My parcel reached Kushalnagar Econ office 5-june 2021, but delivery boy contact me at Evening 7 c clock and he told i will deliver your courier by tomorrow and then today I didn't receive my parcel and I trying to contact him through PIN but not use. Then track my parcel through AWB number it shows Undelivered due to covid what is this nonsense Ecom. ### this courier company and ashamed to Delivery boy.

          My name is Nitin Kumar and my shipment number is - [protected].

          Sir I have a complaint against your service. My delivery date was 4/5/2021 your delivery agent called that day and he asked me the secret delivery code and said that you will be delivered after 30 minutes of telling the code I did not tell and delivery was not done that day then I called customer care at night and complained and they said that we will take action and He said that we will deliver you on 5/6/2021. And then on 5/6/2021 i spoke to customer care 2 times before 8pm Once he said that delivery boy will deliver your courier till 8 o'clock and next time he said your delivery will be deliver in next 24 hours (meanwhile on 6/6/2021).

          Is this your service? Do you satisfy your customer by giving this service. You are not taking any action on customer's complaint.

          I request you please fix your service.

            My order it's in RTO lock. I have placed order in 16/5/2021 the courier partner was Ecom Express. In 22/5/2021 it's in waleyar hub.Now it's showing returned. How I receive my parcel. I want . Due to covid redzone here and also pincode deactivated. Plz understand this situation. I want my parcel back.

              I have order from pharmeasy.in. Since May 23rd 2021 As I understand due to covid restrictions I have check track in ecom express and it show in-transit in Nellore but the delivery order destination is Nellore. The ecom express track is not update everyday and did not mention the reason of delay either SMS or email or whatever. I have complaint two times thru call and it reply and said like will update 24 hours. Normal any delivery max one week but now it is 2 weeks completed. I want to know, what’s is reason of delay and why did not update AWB track status data every day in ecom express?

                    Hi Team,

                    I have not received the package yet which is with you since 29th May. The tracking status showing the consignee requested for the reschedule of delivery but that is not correct. On 28th May evening, Ecom Express delivery guy called me asking whether he can deliver the package on next day. But he didnt come. We could nt make a return call to the number he called me and if i try to call the customer care number, the virtual assistant saying someone will contact you soon. But no luck till now after a week.

                    So i am writing this in this forum. Please deliver my package as soon as possible.

                        This is from Bangalore. I have booked through Ecom to my customer.. they have not received it till now . It will show out for delivery.. they send otp also .. the delivery person will call and won't speak... Later a msg will be sent customer not available delivery failed .. this happened three times.. I called the customer care also they have escalated the issue and the product will be delivered within 24 hrs and same thing keeps repeating... Very disappointed with it very very bad experience.. I hope this problem will be solved... And an action will be take against this as I have read the same problems and reviews faced by many people...

                          I'm Chandra from Tamil nad. I placed an order the courier partner was Ecom express. 07/05/2021 it reached my hometown Kangayam (TN) on 17/05/2021. But still now not delivered. I contact the courier boy he is not ready to come and deliver the parcel. Parcel supplies are allowed in covid situation. We can't go and receive bcoz of lockdown. Now it's showing returned and now in bamgalore. It's a prepaid order. How i receive my parcel. Wat yo do

                            Your ONLINE order AwB [protected] was undelivered as the address was unlocatable. For further instructions, click http://ecxp.in/?q=[protected] - ECOM EXPRESS...
                            This is the actual message received yesterday...if it in this case the courier person need to call...
                            If he called I should find the track of Flipkart miss calls...I didn't find in my phone...
                            The message should be as the courier person unable to contact me...but the message is unlocatable.
                            So I have again linked to the site and made again the delivery date update.
                            Today I have received the message as the courier is coming...
                            Now I received the call but I'm unable to pickup at the moment so I called back
                            .but it took so much time to connect to the concern
                            After so many attempts the person responded but with a rude nature wjich is not at all acceptable behaviour he replied as it's not going to delivery anymore...as already attempts made.
                            I[censored]r service is not going to do the required then what is the need of You to connect with Meesho and I need the product by to day...
                            So I need to see how it going to deliver my product.
                            The person asked us to do complaint ...what I want to do he asked me to do...is with this type of behaviour Ur hiring the employee

                              I have order a knife from snapdeal and it’s been put through ecom express to deliver it to me but instead the delivery service provided by them is unethical and worst human behaviour
                              Mark this these delivery personals they don’t come to your door to deliver / not ring the bell or knock on you door on the specified address
                              They don’t provide no prior notice on what time the delivery would be made all they do is call from a unregistered phone no which you cannot make a call back
                              Even when I attend the call they dont wish to speak and mark the delivery as unsuccessful and would cancel the delivery
                              This shows lack of training to delivery professionals and worst customer service
                              I’m highly offended by this I would take this to court if I can and teach these guys a lesson about customer is god!

                                    Still waiting for delivery very bad services of ecom, every day making it delay. Still the shipment have not been delivered..

                                    Please let us know where to make complaint. I am going to cancel the order already, already informed to shippers never use this services.

                                    My shipment was lying to hoshangabad since 20/05/21 to 27/05/21.

                                    And when I was calling during this period then they were telling us to wait till 24/05/2021.

                                    And on 29/05/21 they update the wrong status as wrong address, and from that day they are telling everyday tomorrow the shipment will be delivered.

                                    But today is 04/05/21 but still my shipment is not delivered. If you loss the shipment then please update to website.

                                    Ecom is harrassing me mentally, because they tell us lie every day. But no one work on their commitment..

                                    Ecom have very bad customer services, still my shipment have not been.delivered to us, and every ecom.make new story and informed us.

                                    But I am requesting to ecom again of they loose my shipment or my shipment.have.been stolen then please update very, they should not talk like this.

                                    Due to this I am frustrated too much and I have zero response from their side.

                                    No warehouse no ecom.can provide, ecom is unable to provide me mobile no..of delivery location.

                                    Again the shipment have not been delivered by today, as yesterday evening when shipment was not delivered, then ecom express was telling to wait till tomorrow, but again the shipment has not been delivered, ecom express have lying staff, who make and added new comment.

                                    From 20th May ecom express is making us fool, whenever I called to customer care they always says please wait will be delivered soon, ecom express customer care executive can not provide address of local delivery center even they don't provide the contact details of local delivery center, my shipment arrived to Bhopal on 28th may 2021, and they have not delivered my shipment till 8th may, whenever I called him and they always says please wait till 8 pm, they don't provide the local delivery center details otherwise I can contact directly to there, they are not able to deliver the shipment even in one month.

                                    Very bad shipping / courier company.

                                        After following up 7 times with Delivery partner (raised 2 complaints on why they are mentioning false remarks on tracking status and false promises) and 2 times with adidas customer service (false promises made again). The outcome was false promises by Ecommerce express and Adidas customer care and now my order is cancelled. Ridiculous service and customer lost and never recommending adidas to others, customer satisfaction gone down the drain!!
