    Hello, I am from Dima Hasao, Umrangso, Assam. At my pincode 788931, no one comes to deliver my orders. They call and tell us to come and collect the orders from their office. This is not convenient for us as we can't travel in this current pandemic situation. Please look into it and do the needful as soon as possible.

      Whenever I order from amazon they send it via ecom express because it's the only courier facility in my area and there is ekart too the problem with ecom are too much once the delivery boy didn't contact me and canceled the Parcel himself then that delivery person never came to deliver my parcel and now there are good delivery boys who even come to my door step but there are 2 problems first one is that the customer care is full o[censored]neducated people I once rescheduled my parcel when hat delivery didn't contact me and the delivery failed but they did not come on the rescheduled date second is that you are very slow it showed on amazon your package left from sirinagar on 19 may 2021 and its 22 may today and its still showing that it always take atleast 3 days to reach from sirinagar to anantnag which is only 59 km from each other and takes roughly 1 hours and 30 mins from car and you are telling it takes your 3 days for 59 km
