The above mentioned delivery person called me yesterday at around 7:00 pm from the ecom app requesting if my delivery could be done today in which I said ok but requested him to deliver it before 10:30 am as I have to attain my official duty. Infact the delivery was supposed to be done yesterday and he said he couldn't do it since there were many delivery to be done. Then he said his he is nearby my house and he made me belived that he ll delivered it to me when the comes back home. He asked for my delivery pin and believing him I gave it. However he didn't turn up at all for almost 2 hour. Suspecting a fraud I went to the link for giving the feedbacks and got his name. I enquired about his details from the social media and contacted indirectly through a mutual fren. This has led to deliver my parcel but the package was fully opened. He even asked what was inside the package when he first called me from the ecom app.
This is a case of fraud and I really want this person to be dismissed from the ecom which may tarnish the company and also to avoid such case in the future.

    My order is showing as out for delivery from past 7 days and later delivery boy updated as I refused to accept order and on the other day as I asked for rescheduling, he never called me actually. This is really disgusting and unacceptable. Please handover my order to someone capable to deliver it..

            My package is not delivered as the delivery agent didn't come. When I tried to contact he has told like he will reach but didn't. And updated the status as i have asked for reschedule

            Without contacting me how it was returned and updated false status as i have not picked the call. Delivery person never even tried to contact me. And updating the shipment status which is there in the system how its helpful. That status i can see in the system also. My question has not been answered

              I ordered clothes worth 900 but a torn saree was delivered to me. When I called the delivery person he said I will get my cash back but then marked my order as delivered and their customer care services do not work.
              Since the delivery address of the shopping page was also not mentioned I 100% believe that this delivery page is associated with such fraudsters, if they were authentic they would refund my money and block such accounts from availing their services.
              The internet is flooded with complaints against them and watching that they're still running smoothly is saddening.

              Kindly help me get my money back!

                I have ordered products from Adidas.in since the 23rd of June. Its been a week now that its still stuck in Gurugram. Please look into this matter and have it delivered soon.                   Dear sir,

                  My flipkart delivery was sent through ecom express on the 16th of june, 2021 and on the way when it reached WALEYAR HUB and got stuck.
                  Whenever I tracked the delivery, it showed it will be delivered the next day even though the hub is 100 kms from the shipping address.
                  After a week (on 26/06/2021) due to delay in delivery I had to cancel my order. Its been 3 days today (29/06/2021) and the product hasn't moved from that hub and it shows 'SHIPMENT RTO LOCK' when I track.

                  Only if the courier reaches back to the seller, the seller will refund the money.
                  This is my first experience with ecom and already a worse one.

                  I have no idea whom to contact regarding this matter

                        I had ordered a product from green go coporation and which was supposed to be delievered on 15.06.2021 but till 28.06.2021 it has not been delievered. I had seen status as customer was not available or customer refused top accept delievery. I had called customer care almost 10 times and everytime i am assured that it will be delievered in nexct 24-48 hours.
                        Very pathetic service, no delivery boy has called me till date it can be verified by their call records.

                                Though my consignment was out for delivery the consignment was not delivered stating that customer was unavailable. But the customer was neither contacted nor approached by the delivery guy

                                      Hi, I had ordered a parcel from Amazon.. It's shipped through Ecom express on 17th June, and delivery date is today...But, I tracked my order and it's in my nearest Ecom express hub in Kumta...
