Dear sir/ mam
I Purchased an item from bewakoof that received 2 weeks before to my nearest ecom hub, And It was out for delivery... but in tracker it shows that "Consignee requested for future delivery" ... even I did received call from ecom delivery boy, i said the route to my home and he said he'll come in 15 mins and then he updates the status as customer not available .. I tried to call him but system says that my pin is wrong

Nobody calls me or mailed me but the complaint status is also marked as resolved, i thought the ecom is the only one worst in service for the customer look like this portal also looks worst

    The worst service!! I ordered few items from Ajio and it was shipped through Ecom expressed. It shows the order reached kottayam days before and its marked " location unreachable" " customer asked for future delivery". Really? Nobody contacted. Just making lame excuses. If you can't do your duty properly, just don't take up the order.
    This is not the first time I'm experiencing this kinda worst service from Ecom express.
    Look into this matter ASAP.

    I received the order 2 days back.
    It was super late. And order which reached Delivery centre on June 6th was delivered on 16th June.
    Worst service and highly unsatisfied.

        Ecom Express is not delivering the Pre-paid" shipment awb [protected] for which the delivery date was 7th june, 2021.After calling like 50 times since then there was no action taken from there side.They update false information of calling but actually no call was made to deliver.Please take proper action.

                      I have not delivered my product which is sent through Ecom express. It should have been delivered by 1st june 2021but now its OFD locked . Its just showing out for delivery they never called me while its out for delivery to know my address also . I m tired of waiting. Please deliver it as soon as possible.

                        AwB [protected], My product was a Pre-Paid package from Allen Solly. Allen Solly used Ecom express to deliver the package. The delivery agent from Ecom Express called me saying that he is outside my house, when i went outside and saw there was noone there and within a minute or so i get a message saying that my product has been delivered. And when i tried contacting them using the pin it says incorrect pin, i contacted the higher authorities and no proper response from their side either. I asked for the delivery agents number and the branch contact number of chennai, they refused to give the details.This clearly shows that ecom express is clearly a scam and some sort of gambling is going on with the product of the customers. If my product doesn't get delivered, im planning to file a case against them.

                                  The product ordered has reached kottayam on 6.6.2021. But it has not been delivered. I get messages daily stating the product could not be delivered but there is no attempt on delivery, not a single communication other than a mesage stating it could not be delivered. I tried the customer service number but the same is also not working. The product is stuck at kottayam for the past 5 days with no action taken vy ecomexpress. My AJIO order ID is FL[protected]/[protected]. Do look into the matter.

                                      My AwB no : [protected] has not pikup from since 31may it is almost 11th day I complained several times but got no response complete my pikup as much as possible ...it's too bad that your service is too slow I don't know why but your sevice was good now it's not I think...
