I ordered product in meesho and the delivery stuff is given to ecom express executive but now the status is RTO
But I don't get any call from ecom executive I have already paid through online there is no refund nor product delivered do resolve it I have tried calling ecom executive but he is not responding

      Sir/mam plss dont play with the coustmer feelings...I have booked books and it was couriered through ur company it is showing delivery status from 22 August but till today I haven't received the parcel ...I have exams in the coming week but u guys are playing not deliverying the books ... I am feeling so sad for that...               Product Stuck in Waleyar Hub

              I am from Coimbatore and my AWB number is [protected]. I don't understand why this parcel is stuck in Waleyar Hub since 22 aug and for what purpose. Can this be shipped asap. Please take some necessary actions. This is really frustrating.....

                I have ordered product on Amazon and this product shipment given to Ecom Express. When I checking the tracking status its shows me that its delivered to me. But I NOT YET RECEIVED it. How they say this product delivered to me when I not yet received.

                  I'm from kanjirapally, kerala.I've ordered an item from amazon.in on 15th aug and delivery partner assigned was Ecom express.The tracking id is [protected].The product arrived at the final delivery station on 22 aug and they havent yet called me and they didnt even tried to deliver the same.So i called ecom express executives and what they told me that my area is unservicable but i used to get products from ecom express and other couriers in the same adress itself.And they have instructed me to directly go to the office and collect the product and Once i reached at the location they have told me, the office wasnt open and i had to return to my home.I travelled around 20km's inorder to arrive at that office itself.I want to get the local delivery partners number and i want them to deliver my product asap and anyways amazon have given assurance that ecom will deliver the product at my home itself.

                    I orderd some products from earthrhythm and ecom express was their delivery partner.The product was shipped on aug 13 of this year and the expected delivery date was aug 20. But its been 25th aug and when i try to track the product it is showing as unable to connect to kochi hub for the last few daysVery much dissapointed with your service.

                        It is utterly disgusting to see the way you tackled to deliver my product which I ordered from Karagiri. You never tried to deliver my product, never contacted me or made any attempt. But now I can see that for my product it is saying "Shipment RTO Lock". Completely disgusting to see your incompetent way to deliver products.

                          16 july ko mera order return huaa tha or wo 28 july ko delivered huaa tha lekin jaha pe delivered karna tha vahi pe kyu delivered nahi kiya hee mere pass proof hee ki usne kaha delevered kiya or kaha pe delevered karna tha

                                Ecom office, Dhanori, Pune branch is not at all supportive and they wasted 2 months for the same shipment. Their numbers are [protected], [protected] and [protected]. My first parcel 11055419 was damaged and I got a full refund for it and I ordered a new one on 4th August 11058499. It was in Pune from 12th August but Ecom is not delivering iyt to me. They attempted the delivery only once and they called me too but I was not available at that time because they sent PIN on 18th and called me on 19th to deliver the parcel so I didn't expect delivery on that day.
                                Now my parcel is showing returned to the origin. How it is possible. Courier hasn't reattempted it and marked it as return. Why?
                                When I contacted to Ecom customer care, they said they attempt 3 times and then they marked it RTO locked. But my shipment delivery attempted 1 time only and they marked it as they have attempted it 2 times. Customer care executive is also surprised about 2 attempts only. Please help me.

                                  Hi Team, I have been facing an issue with the Ecom Express courier service. I have book the package through ShipRocket, and the courier service is Ecom Express. The package has to deliver it on 9th Aug. But Till the date, it's not been delivered. We are not getting a proper response from ShipRocket and Ecom Express. After so many complaints, they stated false allegations on the parcel, like the address is wrong. But they did not call the customer(I have checked with the customer, attached the screenshot). They charged for this package 507.21/- and its Cash On Delivery, the Cash on delivering Amount is 2295/-. Ecom Express said we will deliver your parcel to the customer on 21st Aug. But till the date it's not delivered. I called customer care they again changed the delivery date to 27th. Now they stated, they have some internal issue in their center, so we are not able to deliver. If they have an issue how they can update the Address wrong The Screenshots are attached 1.                                       On 15/08/2021 got call for pickup an item but i was out of station. So they came again on 17/08/2021 to deliver another item and pick the return item. Today is 24/08/2021, till now i didn't get any update about retur. Pickup. I called amazon they are telling return yet to pickup status is there still, so you have to wait. But how many days you people need to update the status. PIN no of delivery agent is 6123. Please resolve this issue
