Hi Team,
I have ordered a phone charger and the product not delivered yet. The delivery date was two days before. Till this time, the delivery agent didn't contacted me. When I tracked the order, I came to know that, the delivery agent given reason as the customer wasn't available to collect the item. Such a false reason. Kindly deliver the product at the earliest and take action on the irresponsive behaviour.
Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Rajalakshmi Rajagopal Very irresponsive behaviour. If he couldn't deliver the item due to any reasons related to Covid, the agent could've informed me and I would've thought of other options. But in this case, nothing like that has happened yet. The product is pre-paid and I am in need of it too. So, I expected some more better responses from the delivery service.
