The complaint is that it is saying the delivery boy was unable to deliver your order and it has been returned to the supplier what is this I am waiting for my product it has been 15 days I didnt get my product yet

    Address: Ecom express mapusa Goa

    Delaying the delivery as the order received at ecom Delivery centre mapusa Goa. As the order received at centre on 28 August 5.20pm. Waiting for receiver to collect their order without giving home delivery. Calling from office and saying Delivery guy couldn't reach you. Forcing to collect the order from office. As you call out for ecom Express customer care they say that the order is locked for OFD. I don't know what it means.

          Dear sir,
          My product was to be delivered on Aug 16, from that day on wards till 29th of Aug its undelivered to me as its showing itself in the tracking details as cannot be delivered.
          the E-com express has an unsatisfactory customer care that the doesn't show any responsibility towards my product.
          even the customer care provider doesn't know the exact details of the delivery center near to me.
          kindly provide a solution to this, i need my product back ASAP.

            I ordered two T-shirt some time ago. Until I didn’t receive delivery but yesterday when I check my order status on ajio then it show me order was delivered. I shocked I thought how is it be possible. I immediately called to ecom express company and told them full situation and they told me they registered my complaint and as soon as possible they will short out it. But until I didn’t get any help. I already pay for my order and now what can I do? I can’t understand. I think may be ecom express or delivery boy or some one another person done bad thing with me. If somebody can help me then please.

              This order is misplaced by ecom courier guy. When spoke to them they gave excuse saying they were busy and printer wasn't working. Wen checked the register it isn't registered there. It's a huge amount I m getting notice from the lawyer regarding it please take action n solve the problem or it will better i[censored] refund me the amount of 23, 499rs .
              I spoke to Amazon as well they said the product didn't reach the seller its almost going to be year now I always talk to the ecom people n courier guy they always say they are working on it but no results hopefully you do it soon or else I have to file case against them.

                My courier was to be delivered on 28 august. I got message that it will be delivered today, and also got a call from delivery executive. I waited for whole day, but it was not delivered. I called him many times, he didnt picked the call. Then at last he picked call and said that it will be delivered tommorow because parcel is big. What a reason ! Then the status was updated to undelivered and reason was CONSUMER NOT AVAILABLE ! what the hell ? I waited whole day, called him many times, and they say i was not available ? Then next day also the same happened. He said that yes today your parcel will be delivered, it will take time. But today also not delivered, again status updated to consumer not available. Tell me, if this is not fraud, scam, then what it is ? That parcel is very inportant for me, and i want it by tommorow. I contacted customer care also, but i dont think they will solve this problem fastly. Trust me, Ecom Express is the worst delivery service you can find.

                  RANGPO DC is Worst and their Service are also Worst, Not once but multiple times my Parcel are missing, Cancelled by own without my permission, No Call or Attempt to deliver, in my Fragile Commodity always Broken and Damaged.

                    I bought trekking shoe from decathlon on 16th august 2021, I was supposed to receive the package in kollam on 26th if August. Tracking shows the last product destination as kochi hub. My trek is on 16th of September. Why your delivery is too slow?

                        I booked a pair of shoes through '"meesho'"on 13.08.21 . But unfortunately the send the item through ecom express. On 19.08.21 it arrived at kochi. Even on 28.08.21 i didnt recieve it in kollam . What a horrible courier ?

                          2 of my shipments are stuck at Waleyar hub

                          HI, I have purchased items from Fabindia and Kamaayurveda and both teh shipments are through Ecom express. For last 10 days the ststus is howing as Waleyar hub. No further details,
                          I contacted teh customer care serivice mutliple times and they simply say its due to covid situtation. not able to give any additional details.
                          I would like to know when my shipments will be delivered.
