Sir/mam, my order for AWB NUMBER : [protected] has to be delivered to me TOMMOROW ITSELF . So, i request you to deliver my product as soon as possible as it is urgent...

The delivery agent refuse for home delivery.Then are saying us to go 4km from out home to receive the product.There behaviour also very rude...

There is no updates on delivery which is bound to happen today.ordered a phone on 25 th and expected delivery is today August 2nd.It hasn't even reached my nearest hub today.Till still shows stuck at walayar hub on which it reached on 28th of july.

I hope you would resolve this issue as soon as possible and delivers my orderon time and let me know about the issues....

My Nykaa parcel AWB# [protected] came once only once i.e on 26 July & I couldn't get OTP in my phone due to some issues so, I couldn't get it. Then the next day I got OTP but the delivery boy calls and says he is on another route and asks me for OTP and he will get it delivered by another guy later.I denied it & said I will give OTP to only one who comes at my house with my parcel .So he showed undelivered & the next day delivery boy calls...

Am stopped working in last month but still my last month salary has not been credited. Please take action on it.

Ordered a product from Zoomin app. Was supposed to get delivered today but delivery guy didn't deliver me the product bcoz I was supposed to provide him some OTP which I never received on my no.
Plz help me with the delivery.

I ordered 5 products from amazon and it took around 30 days to reach the nearest hub. and the delivery team just called to inform that the product will get delivered the next day and it passed around a week. and they send it back. all of them are returning to the seller now.

customers don't even have the option to call the hub and ask why this happening, even the customer service team also doesn't have the option to do this....

I want my delivery I don't expect this bad behaviour from Ecom express

On 23 your delivery agent call me but he not answered then I call him back then also he not answered

So that's not my fault
How do you right that customer is not available
