I did not order any product from your website but still a delivery guy delivered it to me and I paid him 390 rs. but when I asked my family, they said they didn't order.

    I want to get products but delivery boy not come my address he said I come after 10 minutes on address at date 30/06/2021 06:39 PM but after 11 minutes I get messages you refuse to accept it but I not say this. Please deliver my product as soon as possible.

      I purchased a gold product through Tanishq (part of Titan Industries) on 1st May. The product was received on 5th May and I returned it on 8th May for which I yet to receive the refund. The cost of the product is Rs. 8359. After a strict follow up for more than a month, today received a mail from the Titan group claiming that product was never picked up. Where in I have complete order pick up details as well. I can also fetch the CCTV footage of the community.

      Further details of the products are:

      Order number: 4134436
      Ticket number for return pick up:TKT-[protected] (Item picked up on 8th may by Blue Dart)
      Awb number:[protected]
      Reference number for order pick up:[protected].

      I was truly shocked by the response mail. Requesting you to do the needful at the earliest and if possible such e-com sellers should not be allowed to sell products online.

          Dear Team,

          I ordered Realme Narzo from amazon. I got text as " Dear Customer, your AMAZON "Pre-paid" shipment awb [protected] is out for delivery by ECOM EXPRESS executive Ph: [protected] PIN: 07412" .I called to this number, but it is saying that u have entered wrong pin .Now status of my delivery is showing as Delivered on Thursday, but i havent got any parcel till date on said address.Also no one is responding regarding that .

              Address: No 280, KOTHUR POST Pavagada Taluk Tumkur District PIN-572116

              Ecom Delivery based out of pavagada 572116 is updating it as attempted to deliver and customer is not available and this is really a concern and this is done for multiple orders. They also ask us to travel 5km to collect orders and they are not ready to deliver to home. I request you to take action on this and if they can not deliver it they can deny taking order and there are many delivery partners who can deliver.

                I had ordered few products from Nykaa and the parcel was suppose to get delivered today 02.07.2021 which was on time. The ecom express executive contacted me and I directed him to my place. Since it is a door to door step delivery I had expected him to deliver to my house. To make it easy for him I had sent someone down my building to receive the parcel..Upon reaching he called me in my number and in a very unprofessional and rude way he had asked me for the OTP which did not seem pleasant to me at all. Kindly look into this matter and I want a response from your side.

                  Dear sir/madam,
                  I ordered and item from vista print and parcel is come to my location as shown your site as 26 june 2021. In status of my package it showed product Undelivered due to Customer refused to accept, I was shocked On June 28 2021 I went to my nearest ecom express centre for query .He said that your awb number is invalid, We will send back to website where you ordered, you will get your money back.till Today 2 july 2021 I didn't received my money nor product, Tge status of my package is still showing Customer refused, Unable to deliver.Till now I didn't get call from any ecom express personal regarding my sgipment.Today I called ecom express cuatomer care about my issue they said my product has been OFD lock, once we remove the lock you will receive your product, I request kindly deliver my product it has been one week since the shipment is arrived at my center
                  I need my ordered product.

                    I have ordered from Amazon. Many times delivery boy ask me to get products from office. This time he made call but that time I was busy. So unable to pick his call. But after sometime I made call and ask him to deliver my product. But he did not do so. My product is still undeliverable. He supposed to deliver at home.

                            On 11th june the returned the product of shoes. And delivery executive called me and said he will send other guy to pick up the order. And I handed it over to that man. He returned the wrong product to ajio warehouse instead of what I returned. Now the team are not providing me the refund. I think one of your delivery executive did this. Resolve the case and get back to me ASAP.

                              We have received two courier nos. [protected] and [protected] and it was mentioned as COD: collect, since we haven't changed to give the correct amount to him, so, we have checked to pay Rs.320/-, BUT DELIVERIED PERSON HAS SHOUTED AS IN OUR STREET AND BEHAVIOUR IS NOT GOOD, then he has taken back these parcels, I was inquired about the GPay and then I paid this amount.

                              Please look on this, this will spoil your reputation and goodwill for your organisation.

                                  The above mentioned delivery person called me yesterday at around 7:00 pm from the ecom app requesting if my delivery could be done today in which I said ok but requested him to deliver it before 10:30 am as I have to attain my official duty. Infact the delivery was supposed to be done yesterday and he said he couldn't do it since there were many delivery to be done. Then he said his he is nearby my house and he made me belived that he ll delivered it to me when the comes back home. He asked for my delivery pin and believing him I gave it. However he didn't turn up at all for almost 2 hour. Suspecting a fraud I went to the link for giving the feedbacks and got his name. I enquired about his details from the social media and contacted indirectly through a mutual fren. This has led to deliver my parcel but the package was fully opened. He even asked what was inside the package when he first called me from the ecom app.
                                  This is a case of fraud and I really want this person to be dismissed from the ecom which may tarnish the company and also to avoid such case in the future.
