        Address: Dhanori,Pune

        Ecom office, Dhanori, Pune branch is not at all supportive and they wasted 2 months for the same shipment. Their numbers are [protected], [protected] and [protected]. My first parcel 11055419 was damaged and I got a full refund for it and I ordered a new one on 4th August 11058499. It was in Pune from 12th August but Ecom is not delivering iyt to me. They attempted the delivery only once and they called me too but I was not available at that time because they sent PIN on 18th and called me on 19th to deliver the parcel so I didn't expect delivery on that day.
        Now my parcel is showing returned to the origin. How it is possible. Courier hasn't reattempted it and marked it as return. Why?
        When I contacted to Ecom customer care, they said they attempt 3 times and then they marked it RTO locked. But my shipment delivery attempted 1 time only and they marked it as they have attempted it 2 times. Customer care executive is also surprised about 2 attempts only. Please help me.

          Hi Team, I have been facing an issue with the Ecom Express courier service. I have book the package through ShipRocket, and the courier service is Ecom Express. The package has to deliver it on 9th Aug. But Till the date, it's not been delivered. We are not getting a proper response from ShipRocket and Ecom Express. After so many complaints, they stated false allegations on the parcel, like the address is wrong. But they did not call the customer(I have checked with the customer, attached the screenshot). They charged for this package 507.21/- and its Cash On Delivery, the Cash on delivering Amount is 2295/-. Ecom Express said we will deliver your parcel to the customer on 21st Aug. But till the date it's not delivered. I called customer care they again changed the delivery date to 27th. Now they stated, they have some internal issue in their center, so we are not able to deliver. If they have an issue how they can update the Address wrong The Screenshots are attached 1.             I am not getting my product it has been 10 days or more than that . The boy came at doorstep and asked for otp but due to some reasons I couldn't provide Him the otp .               On 15/08/2021 got call for pickup an item but i was out of station. So they came again on 17/08/2021 to deliver another item and pick the return item. Today is 24/08/2021, till now i didn't get any update about retur. Pickup. I called amazon they are telling return yet to pickup status is there still, so you have to wait. But how many days you people need to update the status. PIN no of delivery agent is 6123. Please resolve this issue

                On 22nd Aug'21, the delivery boy came with My Marks and Spencer order but since I have not received any OPT number, the package was taken back. This is unacceptable. The validation is the home address. Please redeliver the package.

                      pickup done on- 19th 2021

                      Today is 24th of July but still I didn't receive my phone back.
                      Item not delivered to the given address and when I enquired about it in the Ecom express customer care they refused to help me and said that to the site from where I have bought the product.

                      I want complete refund of my phone which is 15, 999 rupees .

                          I am from Mumbai.The package was shipped on 5th of August 2021. My package was going to be delivered on 15th August 2021. But when i got a call from the delivery person i was unable to answer. But just minutes later i called back, it must have been like 5 mins later i called him back he didn't picked and then i got a message that my order was undelivered as i was not available and they gave a link for rescheduling the delivery. I went on your website and the rescheduling was available on the next day i.e, 16th of August 2021. I rescheduled it for 16th August yet it didn't arrived. I tracked the package everyday and it was in Mumbai only. On 21st August 2021, i tracked the package again and it was in Shipment RTO locked. Please delivered my package asap as i really need it. I need my ordered product. My AwB is [protected].

                            I have ordered a product from mesho through ECOM express on 10th August 2021. Order ID:[protected]_1_tom. I have check the status of this product on ECOM express tracking package feature and the status Is "Shipment RTO lock" and product return has been initiatialized. I have been waiting for this product for 2 and half weeks but I didn't get It yet..I dont want to be return that product but i want that product as early as possible.

                                    Delivery executive called me and told he is unable to deliver my order at my location and told me to pick up my order from 15 km from my location. When we mentioned that it is not a reasonable ask especially during weekdays, he updated the status as customer not available and returned the product.

                                    This is highly unprofessional and unethical practice by the company
