Hello,
I have not delivered my product which is sent through Ecom express. It should have been delivered by 1st june 2021but now its OFD locked . Its just showing out for delivery they never called me while its out for delivery to know my address also . I m tired of waiting. Please deliver it as soon as possible.

AwB [protected], My product was a Pre-Paid package from Allen Solly. Allen Solly used Ecom express to deliver the package. The delivery agent from Ecom Express called me saying that he is outside my house, when i went outside and saw there was noone there and within a minute or so i get a message saying that my product has been delivered. And when i tried contacting them using the pin it says incorrect pin, i contacted the higher authorities...

Service is worst inappropriate covid behaviour iam going to file a complaint against ecom in disaster manage ment control for covid behaviour and language...

Hyderabad Telangana..my Amazon order reached through ecom express hyderabad on 9th June...
Still not delivery to the address got sms pin no and delivery contact no ..but no response no reply spoken to customer care they told they will delivery by today night...

Plz kindly look into this issue and plz try to deliver order item as soon as possible...

I have received the rto return from ecom express and when i open the parcel the upper box of the smart watch is not there and i want to claim that the parcel is opened and i have got a loss of the box...

I have ordered a product, and it says that out for delivery, and then in evening it says that product will deliver tomorrow, but next product not delivered. Please solve it....

The product ordered has reached kottayam on 6.6.2021. But it has not been delivered. I get messages daily stating the product could not be delivered but there is no attempt on delivery, not a single communication other than a mesage stating it could not be delivered. My AwB no : [protected] has not pikup from since 31may it is almost 11th day I complained several times but got no response complete my pikup as much as possible ...it's too bad that your service is too slow I don't know why but your sevice was good now it's not I think...

I ordered products from Buywow.in with the AWB no. [protected] and now it showing "pickup failed "for 2 days and the order is not picked up yet....

They msg me it will deliver today and after that I call d deliver boy he said it's to big I will deliver it tomorrow but now I call again they said she I will deliver it but it shows now shipment un deliver congestion un future deliver what d hell its...

The delivery boys of this particular company are unprofessional they don’t make attempt to deliver the order, and cancel it or update faulty things like the customer was unavailable or address was wrong, I did visited their office to raise this issue they responded we refused to deliver because there was only one product and why should we travel so much just to deliver a product .it’s so disgusting to learn that how unprofessional...
