My order is not delivered and ecom express jalore office said that there is no parcel of my name and they fool me. My parcel is held by carrier. They not deliver at home and say that they not delivered my product because of I complaint against them. My parcel is pre paid so I think they might miss use my product and take itself. Please take strict action against them. Please help me ASAP.

    I have received a call at exact 6 am in the morning for a pickup related enquiry.
    Which i never agreed for.
    When i asked the customer service executive why that a receive a call at that early morning hrs - he was rude and told that he can call from anything at 5.30 am in the morning.
    When i was bit harsh in the call and ended it, though he called me again to educate me on professional ethics. Not even a single remorse or professional courtesy he has shown.
    These kind of people are the entire reason to an failing reason.

                      Pls see a status comment put by the company for delivery
                      consignee requested for future delivery . ( they have till this minute not called for delivery and at least 3 times they have put the same comment) . WHY ? the people responsible should be taken to task for posting wrong informataion . i have written several mails and the company also does not reply so i guess it is with the knowledge of the company

                                  I placed an order with purplle.com on 6th of August 2021 AwB [protected] of PURPLLE. It was a pre paid shipment.

                                  I received an out for delivery message on 10th August 2021 but the delivery was not done. The delivery boy updated that he was unable to contact me. I contacted purplle and ecom and both said I can expect my delivery next day. But no calls no messages and it was not delivered. I repeated raised a complaint and the executives kept on telling me that it will take 24 to 48 hours . I kept on waiting On 12th also I received an out for delivery message at around @4'30. I personally called the delivery boy and asked when is he coming and gave my alternate number and the exact address. It told he will come at 8 pm. After 15 mins I received a text stating my delivery was not done because they could not reach me. This delivery boy is a fraud and ### and he is doing this intentionally for last 3 days. I want to escalate this issue and take necessary action against him.

                                        Hi, my order was placed via zoomin early Jun 2021, there were two parcels both shipped via Ecomexpress. The first big shipment which was supposed to reach by Jun 22 2021, has still not reached and other shipment was delivered( today is aug 12 2021). The first shipment has been returned and reshipped thrice from Tirupathi to mumbai and back. The problem is Ecomexpress is not even attempting to deliver and simply putting status as 234- address pincode mismatch. I have been asking them to call the given contact number for address guidance but no . THEY ARE NOT EVEN ATTEMPTING THE DELIVERY ! What am I supposed to do ?! I want the parcel to delivered .. kindly help ..A humble request. Tracking number : [protected]
