On 17th may, 2021 i received an SMS from ECOM Express that goes like this 'Ecom Express Executive [protected] PIN 57348 will deliver your haridarshan AWB [protected] today'
On the same day, the delivery guy called me and said he can't come because his bike tyre got punctured, and it will be delivered tomorrow. Aftet which i said it's okay, but deliver it tomorrow.
After that till date no call or information received from the company. I have tried many times to connect with customer care, they always note down my complaint and tell me to wait for 48 hours. It's been more than 11 days since my order delivery is due. It's now showing that my order is being returned to the origin with the message 'Shipment RTO lock revoked'. I need my shipment to be delivered as soon as possible. It's sheer cheating by the delivery company, they are showing that the customer has asked for delayed delivery. Which is absolutely false.
Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
