On 20th may evening about 6:30 pm. Pickup boy came and took reverse pickup parcel and after that when I track him then I saw he updated reverse pickup not complete.How this is possible and I don't have that guy mobile number and name.Kindly see the attached order no. and screenshot and I also have a voice record for reference...

Since I make an order through flipkart
The order has to be reached 19 may to my nearest ecom express but till they are nit delivered my order they themselves cancel the delivery and upload as customer refused to get some pls resolve...

My awb no[protected] as ecom express doorstep delivery why delivery boy is not delivering all of your staff are non responsive delivery boy automatically undelivered my product pls ecom stop it i[censored] can't provide good amount of delivery service plz shutdown your service worst service ever...

Hello, I am from Dima Hasao, Umrangso, Assam. At my pincode 788931, no one comes to deliver my orders. They call and tell us to come and collect the orders from their office. This is not convenient for us as we can't travel in this current pandemic situation. Please look into it and do the needful as soon as possible....

Whenever I order from amazon they send it via ecom express because it's the only courier facility in my area and there is ekart too the problem with ecom are too much once the delivery boy didn't contact me and canceled the Parcel himself then that delivery person never came to deliver my parcel and now there are good delivery boys who even come to my door step but there are 2 problems first one is that the customer care is full o[censored]neducated...
