The delivery guy Vinaya N has shown delivered it in Bangalore only.

              I just want to mention over here that you delivery service is very much disappointing in the Pattan area of Baramulla district of Jammu and Kashmir India.The delivery boy is just dropping the message that product cannot be delivered even before making a call n just made a single call but didn't even spoke .I am trying to make the redelivery again n again for the consecutive three days but today again he mentioned that product cannot be delivered due to wrong adress.He is just pretending to be in my area n is not delivering my product.Just look into this matter as soon as possible

                Ordered 2 times from different sites and it was getting delivered via ecom express! The courier never arrives. I received the otp but the parcel never arrives here. It directly gets updated as customer not available or some fake reasons! Why take a pain of even getting the same to nearest hub!? Just take the parcel and mark anything you wish! Seen this multiple times. I have instructed all the shipping partners to avoid ecom express.

                  I have a return pick up of a product from lenskart through E com. And the Delivery boy asked me to come to 5km far place and he didn’t ready to come to a door pickup.and he said that after 2 days someone will contact me and take pick up. And I haven’t got any updates about yet. And He is not ready to take that. Please solve the issue asap.

                    I had ordered ordered some products online like 1 week back. When I tracked the order on their website the shipment had reached my hometown but now it says that it is under shipment rto lock in Bengaluru. I never received any calls and now I doubt I will ever receive my order.

                      One of the delivery boy name Bikash Sharma from Mangaldai Assam..Today on 8 th july he delivered a wrong parcel to me myself Julius Ayaj...My mother recieved it..She dont know what parcel is this..I have ordered many parcel which is delivered on this date...After seeing i called him and he told me he will take it in this evening..But now i am calling him he did not pick up my phone and he cut my phone everytime..How is your service ecom express??                         The ecom courier service Baramulla have worst employees in whole ecom company,
                        This is third time my order is returned bcz they can't deliver it, the delivery guy was forcing me to pick my order from his location which is 50 km away,
                        Baramulla ecom department accepts the order to be delivered, but then then forces customers to pick their order from their office
                        And u refuse to pick ur order they will it will get cancelled..
                        I don't understand why they accept the location first then don't deliver it..
                        This is my third time..
                        Hope ecom will look into this matter bcz the guys at Baramulla ecom are just ruining the name of ecom and enjoying their free pay for nothing

                          Sir my order is not yet delivered but messages has shown as delivery attempted
                          My order tracking id is :[protected]
                          I have called the ecom customer care service also they have said that they have send a request... So then i called ajio also but ajio team said they have nothing problem so resolve... They said that the item is in the hub itself and it will be delivered to you... Then i called the nearby hub of ecom... They said tje iteam OFD is locked... What should i do now... The guy is refusing to delivery at my place... So i said i will some how will collect at the hub itself and send the person to there... But they are saying thay cant deliver as it has been locked what should i do now... Below i have submitted the pic of ecom express hub

                          Then after some time i said i will collect and sended the person of one other employee of ecom express itself... Who said he will collect so i waited... After some time he said that the iteam cant be delivered

                                I have received an message from your courier partner in erode on Sunday. But I was not available that time and ask them to deliver on Tuesday. Again I received an message for delivery but I didn't get any call from them for delivery. Today also I got the message from your side but I didn't received any updates regarding that.                                     I did not receive any awb number in the text messages for the return pick up of my shies the order was from puma . The texts stated item will be picked up on 6th July 2021 and an executive came in the afternoon to collect the same but the same evening I received a text from Ecom Express that the pickup failed, now my shoes are gone and so is my money . CUSTOMER CARE keeps asking me for a number which I never received....

                                      Ecom express is hiding its incompetence by using unfair practices. In my case - the delivery guy calls me saying product is being delivered but then updates in tracking that customer requested an alternative date . (# [protected]).

                                      If you do not have the resources to deliver on a date you should say so. Not practice unfair practices and use the customer excuse - when in face you did not even attempt delivery. Pathetic.
