I placed an order on Forever 21 Website, which delivered the order through Ecom Express on 31 March 2021.

The order was a prepaid order. I had already made the payment on Ecom Express Website for the full amount.

But upon delivery of the order, the delivery executive of Ecom Express demanded the entire amount of the order to be paid in Cash.

The delivery guy denied to deliver my order to door step. He came to my place, but he dont want to deliver order to my house. When i asked him to deliver, he replied rudely. He is very arrogant and harsh. While i am talking, he disconnected the call two times and didn't answered. The way he speaks is very disrespectful. He is saying to give complaint and do whatever u want....

The near by delivery office of ecom not delivering my flipkart order and when i call him he says collect the order from office and then i say you have to deliver the order at my home because i have pay for this he said he will not do this and cancel my order since i needed this so i go to his office but he didn't give my order and arguing with me ..he is totally arogant and irresponsible. please take action against him...

I have returned a parcel on 10th April 2021. The pickup agent didn't provided any slip/message for successful pickup. Now it has been more than a month that pickup status is showing - 'not completed' although it was successfully completed.
Due to this MEESHO is also not providing me any resolution.
I haven't received y refund amount of 997/- for more than a month.

For continuously three days, my product is showing out for delivery and still not delivered. Delivery person doesn't contacted yet. I have been for my important parcel.

Kindly look into it and take it seriously. Also the delivery person's negligence is becoming a habit day by day. Even in other orders, this situation happened.

I was a item from Amazon that received today my nearest ecom office... And It is out for delivery also ... But at 2:52pm they msg me that item was delivered and tracker also showing that my item delivered... But in reality I did not received my courier.. even I did not received any call from ecom delivery boy.. I tried to call him but system says that my pin is wrong

I called the delivery man for dore step delivery but he denied .
Then I complained it to flipkart after some time delivery called me for delivery and when I went to take the product .

I regret to inform you that the said order was supposed to be delivered on 10th May 2021. I had opted express delivery for the same. The shipment was supposed to be delivered from Bangalore location (to and fro are within city). Due to the mismanagement of one of your staff now the shipment is delayed by 120 Hours (as per the conversation with your executive) is this the way ypu handle express customers? Even if i walk and deliver the consignment...

After shiping my order i got tracking id which is start with FDSP when i want to track my product then it showing tracking id dose not exist....

6th april itself product reached by near destination.7th onwards its showing out for delivery.Delivering agent is calling us n putting our number in hold.he didnt deliver till now.yesterday i complaint to the cell n he said it will be rectified within 48hours.but now its showing shipment rto lock.What nonsense is this.Will u deliver my product or not?Amazon is delivering on the at any pademic situatns.wat about urs?...

I ordered and item 30 apr 2021, and parcel is come to my location as shown your site out for delivery as 7th may 2021. But does not it delivered exicutive called for address after that one msg arrived undelivered you refused ti accept it twice its happened same problem i want my item delivery within 24 hrs.awb no [protected]...
