The delivery boys of this particular company are unprofessional they don’t make attempt to deliver the order, and cancel it or update faulty things like the customer was unavailable or address was wrong, I did visited their office to raise this issue they responded we refused to deliver because there was only one product and why should we travel so much just to deliver a product .it’s so disgusting to learn that how unprofessional and unethical this people are

    I have ordered some cosmetic products from insight cosmetics. My order has been delayed and now off lock has been applied I am not able to reach out my order. They are not delivering also not cancelling my order. The order is prepaid.

          Respected sir,
          My AWB no is [protected]
          And my order was shipped on 23rd May 2021 and I didn't receive any call or the shipment was not brought to my address and it has been 4 days that my order is in ofd lock... From the last 5 days, they are just telling me that my problem will be resolved in 24 hours but no action has been taken yet and I have to get that courier urgently.
          Please help me.

                I received a message of delivery of the MI earphones yesterday morning. But I received no call of any delivery boy the whole day. Then yesterday afternoon I received a text message that your order has been delivered. Anyhow in reality I have not received any product. This message by delivery boy was bogus as I did not receive any order.

                This is the second time I’m posting this as in seconds I saw my earlier complaint marked as resolved.

                      My order not delivered to me being kept in DC. AWB number {[protected]}
                      now they updated RTO lock. Amazon contacted them but no response from them. kindly solve this issue. Ecom express has very bad feedback about this.

                      stop complaining amazon for locking delivery where as this is cleared form {amazon.in} services that they dont have locking policy. the courir team did not assessed the item properly. urgent deleviry expected stop returning.

                        I have been chasing Ecom Express team since Jun 1st 2021 for delivery of the product but I do not receive any piece of information. Amount is already been paid.

                        Now they have updated the status as "Shipment RTO Lock" on 7th Jun 2021.

                        Amazon or I neither have not cancelled the order and the agent Rohit is irresponsible of handling the customer concern. Request someone to take a look at the request and help delivering the product and also provide strong feedback to agent Rohith.

                            Hi,
                            This is my AWB number Ecom Express - [protected] I ordered coconut fertilizer from ugaoo and the package reached Kundapura delivery point on 25/05/2021 But the delivery guys did not call nor did they attempt delivery. They kept on updating false satus as 'CUSTOMER unavailable' I mean are you ### kidding me? Who stays outside during these lockdown days. I and my whole family was in my house waiting for the package 24*7. Yet they did not deliver it. I contacted CUSTOMER care. You would think that the company actually has contact details of its delivery centers and agents. Again wrong. This is so unprofessional as the CC told me the company doesnt keep track of its delivery center contact details. They kept answering that the package will be delivered in 24-48 hours and how deeply sorry they were. I think they have no drops of humanity left in them to keep promising such things. This happened thrice which means I waited for 48 hours three times. But after all these, do you know what happened? They are returning my package.
                            I am claiming Rs 1 lakh compensation for non delivery of my essentials and playing the waiting game with fraud updates and bad CUSTOMER service.
                            These delivery guys need to be fired and these scums need to be taught a lesson.

                                    My product with ID [protected] has reached destination hub on June 1st.. Till now the delivery person did not contacted me and it's been under OFD lock for last three days.. When the out of delivery messages came(on June 1, 2 and 3), I called the Ecom express but they say that the executive pin number provided is wrong. I have to get my order urgently so please do the needed asap

                                    The delivery person (Koregaon Satara Maharashtra ) contacted me but denied giving delivery as he called me 3 KM away from my village to take delivery. Finally, he warned me that he will never ever deliver and I have to cancel the order same with my friend also. The very rude person from Ecom. I complain but no one takes care.

                                    Seems that they don't want to take care of the customer.
