          No the shopping portal( instagram I'd - piecemeal_feshion) is not at all responding to my messages. The delivery boy took money and there is no customer care number . You will be having the shopping portal details, because your the ones who will receive the product which should be delivered to us. REFUND my money back or REPLACE with the correct product.If there is no response from the shopping site/ from you then GET READY to FACE the CONSEQUENCES!!

                  Kyc update process

                  My KYC was scheduled with Ecomexpress multiple times and yet no one has contacted me till dtae.

                  Every day I get message from Ecomexpress saying KYC will be done today, yet no one contacted me. Tracking on their website show “Addressee requested to reschedule pickup” when they have not even contacted me.
                  WHEN I CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE THEY DONT GIVE ME PROPER REASON WHY IT IS DELAYED.

Rather the delivery person had updated the status of being delivered the product to me .He took away the OTP from me and didn't delivered the product. Till now the product is not delivered.                         I want to inform you that the ecom team is now showing their site this awb is now cancellation. And I want to inform you that this is there ownly managed system so the type wrong information .its shouldn't good procedure for satisfaction for customer. Yesterday I received a call 10.59 am but its should be received call before 8 am as per ecom communication at 21.07.2021. But they can't wish their promises. Then yesterday talk just normal way I want to give you niyo kyc then I remembered his voice and talk you that why you not come in morning as per promised, I also informed you this issue created by ecom from 21.07.2021 to Still now cause there was some vehicle issue from there side . But then I received more a call from ecom team then they confirmed me they send a person for my kyc but the ecom more one time tell me lie and missguided. And Their website showing cancelled without my permission. I have all the call details from the first day to still now, if required I will be shared with you and higher authority. Please resolve it on urgent basis requirements. Now I just feel not good for this service. I am only free a weekend so the schedule date was 21.07.2021 but the ecom team fully damage my plan and then they not rectify the issue cause this is not my issue.
