    I got very bad product and disappointed products, as soon as I got product I called ecom express delivery boy but phone was not going.
    Product was changed, poor, used.

      Pathetic useless service by ecom express! My order was due about5-6 days ago and it still hasn’t been delivered. It shows next day delivery everyday and the agent calls me and asks my address everyday. As soon as I tell him the location he cancels the order and submits “order cancelled by customer “
      This has been going on from the past five days straight and now OFD lock is applied. I can’t keep waiting everyday, we have a lot of other work to do as well! My order is[protected]

            My product was supposed to be delivered on 6th July, everytime I was getting message " Shipment undelivered cannot be delivered ". Now it's showing shipment RTO Lock. That means it's again returning back to origin. May I know what challenges were you facing during delivery. I couldn't found a single way to reach out to the CUSTOMER service. Amazon, flipkart, bluedart all those deliVERY COMPany can reach out at my address, what challenges did you faced????
            This is so ridiculous. Stop doing business if you don't know how to support a valuable CUSTOMER.

            I need my product ASAP, don't reply with ### comments. "We are sorry bla bla... "

                My Name is Ashish Kesarwani. I have ordered few items from The Affordable Organic Store. It was shipped via ECOM express. Tracking Number of order is [protected]. It has reached my nearby ECOM Delivery Centre on 09/07/2021.
                While tracking the order, it shows that it is out for delivery. But I did not get any call or msg from the delivery boy. When I track the same in the evening, it shows that Item undelivered because customer is not available. It is happening since last four days. Pls help in this regard.

                        My Product has been received my destination office on 10th July . Till today i.e 13th July they have not delivered. They are postponing saying silly reasons and they have updated false reason in tracker. Though they have called me and enquired me for landmark they have updated saying either customer not available or customer requested for future delivery. And they have literally said me that they forgot in office.

                        Its showing OFD locked. I need my parcel urgently.

                          I am disturbed and shocked. Your delivery boy came with a parcel which our company had ordered for us for all employees.
                          It was in the afternoon around 1:30pm & I was travelling hence, I couldn't hear the ring sound. I missed his call. But, in next 10 minutes he reached to our neighbors who stays in our same building. They called my wife she kept calling me and lucky I was in signal hence, I accepted she asked me to share code which I received to.my no. I checked and shared with my wife. My neighbour collected parcel. Later my wife called again and said that delivery boy had shouted to our neighbor because you did not answered the call and he had to search for our address. He said that if you cannot answer call then why you order.
                          My poor neighbor was upset without his fault. Is this who you train your delivery boy ?
                          I was missed his call because I was driving not in my home. My neighbor who help us by collecting our parcel had to listen such bad things.
                          I need answer for this and what action are you taking??

                              I had ordered a product on Myntra which was assigned to ecom express (awb number:[protected] to deliver. The product reached my nearby distribution centre without any problem on 9th july 2021. Then after reaching there one guy from ecom distribution centre called me and told that i have to collect from the office because they can't deliver to my address. I insisted they have to deliver to my address as they promised me. Then i didn't hear from them for two days. When i check their site for the status of my shipment everyday it shows out for delivery and in the evening they change it to delivery failed because customer was not available/house closed which is a lie. They never even attempted to deliver the package. Then on 12th july 2021 they are now returning /cancelling my order. I kindly request the concerned people to intervene and help me in getting my product delivered.

                                I called on ecom express no. [protected] that i got from google search, the person asked me to pay rs 10 for express delivery through an app Teamviewer. I downloaded and followed his instructions to pay rs 10. But instead of 10 49990 got debited from my credit card, I didn't share my otp. He called through another no too [protected].

                                  I received a message from ecom express saying "your product I delivered to..." etc.
                                  I received this message 2 days back but still not received the product yet. Your courier services not only wasting my time but also I missed the required products on time.
                                  I didn't expect this kind of behavior in ecom.
                                  Even my time is unnecessarily wasting by registering this complaint.
