I had requested for paytm kyc verification with home visit. Paytm and Ecom Express messaged and said kyc agent will arrive for verification and noone has come for verification till now. This has been going on since 4 august 2021 for the last 4 days.
Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Express, i did not get any tracking number provided to me. And this is not a shipment. This is for kyc verification for paytm at my home address. Until now i have got no awb number messaged to me by paytm or ecom express.

        Delivery is too late and shipment and delivery details are not showing clearly and one is out for delivery after one hour is returned in to connected delivery is really too late 😠😠

              I have placed my order on 28th and it was being dispatched on 28th itself from Delhi and was supposed to reach me on 2nd August 2021.                       Dear Sir, I purchased a product from Flipkart. The courier agent was call me on[protected] at 10.40 AM. And told me that he will deliver my product between 2-3 hours. But neither he called me nor delivered my product. The next day(05/08/2021) again I received a message from Ecom " We are unable to deliver the product as you are not available" but the fact is that I haven't received any call from your agent. Today(06/08/2021) I have just received a message from you "You Flipkart order AwB [protected] was undelivered as you were not available - ECOM EXPRESS".
                      I expect Ecom is a branded courier company but your service is too pathetic. REALLY THIS IS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH YOU.

                                    मैंने14 जुलाई को Ecom कूरियर से एक पैकेट बुक किया था जयपुर से अंडमान के लिए, 14 जुलाई से चल हुआ pcket जयपुर, कोलकाता, मुंबई होते हुए आज वापस जयपुर जा रहा है उन्होंने उसे अण्डमान भेजा ही नही और RTO कर दिया, और हाँ मुझे उस वापस लौटे हुए पैकेट के लिए कूरियर चार्जेस भी देना होगा । जानकारी के लिए आप ये ट्रैकिंग देख सकते हैं
