My Awb no. is [protected]. Today I receive my package but delivery boy is so rude and even he did not deliver my order to my door step. And even he said he, may also reject the order thrice time on delivery attempt.

I think ecom courier service pay some extra payment to this vikash courier boy because he work according to his mindset not the consumer.
So please take strong action against that courier boy

    It's the 2 nd day that your delivery partner came and went back without delivering as I didn't receive any otp number.i already called yesterday and they told to contact zoomin and I had given them another number also.again today I didn't receive any otp number

      I ordered 2 urbn 20, 000 mah power bank from Amazon on 4th June 2021, the expected delivery date was 13th June 2021 and the product is still not delivered, today's date is 18th June 2021 . The product entered vizag on 8th June 2021 but it's not being delivered at my home . I call daily to the customer service of ecom express and they say wait for 1-2 days and this keeps on repeating my tracking of is :[protected] and order Id is :[protected].previously for another two orders same issue happened and they cancel my order from their end. Please help

        Reference here is to my shipment for e-com Order placed that the consignor - Global Hub - had dispatched through Ecom Express on Jun 4, 2021. The AWB number is[protected].

        Their initial response, once it reached their last mile dispatch center in Kottayam, Kerala, on Jun 10, 2021, was they were unable to deliver due to the COVID lockdown in my state then. But strangely other courier services were functioning & I myself having received my shipments from 2 other couriers during that period.

        After patiently waiting for a couple of more days, their Customer Care rep called me up requesting to bear with them for some more delay due to their dispatch center being in a containment zone, whereas when later checked their system showed the shipment was out for delivery but unable to deliver due to consignee, myself, having requested for a future delivery!!! The irony over here is my state is still in a Lockdown, partial from today though, so then where else could I have gone than be at my address! I then called up their Customer Care team and lodged a complaint, for which no notifications were received on my mobile. A lapse from my side was not having followed up with them about the status of this complaint, partly also due to not wanting to call them thanks to most of their reps being of no help & clueless on how to act to my concerns reported!!

        Finally, what upset me the most was after toying around with me & wasting my time, they had the audacity to flag this shipment as undeliverable due to the customer not available, consequently its consignor having to recall it to hopefully ship it through another much professional courier than Ecom Express!

        For this harrowing experience I had with them I will never avail their service ever again nor will I recommend them to anyone!

            I have ordered a package with Id [protected] and it's delivery date was 8th June 2021. The package has not arrived yet and I haven't received any calls from the delivery person. Now the status is showing as RTO lock applied. I don't want the item to be returned. I need it in an urgent basis.

              My name is lakshmi...I order a I series 6 smart watch but they delivered me a local product and also some wooden pieces they took 1800 rupees and asked them for return policy but now they are not responding to me...their number is [protected] it's a fraud they are simply cheating people...do kindly respond

                  Ecom express delivery man calls and said to deliver the order .after that he didn't come to land on the order and listed up there a lie that I refused to take order which is totally false. This happens to my recent three orders and every time . Service is really very bad

                              Still I didn't get refund for the order#[protected] canceled on 9th May 2021.I tried to call customer care number# many times but not refunded yet. Every call they will take details and promise it will be refunded by tomorrow. They will not give complaint reference also. All tele callers are well trained to cheat customer. I told them, I will register case in consumer court. They told you can.

                              I went to shop and asked them status. They told 99% chance you will not get refund.

                                      My order has been dispatch through Ecom Express on 3rd june.

                                      Air Way Bill No. :- [protected]

                                      And it has reached to the Chennai Hub on 8th June.

                                      From 8th onward, I was awaiting for that order, but order was not delivered.

                                      Till now they haven't delivery the Product and while calling to their customer service they are telling that the OFD Lock is there.
