Hi Team, I have been facing an issue with the Ecom Express courier service. I have book the package through ShipRocket, and the courier service is Ecom Express. The package has to deliver it on 9th Aug. But Till the date, it's not been delivered. We are not getting a proper response from ShipRocket and Ecom Express. After so many complaints, they stated false allegations on the parcel, like the address is wrong. But they did not call the customer(I have checked with the customer, attached the screenshot). They charged for this package 507.21/- and its Cash On Delivery, the Cash on delivering Amount is 2295/-. Ecom Express said we will deliver your parcel to the customer on 21st Aug. But till the date it's not delivered. I called customer care they again changed the delivery date to 27th. Now they stated, they have some internal issue in their center, so we are not able to deliver. If they have an issue how they can update the Address wrong The Screenshots are attached 1.
