I have order a knife from snapdeal and it’s been put through ecom express to deliver it to me but instead the delivery service provided by them is unethical and worst human behaviour
Mark this these delivery personals they don’t come to your door to deliver / not ring the bell or knock on you door on the specified address
They don’t provide no prior notice on what time the delivery would be made all they do is call from a unregistered phone no which you cannot make a call back
Even when I attend the call they dont wish to speak and mark the delivery as unsuccessful and would cancel the delivery
This shows lack of training to delivery professionals and worst customer service
I’m highly offended by this I would take this to court if I can and teach these guys a lesson about customer is god!

        Still waiting for delivery very bad services of ecom, every day making it delay. Still the shipment have not been delivered..

        Please let us know where to make complaint. I am going to cancel the order already, already informed to shippers never use this services.

        My shipment was lying to hoshangabad since 20/05/21 to 27/05/21.

        And when I was calling during this period then they were telling us to wait till 24/05/2021.

        And on 29/05/21 they update the wrong status as wrong address, and from that day they are telling everyday tomorrow the shipment will be delivered.

        But today is 04/05/21 but still my shipment is not delivered. If you loss the shipment then please update to website.

        Ecom is harrassing me mentally, because they tell us lie every day. But no one work on their commitment..

        Ecom have very bad customer services, still my shipment have not been.delivered to us, and every ecom.make new story and informed us.

        But I am requesting to ecom again of they loose my shipment or my shipment.have.been stolen then please update very, they should not talk like this.

        Due to this I am frustrated too much and I have zero response from their side.

        No warehouse no ecom.can provide, ecom is unable to provide me mobile no..of delivery location.

        Again the shipment have not been delivered by today, as yesterday evening when shipment was not delivered, then ecom express was telling to wait till tomorrow, but again the shipment has not been delivered, ecom express have lying staff, who make and added new comment.

        From 20th May ecom express is making us fool, whenever I called to customer care they always says please wait will be delivered soon, ecom express customer care executive can not provide address of local delivery center even they don't provide the contact details of local delivery center, my shipment arrived to Bhopal on 28th may 2021, and they have not delivered my shipment till 8th may, whenever I called him and they always says please wait till 8 pm, they don't provide the local delivery center details otherwise I can contact directly to there, they are not able to deliver the shipment even in one month.

        Very bad shipping / courier company.

            After following up 7 times with Delivery partner (raised 2 complaints on why they are mentioning false remarks on tracking status and false promises) and 2 times with adidas customer service (false promises made again). The outcome was false promises by Ecommerce express and Adidas customer care and now my order is cancelled. Ridiculous service and customer lost and never recommending adidas to others, customer satisfaction gone down the drain!!

              The order was out for delivery on 31st May but was undelivered because wrong address. I tried to find phone number of Ecom express Pune but no single phone number. The phone number of delivery executive was not able to call. Atleast provide Phone number of executive or Ecom express Pune's phone number

                  Shipment tracking code [protected].
                  Arrived at destination hub on 29th and was out for delivery on the same date as well but there is a false report saying customer refused to take.
                  I'm the customer waiting for my package to be delivered and its already 5 days of delay now and the courier service has been updating the status with false reports stating that the customer refused to accept for 2 consequent days and the mext day even after complaints to the customer care, they said your package will be delivered by today the next time they said will be delivered within 24hrs as it was not delivered because you did not recieve the call! I did not get any call from the delivery boy. This is so frustrating. I have paid token amount to the seller and my package is still not delivered. This is really very frustrating. What a joke this courier service is in the name of a courier service company! Shame on such company who cant even listen to their customers. I have asked my seller to change his company amd switch to a different company.

                        From May 5th to now I am follow up the ecom express executive but all are saying investing is going on but they don't know where the product is could you please check do needful.

                          I have serious issue regarding this delivery person .He is so rude .He is refusing to deliver to my location and telling seriously that he will cancel the order if I don't take it from where he delivers .He is not even giving response and quit the call without giving reliable information and telling that he will cancel the order. This is not what is expected from ur delivery persons. Now ur telling that my order is undelivered due to unlocatable address .Fact is that ..the delivery person is from the nearby place and he knows the address well but refusing to deliver.Please do consider this issue and I want my order as soon as possible most probably today .Thank you .

                              My item has been arrived at Kochi hub without any issues but has stayed there since 30th May. The courier has not attempted to progress the shipment. No response to queries made through online form and phone calls are not answered. The courier also don’t provide any contact details for local offices making it impossible to get an update. Courier companies must be fined for hold ups like these when the public is relying on e-commerce for most urgent purchases due to lockdown. The lockdown rules here allows courier companies to operate, so that can’t be the reason.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  I have ordered a phone charger and the product not delivered yet. The delivery date was two days before. Till this time, the delivery agent didn't contacted me. When I tracked the order, I came to know that, the delivery agent given reason as the customer wasn't available to collect the item. Such a false reason. Kindly deliver the product at the earliest and take action on the irresponsive behaviour.

                                  Very irresponsive behaviour. If he couldn't deliver the item due to any reasons related to Covid, the agent could've informed me and I would've thought of other options. But in this case, nothing like that has happened yet. The product is pre-paid and I am in need of it too. So, I expected some more better responses from the delivery service.

                                    Your delivery boys are not delivering the shipments at home. I told them many times but they are not listening. They just come and sit somewhere and call the customers to pickup the order. When we ask them to come and deliver at home, they are cancelling our deliveries. Kindly look into the issue.
