What the hell with this ecom express I didn't get any call I did not get any parcel but I got msg that u have received ur order and I even don't know that delivery partner number also I am going to take serious action on it just wait...

consignee requested for future delivery . ( they have till this minute not called for delivery and at least 3 times they have put the same comment) . WHY ? the people responsible should be taken to task for posting wrong informataion . i have written several mails and the company also does not reply so i guess it is with the knowledge of the company

Today I recieved a message that my AwB [protected] is delivered to Swetas. But I have not received any delivery. I checked no one has received it and how can they deliver without my signature.

First my online payment failed but after same time my online payment done by ecom account .but taken the product iam pay in cash .and after 7 days my payment is not refund.....

I placed an order with purplle.com on 6th of August 2021 AwB [protected] of PURPLLE. It was a pre paid shipment.

I received an out for delivery message on 10th August 2021 but the delivery was not done. The delivery boy updated that he was unable to contact me. I contacted purplle and ecom and both said I can expect my delivery next day. But no calls no messages and it was not delivered. I repeated raised a complaint and the executives...

I am amazon seller and i got ecom express as easy ship courier partner.They are not pickup my packages last 4 months .when we call them they are saying that their system is not working, don't have vehicle etc.we have a loss of 2 lkhs beacuse of this ecom express our all orders get cancelles beacuse of this issue.so kindly solve my isssue...

Hi, my order was placed via zoomin early Jun 2021, there were two parcels both shipped via Ecomexpress. The first big shipment which was supposed to reach by Jun 22 2021, has still not reached and other shipment was delivered( today is aug 12 2021). The first shipment has been returned and reshipped thrice from Tirupathi to mumbai and back. The problem is Ecomexpress is not even attempting to deliver and simply putting status as 234- address...

My tracking Awb [protected] didn't received.
It reached to ecom office but they didn't delivered to me. I called office number but they not picking the phone after more than 10 times called they taken phone but no reply.
Now i afraid about my next order if it is coming to ecom.....
