RANGPO DC is Worst and their Service are also Worst, Not once but multiple times my Parcel are missing, Cancelled by own without my permission, No Call or Attempt to deliver, in my Fragile Commodity always Broken and Damaged.

I have Ever Since Seen this type of Delivery courier partner .

    I bought trekking shoe from decathlon on 16th august 2021, I was supposed to receive the package in kollam on 26th if August. Tracking shows the last product destination as kochi hub. My trek is on 16th of September. Why your delivery is too slow?

      I have ordered products from Meesho but at the time of the product delivery your delivery person give me a missed call & after that I have received a message that my order was cancelled due to my address was unlocatable or not availabe. This is not the first time the delivery person already 2/3 times cancelled my orders by himself. My AWB number is [protected].

        I booked a pair of shoes through '"meesho'"on 13.08.21 . But unfortunately the send the item through ecom express. On 19.08.21 it arrived at kochi. Even on 28.08.21 i didnt recieve it in kollam . What a horrible courier ?

          2 of my shipments are stuck at Waleyar hub

          HI, I have purchased items from Fabindia and Kamaayurveda and both teh shipments are through Ecom express. For last 10 days the ststus is howing as Waleyar hub. No further details,
          I contacted teh customer care serivice mutliple times and they simply say its due to covid situtation. not able to give any additional details.
          I would like to know when my shipments will be delivered.
          at least show some responsibilty to...

          As a Amazon seller, I packed item and booked shipping slot twice, but Ecom Express executive didn't picked up my orders on time. And my orders get cancelled, resulting penalty for me. It's Worst experience.

              My order was suppose to deliver by aug 23, the delivery boy called me as well but due to some network issue i wasn't getting voice so i cut the call and each time i just got a voiceless call from your company, no delivery yet. My order number is [protected].

                                    Your delivery executives are playing by not delivering the order.. Yesterday one guy called me asked me about landmark I gave all the info after sometime I received SMs saying your order undelivered as you are unavailable.

                                    Again today nobody called me but received SMS of out for delivery after some time undelivered SMs

                                    If I call the number with PIN it says entered PIN is invalid.

                                    Your whole system is a crap. Because my order was supposed to deliver by last month it was delivered to some one else after so many complaints its redirected and again you guys are playing now.

                                    I should log a complaint in consumer court.

                                      I ordered product in meesho and the delivery stuff is given to ecom express executive but now the status is RTO
