I'm not at the spot and I requested my brother to take the order and I have mistakenly said the I have not ordered the product and my told the same to the delivery person.
So he left the delivery point
I need the product back
But there is the RTO lock

        Hi,

        I ordered an Under Shelf Basket. In tracking the order, it shows it is out for delivery on Jun 17th. I got a call but I am not able to attend it but after I made the call again, the Ecom Express number it is asking for a PIN number, which I do not know so I am not able to contact the delivery person. The same happened again on Jun 18th. Yesterday Jun 21st, when tracking, it shows out for delivery but after sometime it shows cannot be delivered. I do not know what is the reason. Today also in tracking it shows out for delivery but till now I did not receive any message or call from the Ecom Express. What is the problem there? Why so much delay in receiving the product. Please reply ASAP.

              Hi.. I have placed an return in Ajio. He picked my order but its showing that my order not picked up and now its changed that I have cancelled my return pick up.                       I have ordered an candes stabiliser for 5, 500 and it got delivered once properly bht defective so replaced it and the shipment was taken on time. This time the replacement delivery msg came with ecom express executive phone number and a pin number . I have not got any call and the update msg I got was the product got delivered to me. Truth is I was not even there on that said date and time . I have not shared my pin to anyone. Now struggling with amazon and ecom to get the product back. Such an embarrassing situation at office as I did it for office . Pls expedite and help me get my product soon.

                            I ordered this product from a educational site and it showed out for delivery on 3rd of June later i got calls from the delivery executive that due to heavy rain he is not able to deliver my product on due date so i told him to deliver it next day when it is not raining he agreed but after then i got messages of my product getting delivered but it never got delivered and i was not able to get into contact with the delivery executive . Today, when i checked the track status of my product it showed that my product has gone in rto lock stage as my location was not properly mentioned and thus delivery could not be performed but the delivery man whom i talked with was knowing where is my house . Please help me get my product delivered, i am a student and the product are the modules for my neet prep.

                                    Delivery agent always called us and ask for location, we state the address, he told us ok will come in evening. After that he doesn't deliver the parcel update remarks in track that address is wrong. This happened more 4-5 times. He always return the parcel. Other courier partner are always deliver the parcel on same address... Pls kind check and take action properly... My awb# [protected]

                                      As per recent status in my shipment delivery, the status is showing OFD locked, before that I had a bad experience with courier boy...he made a call to me and asking for OTP without delivery the product. When I refused to not saying OTP, he was not willing to deliver my product and not Even making any calls...Just for his proof he is making calls and not speaking anything and just cut the call..this is too worst service by ecom express
