      Pls see a status comment put by the company for delivery
      consignee requested for future delivery . ( they have till this minute not called for delivery and at least 3 times they have put the same comment) . WHY ? the people responsible should be taken to task for posting wrong informataion . i have written several mails and the company also does not reply so i guess it is with the knowledge of the company
      DEAR FRIENDS IN THE DIGITAL WORLD WHNE EVERYTHING HAPPENS ONLINE THESE ARE NOT RELIABLE SERVIES TO AVAIL OFF SO BEWARE .                   I placed an order with purplle.com on 6th of August 2021 AwB [protected] of PURPLLE. It was a pre paid shipment.

                  I received an out for delivery message on 10th August 2021 but the delivery was not done. The delivery boy updated that he was unable to contact me. I contacted purplle and ecom and both said I can expect my delivery next day. But no calls no messages and it was not delivered. I repeated raised a complaint and the executives kept on telling me that it will take 24 to 48 hours . I kept on waiting On 12th also I received an out for delivery message at around @4'30. I personally called the delivery boy and asked when is he coming and gave my alternate number and the exact address. It told he will come at 8 pm. After 15 mins I received a text stating my delivery was not done because they could not reach me. This delivery boy is a fraud and ### and he is doing this intentionally for last 3 days. I want to escalate this issue and take necessary action against him.

                        Hi, my order was placed via zoomin early Jun 2021, there were two parcels both shipped via Ecomexpress. The first big shipment which was supposed to reach by Jun 22 2021, has still not reached and other shipment was delivered( today is aug 12 2021). The first shipment has been returned and reshipped thrice from Tirupathi to mumbai and back. The problem is Ecomexpress is not even attempting to deliver and simply putting status as 234- address pincode mismatch. I have been asking them to call the given contact number for address guidance but no . THEY ARE NOT EVEN ATTEMPTING THE DELIVERY ! What am I supposed to do ?!                                 Did not even call me then how is it possible to say that customer is not reachable what the hell is ecomm express doing really pathetic.. no contact even anywhere in Google as well... I am awaiting for the product since 8th August 2021 as ajio showed the items have reached kottayam on 8th aug. I am only recieving message telling the delivery is rescheduled.
