My home people kept more money in the bundle... So i have don't know that it having more money than needed I have given bundle to the delivery boy he counted and did not said that having more money he taken money and ran away

    I ordered and gave 2 numbers for the delivery partner to call me. However, they never called me and the status is RTO right now. I waited for more than a month and I want my parcel. Kindly pick up the call and resolve my issue.

      I have ordered a product via Wow Skin Science 7th may and product was shipped on 8th. Now delivery person is denying to deliver this product at my home and asked me to collect it from their office which is far from my home. Now on amazon the status is showing as "attempted delivery, customer was unavailable or wrong address" which is wrong information. Now it's show ofd lock applied. They asked me to collect it from a different point, but i was unable to go that point. When i requested them to deliver at my home, they said to raise a complaint. After three technical attempt they return my product. I am very much disappointed with is service. Please do the needful to deliver the product at my home. It's not the first time they do. They always tell when my product come from ecom express. Please take action against this branch. They always disappointed me.

                On monday, I am supposed to be delivered with my order, delivery guy didnot contact me and mentioned as WRONG ADDRESS, On the second day I contacted CUSTOMER care, they unlocked product, Yesterday that delivery called and informed Today he will deliver the product. And Today, without contacting me he mentioned as CUSTOMER IS NOT AVAILABLE.
                WHAT IS ### HAPPENING? WHAT IS THE DELIVERY GUY DOING? NO PROPER NU.BER TO CONTACT HIM. I WANT TO TAKE AN ACTION ASAP. I AM SO FRUSTRATED WITH YOU GUYS

                  It's dispatched on 13th May 2021 from Delhi to faridabad till 18 6pm its not delivered

                  On 17 they updated fake status that ofc is closed even ofc is open

                  On18th they assured they deliver it as soon as possible but it's again fake and
                  When we call customer care they r so rude he says do whatever u want to de we only deliver it after 48hrs I also have call recordings of our conversation they are shameless people even itsrelated to medical equipment .

                  We want strict action on that customer care guy for misbehave even after non delivery of goods and fake commit.ents.

                  Or I am going to consumer court with all the fake update and your customer care behavior

                    I have ordered through flipkart (ecom express id : [protected]), The delivery agent told that my address is too far to deliver and he was busy with other orders. Also he updated the status that I requested for reschedule (not from my side) and also my address was unlocatable (irrespective behaviour).

                    If you cant deliver to my address than why you accept to deliver.

                    I understand the current circumstances and I have waited more than 2 weeks.

                    Today i.e., 18.05.2021 my shipment was cancelled and seriously I don't know what I did wrong.

                    Kindly consider this as formal complaint and take necessary action over the respective team (Kallakurichi, Tamilnadu branch).

                      Awb [protected] status shows delivered to IEJA on April30 2021 but the to address is Shantinagar. How can they deliver in Ieja. I raised multiple complaints but no use. On May 16 2021 I received call from ecom delivery agent asking for my adhar card photo copy. I sent him to his watsapp number as requested but still it is not delivered. Please see that my package is delivered ASAP

                                    I was supposed to get my order a week back. My family member has been closely following up with them for the delivery and they were not at all cooperative. Today the shipment has “Shipment RTO Lock" status. The AWS is [protected]. Please deliver the item.

                                    I have faced another issue with ecom for before deliveries. The delivery boys would never call you for delivery. They simply change to "next day delivery as on customer request" which is a lie. I had to go to their distribution center and searched for my item.
