I'm from kanjirapally, kerala.I've ordered an item from amazon.in on 15th aug and delivery partner assigned was Ecom express.The tracking id is [protected].The product arrived at the final delivery station on 22 aug and they havent yet called me and they didnt even tried to deliver the same.So i called ecom express executives and what they told me that my area is unservicable but i used to get products from ecom express and other couriers in the same adress itself.And they have instructed me to directly go to the office and collect the product and Once i reached at the location they have told me, the office wasnt open and i had to return to my home.I travelled around 20km's inorder to arrive at that office itself.I want to get the local delivery partners number and i want them to deliver my product asap and anyways amazon have given assurance that ecom will deliver the product at my home itself.
