    I'm so relieved to find out that Ecom Express has been providing impeccable quality of service for everyone, judging by the number of complaints here.
    Before Ecom marks this as resolved, which seems to be their main concern, I have to state that following any unsatisfactory response, I'll have to follow legal action
    This is my only complaint:
    Date: 11/7/2021 Tracking log says ""Shipment un-delivered Delivery Attempt Not To Be Made"

      Please deliver my order, it's there in DC but they are telling out for delivery lock on the product.. but Ajio called and said we reattempt delivery why they lock it no chance. You people delivered many times to the same address. How come it is wrong address now. My AWB number is [protected]. Kindly resolve this issue and deliver the order..

        I have not ordered anything from Ecom express. Today evening after 6.30 a delivery boy came and delivered a parcel on COD Rs. 600. My Friend received it and paid the amount. I was not there. When opened it was an under garment for girls cost below Rs 100.
        I just want my money back.
        Pls don’t allow them to repeat fraudulent again

              Hi
              My tracking no is[protected].i called customer service and they assured to help me with delivery however the product was not delivered and returned to seller .the courier person never visited my house.when I called customer care again one girl named Nutan picked up my call and she could not assist me .when i asked her to connect to her supervisor it almost took 50 mints and total call duration was of 1 hrs .hold time was more than 50 mints

                              Pathetic useless service by ecom express! My order was due about5-6 days ago and it still hasn’t been delivered. It shows next day delivery everyday and the agent calls me and asks my address everyday. As soon as I tell him the location he cancels the order and submits “order cancelled by customer “
                              This has been going on from the past five days straight and now OFD lock is applied. I can’t keep waiting everyday, we have a lot of other work to do as well! My order is[protected]

                                    My product was supposed to be delivered on 6th July, everytime I was getting message " Shipment undelivered cannot be delivered ". Now it's showing shipment RTO Lock. That means it's again returning back to origin. May I know what challenges were you facing during delivery. I couldn't found a single way to reach out to the CUSTOMER service. Amazon, flipkart, bluedart all those deliVERY COMPany can reach out at my address, what challenges did you faced????
                                    This is so ridiculous. Stop doing business if you don't know how to support a valuable CUSTOMER.

                                    I need my product ASAP, don't reply with ### comments. "We are sorry bla bla... "

                                        My Name is Ashish Kesarwani. I have ordered few items from The Affordable Organic Store. It was shipped via ECOM express. Tracking Number of order is [protected]. It has reached my nearby ECOM Delivery Centre on 09/07/2021.
                                        While tracking the order, it shows that it is out for delivery. But I did not get any call or msg from the delivery boy. When I track the same in the evening, it shows that Item undelivered because customer is not available. It is happening since last four days. Pls help in this regard.
