I have been ordered few items in online shopping they are showing that it will be delivered within one week after one week when I see them those products in shopping app, it is displayed that product is undeliverable. All these happening due to the intelligence of your delivery boys. They are lazy to carry my products to my house 🏠so they are keeping returning the products to the merchent without my concern. Such e shamless behaviour😡😡

      Irresponsible behaviour of delivery agent. Its been a week since the product came to the delivery centre. They are purposefully delaying the order delivery. I am very irritated with your customer service.

              Product status showing its delivered but i didn't got any message or calls from courier service, I didn't got my parcel yet. Its a prepaid order, AWB number [protected]

                I ordered for a product from meesho on june 3rd 2031. From then onwards I was waiting for it.Today is june 19th.Till now I haven't received it.Am at my home and whenever I tracked my order it was shown that the product was undelivered because I was not available. I want my product as soon as possible.This is not just fair.

                    For the kind consideration of ecom express,
                    We receive very poor service from ecom express in our locality (Pincode: 670741).
                    The ecom agents are just sitting in the office and marking the shipment as "undelivered as customer refused to accept it".
                    This is not the first time I'm facing this issue. They are always doing the same. And the products are being returned to seller.
                    Recently 2 of my products had the same situation AwB : [protected], [protected]
                    The agents are not considering the customer. They are doing very poor service. Take necessary actions against them as early as possible for not getting this issue again.
                    This is the message i received few minutes back : Your FLIPKART order AwB [protected] was undelivered as you refused to accept it - ECOM EXPRESS
                    They don't even give a call and making the status as show above. This is so pathetic.
                    Hope you would do the necessary as early.

                          My Awb no. is [protected]. Today I receive my package but delivery boy is so rude and even he did not deliver my order to my door step. And even he said he, may also reject the order thrice time on delivery attempt.

                          I think ecom courier service pay some extra payment to this vikash courier boy because he work according to his mindset not the consumer.
                          So please take strong action against that courier boy

                              I ordered 2 urbn 20, 000 mah power bank from Amazon on 4th June 2021, the expected delivery date was 13th June 2021 and the product is still not delivered, today's date is 18th June 2021 . The product entered vizag on 8th June 2021 but it's not being delivered at my home . I call daily to the customer service of ecom express and they say wait for 1-2 days and this keeps on repeating my tracking of is :[protected] and order Id is :[protected].previously for another two orders same issue happened and they cancel my order from their end. Please help

                                Reference here is to my shipment for e-com Order placed that the consignor - Global Hub - had dispatched through Ecom Express on Jun 4, 2021. The AWB number is[protected].

                                Their initial response, once it reached their last mile dispatch center in Kottayam, Kerala, on Jun 10, 2021, was they were unable to deliver due to the COVID lockdown in my state then. But strangely other courier services were functioning & I myself having received my shipments from 2 other couriers during that period.

                                After patiently waiting for a couple of more days, their Customer Care rep called me up requesting to bear with them for some more delay due to their dispatch center being in a containment zone, whereas when later checked their system showed the shipment was out for delivery but unable to deliver due to consignee, myself, having requested for a future delivery!!! The irony over here is my state is still in a Lockdown, partial from today though, so then where else could I have gone than be at my address! I then called up their Customer Care team and lodged a complaint, for which no notifications were received on my mobile. A lapse from my side was not having followed up with them about the status of this complaint, partly also due to not wanting to call them thanks to most of their reps being of no help & clueless on how to act to my concerns reported!!

                                Finally, what upset me the most was after toying around with me & wasting my time, they had the audacity to flag this shipment as undeliverable due to the customer not available, consequently its consignor having to recall it to hopefully ship it through another much professional courier than Ecom Express!

                                For this harrowing experience I had with them I will never avail their service ever again nor will I recommend them to anyone!
