My order was not delivered due to pincode mismatch. So I am trying to contact the office about my correct address but each time it says line busy. I don't know will they deliver my order or not. It was a pre-paid order. AWB: [protected]...

There was no delivery attempt made but on tracking they mention delivery made but the address was wrong. Now my order was on ofd lock for past 2 days. When can I get my product?? Please resolve problem...

I have an item ordered from Ajio with tracking Id [protected]. I got the message that item is out for delivery. Soon after I have tracked this in ecom website and it is showing that item can, t be delivered. But no one from ecom contacted me. I tried to contact the in the phone number mentioned in the delivery message, but it is not working saying that my mobile number is unregistered. Could you please as soon as deliver...

Requesting to please update the status of my shipment (tracking Id:-[protected]) ordered on 15/07/21.

I ordered on 15/07/21 and the shipmen reached destination(Lko) depo on 17/07/21 but still not delivered .

I request you to please look into the matter and update the shipmemt status....

Regarding Product delivery i was ordered Schwabe India 2 shipments. out of two i was was received one shipment (No-[protected]) at 20-Jul-21 at 11.24am. 2nd shipment (No- [protected]) is not received but it shows as delivered. Kindly do the needful ASAP.

I am to get one shipment via Ecom logistic AWB no [protected]. Since 5th July, 21 it showed Out for delivery, wrong address. Biworld is the shipper for this item. In my mobile number field they have prefixed country code as 91 and so last 2 digits of my number got deducted. Now I have sent various complaints to biworld and ecom logistic with full address and correct mobile number. Till date it is not delivered and shows status as RTO locked...

Order is not picked up yet . The courier boy didn't came. Please contact us as soon as possible. Order id [protected] Please contact us on [protected]...

It's one of the worst courier didn't received the package but showing delivered it status tracking id [protected]...

In first attempt due to otp issue the delivery man didn't delivery the product after that pharmeasy app gave me option to provide alternate phone number, thus attempt I did two times but I didn't get even a single cal and also didn't attempt to delivery the product....

Delivery executive is too rude in his behaviour, he won’t deliver the products at the location I have given, we have to go to him to take my delivery. He is stating that come near me to take delivery or else I will send back as no response from your side he is stating...

Currently the shipment is in "Shipment RTO Lock". I called customer care and they told me that your office is locked. I am taking follow up almost from last 7 days. From 13th July - 18 July shipment in "Out For Delivery" state.

I called multiple times to customer execute please delivery my product its impacting my business, but they only respond that sure it will deliver...

Last Tuesday I had an agent from ecom-express who came for PayTM KYC. I did all the process that he suggested but I see now that my Paytm KYC is still not updated.
I am also not able to reach the agent since the ecom number from which he called does not have callback provision.I am very disappointed

My ajio package delivery was attempted by a rude delivery boy who has no manner to speak on phone and neither on face …… so I didn’t received the order because of his attitude...

Product undelivered by delivery guy as didn't recieve OTP on registered number...

I had orderded a pack of 3 t shirts casual wear from the regularshirt.mysopify.com
But to my surprise I have totally got a different parcel.. Hence see it as a urgent situation or we have to knock to the consumer rights legal approval...

I have received 2 product delivery from this courier company and none were ordered by us.
When we asked from where these have been sent they have no information but only said from meesho website.

When we asked who ordered it and whose the seller they have no information and they hung up the call.

So so fraud company....
