Hello sir
Last Tuesday I had an agent from ecom-express who came for PayTM KYC. I did all the process that he suggested but I see now that my Paytm KYC is still not updated.
I am also not able to reach the agent since the ecom number from which he called does not have callback provision.I am very disappointed

Updated by Sareena Samad I reached out to ECom Express via customer care, they are not ready to share even a massage that my KyC is complete. I asked for the Agent's number who visited my home, but they are not ready to provide.

I am not sure if my information is in the right hands.

When we asked from where these have been sent they have no information but only said from meesho website.

When we asked who ordered it and whose the seller they have no information and they hung up the call.

So so fraud company.

I'm so relieved to find out that Ecom Express has been providing impeccable quality of service for everyone, judging by the number of complaints here.
Before Ecom marks this as resolved, which seems to be their main concern, I have to state that following any unsatisfactory response, I'll have to follow legal action

Please deliver my order, it's there in DC but they are telling out for delivery lock on the product.. but Ajio called and said we reattempt delivery why they lock it no chance. I have not ordered anything from Ecom express. Today evening after 6.30 a delivery boy came and delivered a parcel on COD Rs. 600. My Friend received it and paid the amount. I was not there. When opened it was an under garment for girls cost below Rs 100.
I just want my money back.
Pls don’t allow them to repeat fraudulent again

My tracking no is[protected].i called customer service and they assured to help me with delivery however the product was not delivered and returned to seller .the courier person never visited my house.when I called customer care again one girl named Nutan picked up my call and she could not assist me .when i asked her to connect to her supervisor it almost took 50 mints and total call duration was of 1 hrs .hold time was more than 50 mints
