    I ordered a product on 29th May 2021... Inbetween when i checled the status of the product it showed that the product will be delivered on June 3rd.. After 1 day again to know my product status i checked but it's showing that my product is delivered and the address shown is somwhere else...I tried to contact the delivery agents...but didn't get any contact details...then i contact customer care service till now no response ...I already have paid the amount earlier...Now i dont know what to do...whom do i contact
    Please help me to sort out this problem...

      AWB [protected] : it has been out for delivery twice so far and both the times I didn’t get a single call!!! The delivery is not even being attempted and then they are sending message unlocatable address. It is a famous building on the main road in urban Bangalore so there is no question of that. I am not even receiving a single call from anyone. This is an urgent order and I want this delivered ASAP

        I ordered two products from two different apps one is from louis Philippe and another is nykaa, both gave tracking but after certain time it is given to ecom express then the delay started after reaching Destination hub, everyday in tracking it is showing unable to connect error, why is the delivery late for both the products, could you please deliver the products? AWB numbers for both products are [protected], [protected].please resolve the issue immediately

          The delivery boy is soo rude when I called and asked about the product details he just shouting at me this is not the first time experience with him last time also he did the same that day he brought the parcel and called me for address then I told him that I don't want the parcel anymore he justed on me like a dog very very rude guy [protected]

                  I have ordered the product on 3rrd may.
                  I can see it is reached to my city on 17th May.
                  But the product is still not delivered...

                  Today when I check the status is RTO lock.

                  When the product has reached my city why was it not delivered in past 13 days.
                  I can see other products being delivered.

                      Since I have placed the order and the product reached Bangalore on 26th and there was a notification as per the tracking stating out for delivery since then I was been waiting whole day and there was no call from any of the delivery agent and later I received a status stating I requested for future delivery of the product and immediately I placed a call to customer care I would say it's not a customer care because when ever I call this ecom people they say they have escalated and it will be resolved in 48hours and it never happened till now they don't even bothered to call and say due to some issues they couldn't deliver the product but instead they mark fake statuses and put on customer that customer requested

                      I am really fed-up of this poor ecom I really don't know how they manage the business like me there are several customers in a day who get this fake statuses and they be offended

                        Ecom express is really think is fraud company, I place an order 16th May and my shipment arrived to hoshangabad on 20th May, then I called to ecom they says your shipment will be delivered to you on 24th May 2021, and then my shipment couldn't be delivered, then I called to customer care no. And ecom says, it will be delivered to you in 24 to 48 hours, on 29th May they update the wrong address, then I make complain to ecom regarding this they says will be delivered till 12 pm then it couldn't be delivered, and again they says will be delivered by 5 pm but couldn't be delivered, then they were telling will bg delivered by 8 pm, but now I called them and they says will be delivered by tomorrow.

                        So please don't trust ecom express, many times I asked them to share the no. From where the shipment will be delivered, also I ask them to share the delivery boy no. But they provide nothing..

                        Only says 24 to 48 hours they will respond you.

                        We should never trust to ecom express, they are not able to deliver the shipment on time, they are late too much. We feels they update the wrong status to their website. Due to that they don't deliver the shipment on time.

                        Ecom express never follow their commitment, for 10 days they are telling a lie, already requested them if can't deliver then return to seller, I will reorder again.

                              Before three days your delivery boy is harrasing me. He was updated the reason " Consignee requested for future delivery" but the actual reason is your delivery boy doesn't want to deliver my parcel due to long distance. I was waiting for my parcel before three days, Now my parcel is returned to the supplier. How rubbish is this. Please take a legal action about your delivery boy. He updated wrong status because he don't want to deliver the parcel.

                                I am a harinisri subramani.
                                I have placed a order in private website the delivery partner is ecom executive. On 21 St February I received a message that the order will be delivered today. Later in the evening I will received another message that the order was delivered to me. But I didn't get any order that day. As it was a prepaid order I also didn't share pin to anybody else. So I made a complaint to ecom service customer care number. I didn't get any response form them.. Even though I repeatedly calling them regarding my order. It was like a waste of time I didn't get my order as of now...

                                  Ordered a product which was picked up on 20th May, Reached destination centre on 22nd and went out for delivery on same day and later status was updated saying WRONG ADDRESS even though courier executive didn't even called to enquire if he couldn't find address. And then the same thing was repeated on 23rd & 24th before OFD Lock being applied on 25th as per tracking on PICKRR (the company where shipments was mainly booked).
                                  Plus I couldn't even contact ecom customer support or delivery partner.

                                  Requesting Ecom express should improve its service and delivery my order as well.

                                        I had ordered cleaning mop from amazon the tracking shows it is going to deliver today, but when i looked at it in evenig my item is returning to seller.
