Sir my order is not yet delivered but messages has shown as delivery attempted
My order tracking id is :[protected]
I have called the ecom customer care service also they have said that they have send a request... So then i called ajio also but ajio team said they have nothing problem so resolve... They said that the item is in the hub itself and it will be delivered to you... Then i called the nearby hub of ecom... They said tje iteam OFD is locked... What should i do now... The guy is refusing to delivery at my place... So i said i will some how will collect at the hub itself and send the person to there... But they are saying thay cant deliver as it has been locked what should i do now... Below i have submitted the pic of ecom express hub

Then after some time i said i will collect and sended the person of one other employee of ecom express itself... Who said he will collect so i waited... After some time he said that the iteam cant be delivered

    Dear sir, I order some skin care products in 29th june 2021.The delivery date was 5th of july today is 8th july still did not receive the product. But ecom express showed that OFD locked. They did not tried to contact me either. I already paid the money as the order was prepaid now they are not responding. Please help me out

        I have received an message from your courier partner in erode on Sunday. But I was not available that time and ask them to deliver on Tuesday. Again I received an message for delivery but I didn't get any call from them for delivery. Today also I got the message from your side but I didn't received any updates regarding that. Kindly verify the below message which I was received today for your reference.

          I ordered some stuffs from this organisation called physics wallah and my parcel was dispatched to ecom express on 7 th June. I has not been delivered yet and on tracking it shows RTO lock. My AWB no is [protected]. Please provide me the parcel as soon as possible.

            I did not receive any awb number in the text messages for the return pick up of my shies the order was from puma . The texts stated item will be picked up on 6th July 2021 and an executive came in the afternoon to collect the same but the same evening I received a text from Ecom Express that the pickup failed, now my shoes are gone and so is my money . CUSTOMER CARE keeps asking me for a number which I never received....

              Ecom express is hiding its incompetence by using unfair practices. In my case - the delivery guy calls me saying product is being delivered but then updates in tracking that customer requested an alternative date . (# [protected]).

              If you do not have the resources to deliver on a date you should say so. Not practice unfair practices and use the customer excuse - when in face you did not even attempt delivery. Pathetic.

                    My name is Vishnu. I orderd Maxibhi product. That is coming through courier
                    Ecom express.. The tracking id is [protected] There is no update in 5 days.. It shows only pick up failed..9 th July is delivery day. But i am not sure it come on that day... I called ecom express and They said contact Maxibhi.. But the Maxibhi have no customer center and support I think I lose my money and they trying to fool me.                         I recently placed an order from forever21 it was to be delivered to me by Ecom Express. Suddenly day before the courier was to be delivered the price of the product that I placed an order from forever21 reduced.So, I just thought of placing an another order of the same product from forever21 at lesser and thought refusing the order (that I placed with higher price)at the time of delivery.When I refuse to take the order the courier boy misbehave like anything you can't cancel the order my petrol is wasted this and that and even gives me threat that he will not deliver my prepaid orders in future. This is not the behaviour a courier boy should carry with him .Ecom please take legal action against him as soon as possible

                                Hello! So, I placed an order back in May which is being delivered through ecom express. First of all I'm extremely disappointed. Let me explain in detail. The order took 2 months to dispatch and all that which i'm ok with. Finally on 26/06/2021 12:33 i received a message saying my order is out for delivery. But when I called him by myself he refused to come to my doorstep and told i'll deliver it tomorrow. I was ok with it. For 4 straight days there was no update. On 30/06/2021 I received another message saying out for delivery. When I called him. He was really rude and told I'll deliver it tomorrow and hung up. But that guy actually told costumer refused to accept and i got a message immediately saying that you have refused to accept. Kindly follow the link. When i followed the link i got an option to redeliver it. Without thinking much i asked to deliver it tomorrow only i.e. 01/06/2021. Where the delivery person promised that he'll deliver it tomorrow morning only because of COVID there wasn't any delivery boy nearby. I strictly told no but he cut the call. After which the shipment got locked. But after contacting the app they revoked the lock. On 3rd of July i got a message saying out for delivery again when i received the call there was complete silence he cut the call and without even calling again he updated to the company i refused again. So the customer care told me they'll talk to the senior officer and send a mail or something like that which made no difference. Now the shipment is locked again. Mind you I've been calling everyday you can check the call logs the ecom customer care who are actually good and trying to resolve my problem. I'm not attaching any photos because i've elaborated kindly ask your so called centers the details

                                  Isha Foundation shipped with ECOM has the wrong phone number. ISHA and I have called and given the updated phone number.

                                  Everyday though they call the wrong number and say undelivered.

                                  Now an OFD lock is placed.

                                  Rs 900 of product wasted .

                                    The behaviour of the delivery boy is so rude. Why am I paying delivery charge is to get my parcel at my doorstep. But he fixed one place as landmark and ordering me to get the parcel from there. I am not sure this is the way of handling a customer. And one mor thing is, to raise a complaint regarding this, I have contacted customer service but I didn't get any response from them.. Both delivery person and the customer service is not responding properly. I just wondering the way u guys are handling your customers..

                                      They didn't deliver my proforma 8days, they just kept it in there warehouse, and there delivery executives did fake updates in the system, the customer care didn't slove the issue for 8days, every days they asked for 24hrs to 48hrs every day for 8 days, they are only lieing to customers and keeping the parcels with them, Tracking ID[protected]. Had they delivered my parcel in those 8days it wouldn't have been returned back, please take action against such fraud companies who are do fraud updated and just cheating the customer of there parcels.

                                      So stop giving excuses and answr what actions did you take, did you fire the delivery person or gave any warning, what actio taken against customers care team who didn't help me at all, only lied to me everyday, why didn't your team slove the issue in 48hrs max, that's what they promised every day for 8 days
