Ecom express is really think is fraud company, I place an order 16th May and my shipment arrived to hoshangabad on 20th May, then I called to ecom they says your shipment will be delivered to you on 24th May 2021, and then my shipment couldn't be delivered, then I called to customer care no. And ecom says, it will be delivered to you in 24 to 48 hours, on 29th May they update the wrong address, then I make complain to ecom regarding this they says will be delivered till 12 pm then it couldn't be delivered, and again they says will be delivered by 5 pm but couldn't be delivered, then they were telling will bg delivered by 8 pm, but now I called them and they says will be delivered by tomorrow.
So please don't trust ecom express, many times I asked them to share the no. From where the shipment will be delivered, also I ask them to share the delivery boy no. But they provide nothing..
Only says 24 to 48 hours they will respond you.
We should never trust to ecom express, they are not able to deliver the shipment on time, they are late too much. We feels they update the wrong status to their website. Due to that they don't deliver the shipment on time.
Ecom express never follow their commitment, for 10 days they are telling a lie, already requested them if can't deliver then return to seller, I will reorder again.
Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
