Dear sir,

My flipkart delivery was sent through ecom express on the 16th of june, 2021 and on the way when it reached WALEYAR HUB and got stuck.
Whenever I tracked the delivery, it showed it will be delivered the next day even though the hub is 100 kms from the shipping address.
After a week (on 26/06/2021) due to delay in delivery I had to cancel my order. Its been 3 days today (29/06/2021) and the product hasn't moved from that hub and it shows 'SHIPMENT RTO LOCK' when I track.

Only if the courier reaches back to the seller, the seller will refund the money.
This is my first experience with ecom and already a worse one.

I have no idea whom to contact regarding this matter

        I had ordered a product from green go coporation and which was supposed to be delievered on 15.06.2021 but till 28.06.2021 it has not been delievered. I had seen status as customer was not available or customer refused top accept delievery. I had called customer care almost 10 times and everytime i am assured that it will be delievered in nexct 24-48 hours.
        Very pathetic service, no delivery boy has called me till date it can be verified by their call records.
        Kindly look into the matter

            I ordered the product in Meesho, all delivery agents( Ekart, Amazon, delivery.com) are come to doorstep, only the E-com express not given doorstep.such worst service I never seen .

                Though my consignment was out for delivery the consignment was not delivered stating that customer was unavailable. But the customer was neither contacted nor approached by the delivery guy

                            On 15th June 2021 I placed my order from an ig page namely priceless_shopping_
                            Yesterday I received my order and it was really disappointing as I had ordered joggers and instead of that I received some dupatta kind of stuff. Before the delivery of my order I got an sms saying.(Ecom Express Agent [protected] PIN 87454 will deliver your AwB [protected] today). I tried calling these number's but they are switched off. I gave them my feedback and mentioned my problem and there they said we will get in contact with you but I didn't received any of their help. I tried texting them on their ig page but they are not responding. I tried every thing to reach them but I've not got any response from them I'm worried if this is fraud.Hope you understand my concern and will look into the matter as soon as possible.                             I registered my complaint a week ago and I was assured by saying I'll get response in several days. it's been a week now they are not replying me. They have changed their ig id from priceless_shopping_ from priceless_clothing_0 after registering my complaint. I guess it's a fraud site. Kindly look into this matter as soon as possible

                                  I have ordered a product from amazon( order no: awb [protected]),
                                  ecom express from shirahatti delivery agent is not delivering the product since from 2 days and asking to come to their location to pick the order as they do not have big vehical to deliver big product.
                                  But i have placed an order with home delivery order and it should be delivered to my home adress, i can not travel 30km far. And delivery agent is calling me and threatening me to provide the delivery code before the order delivery and they are telling they will provide this product via KSRTC bus and we have to go to bus stand and receive it. Can you please transfer the product to different delivery agent or company, as this agent not delivering my product and trying to cancel the product stating i have refused to receive it. this is really not acceptable. please provide my order as soon as possible its been 4 days they are keeping my order. and please not do not cancel my request without my consent and deliver my order earlier.

                                    From last 3days ecom sends message that your order is arriving today. When delivery boy called me at the time of delivery then after 2-3 sec.
