    Delivery guy is not coming for delivery and asking for me to come to another place which is 3 km away from my home, and this is the third attempt

      Respected sir,

      My awb no is [protected]
      And my order was shipped on 22nd may and i didn't recive any call or the shipmemt was not brought to my address and it has been 3 days that my order is in ofd lock. From last 2days they are just telling me that my problem will be resolved in 24 hours but no action has been taken yet and i have to get that courier urgently.
      And the called me on Sunday said shipment will be sent and then after they didn’t gave any response from there side now the shipment location showing as gurugram instead of Kolkata i want it back to my address urgently

      Please help me.

          My delivery date is 16th of may but it's already a 24th of may I didn't get my product yet.delivery guy called me but he didn't speak anything means call doesn't connect and he updated failed delivery from 6-7days I don't have any number to call him back if it is other products it's k to deliver late but it medicine we need it emergency please deliver soon it's my request . delivery guy playing a game I didn't come to my location and he never called me twice please take action to deliver guy

            I missed to receive the call and they have mentioned that I wasn't available . Don't have delivery agent number to talk personally and inform I am available . Also, the IVR doesn't take my pin as valid.
            Customer care number as mentioned is constantly busy.

              Received message that product will be delivered today i.e.,[protected] but it is not delivered and I got the message that the product is delivered. what kind of delivery system it is? Please do something make product to reach.

                I did not receive my order placed and the delivery person called and said will deliver today but today odf lock has been applied to my order..I dont know what's the matter in delivering the product on time..it was days back my order should have been delivered.

                        On 20th may evening about 6:30 pm. Pickup boy came and took reverse pickup parcel and after that when I track him then I saw he updated reverse pickup not complete.How this is possible and I don't have that guy mobile number and name.Kindly see the attached order no. and screenshot and I also have a voice record for reference

                        They neither call nor sms and still the problem is not solved..Sir as a proof I have a voice recording of that delivery boy but still they didn't send a msg successful pickup

                            The order has to be reached 19 may to my nearest ecom express but till they are nit delivered my order they themselves cancel the delivery and upload as customer refused to get some pls resolve
