I have order a product from firstcry.com and it was shipped via Ecom Express.
The Ecom Express tracking page show the package is delivered but i haven't received the package.
Delivery agent called me on[protected] to inform the product will be delivered on 28th July 2021.
However, i didn't received the package on[protected] but in tracking page, the status showing as delivered.
I tried to connect the nearest Ecom Express agents but no help.
Also, I cross checked with neighbour too but they haven't received the same.
Please do the needfull.

Complaint marked as Resolved Checked with nearest delivery hub by visiting the office and got the package delivered.
