    Hi Team,

    This is Haneesha. I have received a wrong package delivered with the order number:[protected] and the delivery person has collected the money too., .

    After checking, we see that the package is addressed to someone else and it has been wrongly delivered.

    It doesn't contain any contact number to contact the buyer.

    So, we request you to kindly provide us the contact number of the buyer or else kindly inform delivery person to collect the package back and refund our amount.

      Before three days your delivery boy is harrasing me. He was updated the reason " Consignee requested for future delivery" but the actual reason is your delivery boy doesn't want to deliver my parcel due to long distance. I was waiting for my parcel before three days, Now my parcel is returned to the supplier. How rubbish is this. Please take a legal action about your delivery boy. He updated wrong status because he don't want to deliver the parcel.

        I am a harinisri subramani.
        I have placed a order in private website the delivery partner is ecom executive. On 21 St February I received a message that the order will be delivered today. Later in the evening I will received another message that the order was delivered to me. But I didn't get any order that day. As it was a prepaid order I also didn't share pin to anybody else. So I made a complaint to ecom service customer care number. I didn't get any response form them.. Even though I repeatedly calling them regarding my order. It was like a waste of time I didn't get my order as of now...

          Ordered a product which was picked up on 20th May, Reached destination centre on 22nd and went out for delivery on same day and later status was updated saying WRONG ADDRESS even though courier executive didn't even called to enquire if he couldn't find address. And then the same thing was repeated on 23rd & 24th before OFD Lock being applied on 25th as per tracking on PICKRR (the company where shipments was mainly booked).
          Plus I couldn't even contact ecom customer support or delivery partner.

          Requesting Ecom express should improve its service and delivery my order as well.

                I had ordered cleaning mop from amazon the tracking shows it is going to deliver today, but when i looked at it in evenig my item is returning to seller.
                What is this, so this is what delivering company do without delivering an item only just returning it. The message shows i refused it but that was not the case.

And then he call again and ask me for delivery otp that came to my registered mobile number . And I gave him .. I got a msg that my item was delivered.. but now I came Home and saw there was no item.. plz resolved the problem as soon as possible..my order I'd 1541869.

                      On 17th may, 2021 i received an SMS from ECOM Express that goes like this 'Ecom Express Executive [protected] PIN 57348 will deliver your haridarshan AWB [protected] today'
                      On the same day, the delivery guy called me and said he can't come because his bike tyre got punctured, and it will be delivered tomorrow. Aftet which i said it's okay, but deliver it tomorrow.
                      After that till date no call or information received from the company. I have tried many times to connect with customer care, they always note down my complaint and tell me to wait for 48 hours. It's been more than 11 days since my order delivery is due. It's now showing that my order is being returned to the origin with the message 'Shipment RTO lock revoked'. I need my shipment to be delivered as soon as possible. It's sheer cheating by the delivery company, they are showing that the customer has asked for delayed delivery. Which is absolutely false.

                          The delivery agent of my area is not delivering my orders deliberately. I had ordered a product from flipkart on 15th May, AwB no. [protected].He deliberately failed multiple attempts for delivery for this product because of which it got cancelled on 26th May.He is doing the same with my another order, AwB no. [protected] which I ordered on 23rd May.Again he deliberately failed two attempts for delivery of this product also.I never refused to accept any of my orders, he is doing it deliberately. The behavior of this guy is very irritating and disgusting .Kindly look into this matter and get my order delivered as soon as possible.

                          One of my orders returned and the other one is about to return .No action has been taken yet.The delivery agent does what he likes.He updates the status that customer refused to accept the order while the reality is that he never comes to deliver the order.

                            I ordered some items from Amazon
                            When my orders out for delivery by ecomexpress delivery boy says I m not coming to your address you have to come here and pick up your order 8 km aways..and it's not happening one time it's happening again and again ..
                            I have picked my order so many times from ecomexpress office or far from my house. they didn't delivered my order perviously at my address..
                            I told him to deliver my order at my address but he cuts my call..
                            I already have complaint in Amazon many times . I am tired of this .
                            Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

                                I have opened a bank account on NiyoX bank(Partnered with Equitas). And I have scheduled a KYC on 25th May 2021. KYC partner is ECOM Express. On 25th the ECOM Express called me and said that he will not come on that he will come on the next day. And again on 26th May, he had done the same thing. He is doing this every day since the 25th of May, 2021. Today is 28th May, today also he called me and told me the same thing that he will come today, he will come tomorrow. I am quite sure that he will do the same thing tomorrow.
                                So, now I am very much frustrated. My KYC should be done by today or 29th May for sure.

                                      I sent a costly item to a service center through the product warranty,

                                      They had assigned ecom express for pickup. The item was picked up on 15th May 2021. It is still not delivered to service center even after 14 days.

                                      Worst service.

                                      I am scared if someone could take my item

                                        A product from Amazon received Ecom Express Payyanur and it was out for delivery on 15th May. This is 28th may and product not delivered. Support required. I have never seen worst rated location as in below link.
