Arrived at destination hub on 29th and was out for delivery on the same date as well but there is a false report saying customer refused to take.
I'm the customer waiting for my package to be delivered and its already 5 days of delay now and the courier service has been updating the status with false reports stating that the customer refused to accept for 2 consequent days and the mext day...

Sir/mam, my order for AWB NUMBER : [protected] has not been delivered yet to me since 4 days . So, i request you to deliver my product TODAY as soon as possible as it is urgent....

I have serious issue regarding this delivery person .He is so rude .He is refusing to deliver to my location and telling seriously that he will cancel the order if I don't take it from where he delivers .He is not even giving response and quit the call without giving reliable information and telling that he will cancel the order. This is not what is expected from ur delivery persons. Now ur telling that my order...

AWB NUmber : [protected], the courier is stuck at shipment center from past 4 days. Portal is not showing up the last update date as 31st May. I need it immediatly...

My item has been arrived at Kochi hub without any issues but has stayed there since 30th May. The courier has not attempted to progress the shipment. No response to queries made through online form and phone calls are not answered. The courier also don’t provide any contact details for local offices making it impossible to get an update. I have ordered a phone charger and the product not delivered yet. The delivery date was two days before. Till this time, the delivery agent didn't contacted me. When I tracked the order, I came to know that, the delivery agent given reason as the customer wasn't available to collect the item. Such a false reason. Kindly deliver the product at the earliest and take action on the irresponsive behaviour....

Dear ECOM EXPRESS,

Your delivery boys are not delivering the shipments at home. I told them many times but they are not listening. They just come and sit somewhere and call the customers to pickup the order. When we ask them to come and deliver at home, they are cancelling our deliveries. Kindly look into the issue.

I am from Manipur .I have purchased a mobile handset from realme online sstore.The item was kept at Guwahati hub for more than 20 days . Now after reaching Imphal in my state and just few kilometres to reach me they returned my package to the shipper. Ashamed of your delivery service. I am writing this complaint with so much grief as Ecom Express is trying to mentally harass me by not delivering my package and not taking any action against the delivery executive who has been reluctant on not delivering my package for unknown reasons. I have tried contacting the customer care multiple times but they take no action and keep saying it will get resolved in 24 hours while already 84 hours has been past since...
