My awb no is [protected], my product is not delivered to me, nor he is calling to my number. But it shows my package is delivered. None of their mobiles are working all are getting invalid mobile no msg. Is this a joke what kind of service is this?

    On 19th july itself item reached quilandy. Delivery man called me but he didn't delivered the item yet. As shown in your site - delivery attempt not made. He just called. How long i should wait. If you cant deliver inform it to Ajio

              There was no delivery attempt made but on tracking they mention delivery made but the address was wrong. Now my order was on ofd lock for past 2 days. When can I get my product?? Please resolve problem

                I have an item ordered from Ajio with tracking Id [protected]. I got the message that item is out for delivery. Soon after I have tracked this in ecom website and it is showing that item can, t be delivered. But no one from ecom contacted me. I tried to contact the in the phone number mentioned in the delivery message, but it is not working saying that my mobile number is unregistered. Could you please as soon as deliver this item.

                    Regarding Product delivery i was ordered Schwabe India 2 shipments. out of two i was was received one shipment (No-[protected]) at 20-Jul-21 at 11.24am. 2nd shipment (No- [protected]) is not received but it shows as delivered. Kindly do the needful ASAP.

                        I am to get one shipment via Ecom logistic AWB no [protected]. Since 5th July, 21 it showed Out for delivery, wrong address. Biworld is the shipper for this item. In my mobile number field they have prefixed country code as 91 and so last 2 digits of my number got deducted. Now I have sent various complaints to biworld and ecom logistic with full address and correct mobile number. Till date it is not delivered and shows status as RTO locked or RTO lock revoked.
                        Despite giving correct phone and address to both they have cheated me. It was my award from IBM India and I am cheated of it by ecom logistic.

                              In first attempt due to otp issue the delivery man didn't delivery the product after that pharmeasy app gave me option to provide alternate phone number, thus attempt I did two times but I didn't get even a single cal and also didn't attempt to delivery the product.

                                  This is regarding my shipment [protected].

                                  Currently the shipment is in "Shipment RTO Lock". I called customer care and they told me that your office is locked. I am taking follow up almost from last 7 days. From 13th July - 18 July shipment in "Out For Delivery" state.

                                  I called multiple times to customer execute please delivery my product its impacting my business, but they only respond that sure it will deliver tomorrow but no luck. Even I tried to called delivery agent with assign pin in sms but it clearly says that invalid number.

                                  This is very irritating and ridiculous.

                                    Last Tuesday I had an agent from ecom-express who came for PayTM KYC. I did all the process that he suggested but I see now that my Paytm KYC is still not updated.
                                    I am also not able to reach the agent since the ecom number from which he called does not have callback provision.I am very disappointed

                                    I reached out to ECom Express via customer care, they are not ready to share even a massage that my KyC is complete. I asked for the Agent's number who visited my home, but they are not ready to provide.
