I ordered and item from vista print and parcel is come to my location as shown your site as 26 june 2021. In status of my package it showed product Undelivered due to Customer refused to accept, I was shocked On June 28 2021 I went to my nearest ecom express centre for query .He said that your awb number is invalid, We will send back to website where you ordered, you will get your money back.till Today 2 july 2021 I didn't received my money nor product, Tge status of my package is still showing Customer refused, Unable to deliver.Till now I didn't get call from any ecom express personal regarding my sgipment.Today I called ecom express cuatomer care about my issue they said my product has been OFD lock, once we remove the lock you will receive your product, I request kindly deliver my product it has been one week since the shipment is arrived at my center
I need my ordered product.
