    My Parcel AWB Number: [protected]

    It was supposed to be delivered before 10th Aug.
    It has arrived on 7th Aug in Indore. Since then it is roaming to date.
    on 14th Aug, After calling customer care, they told me that it has been misrouted and has been misrouting since 8th August. 21.
    Pin code is incorrect was the reason, told by customer care.
    I get all my parcels at the same address which they are claiming is incorrect.
    I was asked to visit the nearby office to collect the parcel if it is very urgent.
    I went to the place where I found the shutter was closed as their address was wrong.
    TIll now I have not received my parcel and ECOM EXPRESS asking me to wait for more than 24 hrs. which I hardly believe I will get my parcel tomorrow as well. As I have already waited for 192 Hrs.
    I feel that I am misled and got cheated by ECOMEXPRESS.

      Everyday delivery man call me and says that tomorrow your parcel will reach to you but i had not received my order yet and in tracking it is showing that OFD Lock Applied

        My AWB no is [protected],
        Order was scheduled to be delivered on 16 Aug 2021,
        Delivey boy called and went without delivering, and reason the customer care given me is OTP was not given.
        I called customer care but nothing productive happen.
        It's been 4 days shipment in delivey center. Why they are not delivering it.
        And why don't you guys have delivey center contact no.
        Pls,
        Resolved this ASAP.

          I am from kerala. I have purchased a wireless AirPod from gonoisecom . My product is conected when i referred current status but it's still on waleyar hub for unknown reasons. The item was kept at waleyar hub for more than 10 days. Then last I Anlysed order status it's still on walayar hub again. Now it is being Ashamed of your delivery service. The reason for kept that product in waleyar hub is unknown. ECOME EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICE IS VERY POOR IT'S NOT I EXPERIENCED FOR ONCE NOW SEVERAL TIMES THEY WERE REPEATED THIS FAULT AGAIN PLEASE TELL THE REASON FOR IT. No speed in delivery. Fed up of you.                 I was supposed to get my merchandise ordered from Mark & Spencer on 11th August. Due to a family emergency, my family and I were unavailable at my residence to collected the package. I had requested the delivery agent to ki day reschedule the delivery to August 16th 2021 and also opted for the same when a link to reschedule the delivery was sent to me via sms.
                However since no delivery attempt was made today, when I tracked my order, it shows RTO locked and the item is shipped back to Delhi. This is highly inconvenient. When you have made contact with the customer and the customer had requested to delay the delivery to a particular date why would you send back the merchandise to warehouse in a other stage? This is highly unprofessional. Waste of time and extremely poor customer service.

                  Today i called at the time the customer care guy give me same commitment.

                          I ordered from melange box a pack of four t'shirts (post paid) the delivery guy from ecomexpress refused and misbehaved to which he didn't deliver the product to the address, later I got a confirmation message stating 'your order AwB [protected] as the address was unlocatable" From the Hojai Branch, It's not the first time the delivery agent misbehaved and ask for extra charges whenever I ordered any products. Please resolve this I need my product to be delivered and take strict action against it.

                            My order is not delivered and ecom express jalore office said that there is no parcel of my name and they fool me. My parcel is held by carrier. They not deliver at home and say that they not delivered my product because of I complaint against them. My parcel is pre paid so I think they might miss use my product and take itself.                               I have received a call at exact 6 am in the morning for a pickup related enquiry.
                              Which i never agreed for.
                              When i asked the customer service executive why that a receive a call at that early morning hrs - he was rude and told that he can call from anything at 5.30 am in the morning.
                              When i was bit harsh in the call and ended it, though he called me again to educate me on professional ethics. Not even a single remorse or professional courtesy he has shown.
                              These kind of people are the entire reason to an failing reason.
