I have ordered some items from isha life on Jul 29th and it was shipped via Ecom express. The tracking id is [protected]. It was supposed to be delivered on Aug 1. The delivery guy just called me once but I couldn't pick up the call as I was driving. So I called them back after 25-30 mins multiple times but neither were they picking up the call nor providing any updates. Then they rescheduled my order to Aug 2.I didn't receive the order on that date. When I called their support executives I was informed that the delivery is rescheduled to today ie August 3. Still, there is no status update from their side. It is not yet out for delivery. So I again called their representatives and they told me to wait till 8 PM today and If I don't get the order still They will deliver it tomorrow. They were simply saying something to end my call and not providing any resolution for this.

I had to pick the order myself from the local delivery hub of Ecom because the. staff in the local delivery hub was not ready to provide home delivery for no reason.

Now it is august 5 today was the last expected delivery date for my order. They have not yet delivered my order. When I called customer service they were asking me to wait.I was getting the same reply for the last 3-4 days
There is a correction regarding the dates. The expected date was august 2 and was rescheduled to August 3 initially and again rescheduled to august 4. Today they are told me I have to wait until August 5 to get the delivery if it is not delivered today

You kept my order delayed and was not providing me with any update other than asking me to wait every other day when I called your customer support more than 20 times. So I picked the order myself from the local Ecom hub. such a bad service. Charging the customer for home delivery and not delivering in time.

        My consignment with AWB no [protected] which was scheduled to be delivered to Lucknow by 31st July has not been delivered till date. A lot of request and complaints had been made by me but till date no response received from the courier end. I want to cancel it. The support is pathetic and not upto the mark.

            On Amazon portal my tracking id: [protected] is mentioned that parcel is delivered. But how, when no one came for delivery. You please check first any authorised signature is there?.

                i bought two identical from ajio.com i didn't like it so i returned it i took the same one from ecom express and it was the same cap and took the cap, after that it didn't show me the order status that my item was not returned That's why I am complaining to you, we want the amount of that order back, you help me to get it, I will be forever grateful to you, thank you

                      There is no updates on delivery which is bound to happen today.ordered a phone on 25 th and expected delivery is today August 2nd.It hasn't even reached my nearest hub today.Till still shows stuck at walayar hub on which it reached on 28th of july.

                          My Nykaa parcel AWB# [protected] came once only once i.e on 26 July & I couldn't get OTP in my phone due to some issues so, I couldn't get it. Then the next day I got OTP but the delivery boy calls and says he is on another route and asks me for OTP and he will get it delivered by another guy later.I denied it & said I will give OTP to only one who comes at my house with my parcel .So he showed undelivered & the next day delivery boy calls me once only and it got rejected in 7 sec & I tried to call him again atleast 20 times, Ecom said pin was invalid .And later again undelivered has been showed & now they have applied OFD lock . Please get my parcel delivered to me

                                  I ordered 5 products from amazon and it took around 30 days to reach the nearest hub. and the delivery team just called to inform that the product will get delivered the next day and it passed around a week. and they send it back. all of them are returning to the seller now.

                                  customers don't even have the option to call the hub and ask why this happening, even the customer service team also doesn't have the option to do this. I called customer care last day and they told me the order was marked to deliver on 23 Jul and now it showing returning to seller, customer care agent confirmed that he made some priority note from their end to expedite the delivery, I guess all these just lie to satisfy the customers. this is not the first time it's happening from this hub team, which is PAYYANNUR, KERALA.
