      MY AWB NUMBER OR TRACKING ID- [protected]
      pickup done on- 19th 2021

      Today is 24th of July but still I didn't receive my phone back.
      Item not delivered to the given address and when I enquired about it in the Ecom express customer care they refused to help me and said that to the site from where I have bought the product.

      I want complete refund of my phone which is 15, 999 rupees .

          Dear Ecom,

          I am from Mumbai.The package was shipped on 5th of August 2021. My package was going to be delivered on 15th August 2021. But when i got a call from the delivery person i was unable to answer. But just minutes later i called back, it must have been like 5 mins later i called him back he didn't picked and then i got a message that my order was undelivered as i was not available and they gave a link for rescheduling the delivery. I went on your website and the rescheduling was available on the next day i.e, 16th of August 2021. I rescheduled it for 16th August yet it didn't arrived. I tracked the package everyday and it was in Mumbai only. On 21st August 2021, i tracked the package again and it was in Shipment RTO locked. Please delivered my package asap as i really need it. I need my ordered product. My AwB is [protected].

            I have ordered a product from mesho through ECOM express on 10th August 2021. Order ID:[protected]_1_tom. I have check the status of this product on ECOM express tracking package feature and the status Is "Shipment RTO lock" and product return has been initiatialized. I have been waiting for this product for 2 and half weeks but I didn't get It yet..I dont want to be return that product but i want that product as early as possible.

                    Delivery executive called me and told he is unable to deliver my order at my location and told me to pick up my order from 15 km from my location. When we mentioned that it is not a reasonable ask especially during weekdays, he updated the status as customer not available and returned the product.

                    This is highly unprofessional and unethical practice by the company

                              मैंने 10 अगस्त को प्रॉडक्ट ओर्डर किया था और 15 अगस्त को मुझे मिलने का मैसेज भी आया था। पर उस दिन वो प्रॉडक्ट नही आया। नेक्स्ट डे कस्टमर केयर को कॉल किया तभी यही कहा गया की आज डिलीवर हो जाएगा। 15 अगस्त से 21 अगस्त आ गया लेकिन प्रॉडक्ट नहीं आया। आज मैंने कस्टमर केयर को कॉल किया तो कहा की मेरा प्रॉडक्ट मुझे आज मिल जाएगा पर कोई डिलीवर करने नही आया। शाम को दोबारा कॉल करने पर मुझसे कहा गया की मेरा प्रॉडक्ट मुझे कल पक्का मिल जायेगा। अब प्रॉडक्ट का स्टेटस 'Shipment RTO Lock' बता रहा है। आप लोग पिछले एक हफ्ते से कल आ जाएगा आज आ जाएगा कर रहे हैं। कल राखी है मुझे अपनी सिस्टर को वो प्रॉडक्ट गिफ्ट देना था अब मैं क्या करूँ? बस बहुत हुआ। अब से मैं 'Meesho' से कोई शॉपिंग नही करूँगी। 😤😤😤😤

                                      I am not receiving any OTP and the delivery boy wants the OTP or he cant give courier like that. He comes at the doorstep and every time doesn't give me the package because of no OTP. The courier is non refundable . I want my courier urgently because it has books and I have my exams. Please look into the matter

                                        I don't have any complaints regarding your service... Till now I am happy with the services.. But there's a insta account who is fooling people with his products ... Few days back I ordered some clothes worth 769 from an insta shop. Named style_hive_11.. And later they sent me some torn saree... Like this that person is fooling many people... The seller provides cod... And mostly uses ecom service... I paid in the ecom account as it was cod. Now the seller has blocked me... Though I filed a fir against him in consumer care. .. I want to request your service to kindly help me I'm this matter... I have his bank details also... I need help from you .. The tracking id was : [protected].. Order date: 8 August 21, map id:26317169... I want some information about the person who made dis order... Plsss try to help...
