Ecom express delivery man calls and said to deliver the order .after that he didn't come to land on the order and listed up there a lie that I refused to take order which is totally false. This happens to my recent three orders and every time . Service is really very bad...

My prepaid product currently in Davanagere. They are not delivering my product to holesirigere (Destination), they are not responding.
Delivery expected date is over already.
7 days of delay. Please consider it seriously. It is urgent. Understand the customers problem. Take action immediately. They should deliver my parcel soon....

I have ordered on 1st june
Product got received in Bhongir 12 km away from my place
They are not delivering it
I never got a call also
Now it is showing RTO lock...

I have ordered my product on last may 31st.
I did not receive my product yet
In the status column its showing that shipment rto locked...

Still I didn't get refund for the order#[protected] canceled on 9th May 2021.I tried to call customer care number# many times but not refunded yet. Every call they will take details and promise it will be refunded by tomorrow. They will not give complaint reference also. All tele callers are well trained to cheat customer. I told them, I will register case in consumer court. They told you can.

I went to shop and asked them status....

I send it prcel in mumbaii your accecativ not delivered parcel for customers...

We are not your slaves we are your customer ok please ensure your delivery boys are behaving mannerly to customer ok 👍 one of your delivery boy behaved such harrassing behave and talked rude and toughly we are not your responsibility we are your customer iam going to file a complaint against your service...

My order has been dispatch through Ecom Express on 3rd june.

Air Way Bill No. :- [protected]

And it has reached to the Chennai Hub on 8th June.

From 8th onward, I was awaiting for that order, but order was not delivered.

Till now they haven't delivery the Product and while calling to their customer service they are telling that the OFD Lock is there....

I have booked several slot for provide my kyc to up grade
my paytm account / wallet. but agent of ecom express rairakhol inefficient. Since june 1 2021 i have booked several slot but i couldn't get service properly. Till now my paytm account show kyc pending....

I Purchased an item from bewakoof that received 2 weeks before to my nearest ecom hub, And It was out for delivery... but in tracker it shows that "Consignee requested for future delivery" ... even I did received call from ecom delivery boy, i said the route to my home and he said he'll come in 15 mins and then he updates the status as customer not available .. I tried to call him but system says that my pin is wrongbr...

The worst service!! I ordered few items from Ajio and it was shipped through Ecom expressed. It shows the order reached kottayam days before and its marked " location unreachable" " customer asked for future delivery". Really? Nobody contacted. Just making lame excuses. If you can't do your duty properly, just don't take up the order.
This is not the first time I'm experiencing this kinda worst service from Ecom express.

It shows pick up failed shipment not ready for past two days my AMB no. Is [protected]. Please resolve the issue and deliver it within 2 or 3 days...

Ecom Express is not delivering the Pre-paid" shipment awb [protected] for which the delivery date was 7th june, 2021.After calling like 50 times since then there was no action taken from there side.They update false information of calling but actually no call was made to deliver.Please take proper action....
