Dear sir,

My flipkart delivery was sent through ecom express on the 16th of june, 2021 and on the way when it reached WALEYAR HUB and got stuck.
Whenever I tracked the delivery, it showed it will be delivered the next day even though the hub is 100 kms from the shipping address.
After a week (on 26/06/2021) due to delay in delivery I had to cancel my order. Its been 3 days today (29/06/2021) and the product hasn't...

Ecom Express Executive [protected] PIN 68624 and E-commerce AWB [protected] today. Rs 1499.which was delivered on 28.06.2021 i want to return this product as defected peace and note received completed pack...

Delivery person not come to delivery point . but tracking status update in wrong . i have two time facing this issues...

I had ordered a product from green go coporation and which was supposed to be delievered on 15.06.2021 but till 28.06.2021 it has not been delievered. I had seen status as customer was not available or customer refused top accept delievery. I had called customer care almost 10 times and everytime i am assured that it will be delievered in nexct 24-48 hours.
Very pathetic service, no delivery boy has called me till date it can be verified...

He is annoying about the product price, not talking politely to the customer. Before you provide service, make sure your workers are polite and humble to talk to customers....

I ordered the product in Meesho, all delivery agents( Ekart, Amazon, delivery.com) are come to doorstep, only the E-com express not given doorstep.such worst service I never seen .

I ordered mamaearth product on 20th may.. Its more than a month.. This ecom express didnt come to my location. I am waiting for it past so many days....

Though my consignment was out for delivery the consignment was not delivered stating that customer was unavailable. But the customer was neither contacted nor approached by the delivery guy...

Sir . My shipment was in RTO lock. AWB number [protected] .so not able to deliver my shipment by courier person.please unlock RTO status.and take necessary action to deliver my shipment for me...

I have ordered a cover that price is only 238 and product was cash on delivery so that l will give them 300 and he by mistake not give me change and I almost pay for cover 300 but the cover price is only 238

Hi, I had ordered a parcel from Amazon.. It's shipped through Ecom express on 17th June, and delivery date is today...But, I tracked my order and it's in my nearest Ecom express hub in Kumta... I tried contacting them, but they are saying it's wrong number again and again...I have confirmed it's the number... Please help me to cancel the order and refund my money.

I have received SMS from Ecom Express today (256.06.2021 morning stating that 'We will deliver your online website Pre-paid shipment [protected] today. Delivery code 242504.

but again I have received SMS - your order AWB [protected] was undelivered as you were not available. For Further not available.

in between not contacted me via registered mobile...

Fake adds and useless cloths delivery...

On 15th June 2021 I placed my order from an ig page namely priceless_shopping_
Yesterday I received my order and it was really disappointing as I had ordered joggers and instead of that I received some dupatta kind of stuff. Before the delivery of my order I got an sms saying.(Ecom Express Agent [protected] PIN 87454 will deliver your AwB [protected] today). I tried calling these number's but they are switched off. After receiving courier...

OD[protected] I have not received the product with this order number in my house....

I didn't receive a product but I receive msg for product has been delivered...

Whats wrong with waleyar hub. Why they delaying it. Poor...

I have ordered a product from amazon( order no: awb [protected]),
ecom express from shirahatti delivery agent is not delivering the product since from 2 days and asking to come to their location to pick the order as they do not have big vehical to deliver big product.
But i have placed an order with home delivery order and it should be delivered to my home adress, i can not travel 30km far. And delivery agent is calling me and...

I ordered product from Amazon.
From last 3days ecom sends message that your order is arriving today. When delivery boy called me at the time of delivery then after 2-3 sec. He cuts that call and suddenly I got text which includes yours order can't deliver the address you mentioned is not accessible. I wrote my full address in delivery details.
I want complaint against delivery boy....

I received my order with AWB no [protected] but it's size is very small . I want to return or Exchange it....
