      I had one order [AWB-[protected]] scheduled to be delivered on 1st Aug, 2021. On that day a person(probably delivery guy) called me abd asked where to deliver the product.I told him my address.5 minutes later I got a message showing that the item has been delivered to me, but it has been 10 days sonce them and I haven't received the package.

      I have even checked with my neighbour s, no one has received it.
      I called the customer care, each time they say 'your issue will be resolved in 72 hours' .After that no response even after 240 hours, I have called them 5 times, but no use.I even wrote to the [protected]@ecomexpress.com email, but no response feom there as well.

      This is a very serious issue, we all depend on your services, amid these times and if your service is like this, then it is worth giving attention.

      Please look into this.

      Confirmed, I have not received the package yet!
      Now it has been 13 days, still I have not received the delivery and nor did any of my neighbours.
      Either the delivery guy has delivered it to the wrong adress or maybe he has not delivered at all.

      Showing the status delivered and delivering the product to somepne else, or some other address without my consent is not a delivery, it is fraud.

      Please look into this.

        I had a very pathetic experience with this order. Ecom Express Delivery boy did not come to the location. Neither did he call me for asking Pin. I just got the message that my order was delivered at 4:00PM. I tried to connect with security personnel of the building for confirmation but he said no one came.

        I myself went down to check but no one had come. I live in a society which is under CCTV surveillance and every courier entry is also recorded by security personnel.

        Ecom Express delivery boy did not come at all and just updated the status as delivered. Parcel contained precious items. Every time I call customer care, they say that they will resolve issue in 72hrs. They are not even sharing phone number of delivery boy. AWB Number: [protected]

        Today, on 13th Aug, 2021, I received my Order. He had delivered my parcel into the adjacent society building as he had some other parcels from that building as well. So, he recovered the parcel today (13th Aug, 2021) and handed it to me in the afternoon.

        I have CCTV recording with me and phone recordings of delivery boy as well. In cctv footage of my society it can be seen that your delivery boy did not come at all. He just updated the status of the order to delivered without actually delivering the product. I don't know what he did with the order.

        I will share these proofs with Ajio as well as well as National Consumer Helpline, and will ask them to take action.

        Its already been 3 days and I have been calling you for resolution each and every day multiple times, but you could do nothing in these 3 days.

        Today, on 13th Aug, 2021, I received my Order.

        He had delivered my parcel into the adjacent society building as he had some other parcels from that building as well. So, he recovered the parcel today (13th Aug, 2021) and handed it to me in the afternoon.
        My order has not been delivered till now .it was out for delivery on 29 August but today is 1 September.

                I had requested for paytm kyc verification with home visit. Paytm and Ecom Express messaged and said kyc agent will arrive for verification and noone has come for verification till now. This has been going on since 4 august 2021 for the last 5 days.

                Paytm and Ecom express - both are handling this very poorly. Am too frustrated as the 04 august kyc home verification booking is still open and every day i get a message some executive is coming to check but noone turns up. In this frustration, i have asked the paytm to cancel the kyc verification appointment and confirm back. Not sure how long this is going to go on.

                Express, i did not get any tracking number provided to me. And this is not a shipment. This is for kyc verification for paytm at my home address. Until now i have got no awb number messaged to me by paytm or ecom express.

                                      I have placed my order on 28th and it was being dispatched on 28th itself from Delhi and was supposed to reach me on 2nd August 2021.
