hardly 30 km away on 30 August.. Since then I am following Ecom express for delivery. No proper reply except "we have some interal issues". They keep on changing delivery promising date. They promised Sep1 and then 2 and today they shifetd to Sep 4..One of my earlier order was returned to supplier due to same reason( AWB[protected]) and they could not deliver even after 7 days from committed delivery date.

                          My shipment has been lying in their outlet for 5 days. and they have put a remark saying that ecom is holding the shipment due to payment issue. when i spoke to delivery person Vinayak Jadhav he said he tried to deliver it and the security refused. well we dont have a security person at the premises basically nobody even attempted the delivery, he also said he would deliver it today, when called to ask why it wasnt delivered today, he said he cant deliver now he'll do it tomorrow, ecom express provides very bad service and the person didnt even bother to apologize for his mistake infact spoke very rudely.

                            I had received a call from the agent that will give you the order on tomorrow as our agent is leave today but after 2 days I haven't received the product and now it is showing as product is returned. I was waiting for 20 days for this product

                                I placed an order on 19th August 2021 from an e-comm website and it said will deliver the package by 24th August. It was a rakhi gift for my sister. First they put the package in Kochi hub for 2-3 days without any reason. When the package was still not moving from their I made a call to the website from where I ordered the gift and then called Ecom courier customer service. The people Ecom courier has hired for customer service is worst. They were saying the same thing that I can see on the tracking website. No new information from them and said will deliver the package after 31st as they have some internal issue. Then they connected the package and said its out for delivery on 27th. They made call twice which could be answered at that time since my sister was not available. When she call back it asked for pin to connect the call which no one has provided. Same day evening the status showed incorrect address so could not deliver the package and asked to provide correct address. I provided the landmark in the address and provided same address which was correct and made a reattempt request for 28th. I again follow up with both the companies on call 2-3 times. They did not reattempt on 28th and for 29th they said due to corona cannot deliver the package. On 30th their was no movement of package and again made a call and asked either deliver the package or cancel the order to the company from where I placed this order. on 31st the package was delivered and it was being delivered by the same person who attempted the delivery on 27th and this time they got the address. Really disappointing and really bad service.

                                    I ordered any item through Amazon and when the Delivery boy arrived at the my place he was very rude and speaking very aggressively and in a very misleading way cheated me and took extra 500rs and ran away and i visited to the office and took his number and called him and asked to return my 500rs back but he refused to return it and spoke very rudely and used foul language too.
                                    Its is my kind request to take immediate action on him and return my 500rs back otherwise and going to take a very serious legal action on him if this complaint does not resolve in 24hrs I am filing a police complaint on him...
