I am open a new bank account in nyox bank and its kyc is done through Ecom express delivery boy but he called ma and tell me to came at warehouse and complete your kyc...

Prepaid shipment : [protected], has not yet being delivered. I would like to know when my product will be delivered....

I have ordered 3 products last week. Today I have received wrong product and the product which I have been received is damaged saree. So I want you to take return back my order and replace with the correct product or reimburse my money back.

I have returned the item[protected] to ecom express office Kunigal .But Amazon guys telling product is not returned and I haven't refunded yet . So can you please track iteam and return to Amazon...

My KYC was scheduled with Ecomexpress multiple times and yet no one has contacted me till dtae.

Every day I get message from Ecomexpress saying KYC will be done today, yet no one contacted me. Tracking on their website show “Addressee requested to reschedule pickup” when they have not even contacted me.
WHEN I CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY DONT GIVE ME PROPER REASON WHY IT IS DELAYED.

I want to find my order I'd. I want to cancel my order.because I can't order that product. I receive it by mistake....

As I had ordered some products worth Rs-1604/- but I haven't received my product. Rather the delivery person had updated the status of being delivered the product to me .He took away the OTP from me and didn't delivered the product. Till now the product is not delivered. So kindly take some actions....

I want to inform you that the ecom team is now showing their site this awb is now cancellation. And I want to inform you that this is there ownly managed system so the type wrong information .its shouldn't good procedure for satisfaction for customer. Yesterday I received a call 10.59 am but its should be received call before 8 am as per ecom communication at 21.07.2021. But they can't wish their promises. Then yesterday talk just normal...

They are not delivering the product I ordered and it says out for delivery since last 6 days...

My awb no is [protected], my product is not delivered to me, nor he is calling to my number. But it shows my package is delivered. None of their mobiles are working all are getting invalid mobile no msg. Is this a joke what kind of service is this?...

On 19th july itself item reached quilandy. Delivery man called me but he didn't delivered the item yet. As shown in your site - delivery attempt not made. He just called. How long i should wait. If you cant deliver inform it to Ajio...
