My order came on 11th to my nearest Courier service. Still I didn't received my parcel. They call me twice but I can't pickup. Then I can't call them. How can I get my parcel. It's been 4 days now I didn't received my parcel. I have given my tracking id.

            Address: Ecom Express Private Limited Ground Floor, 13/16 min, 17 min, Samalka, Old Delhi-Gurugram Road, Kapashera, New Delhi – 110037, India

            I placed an order on Forever 21 Website, which delivered the order through Ecom Express on 31 March 2021.

            The AwB number is [protected].

            The order was a prepaid order. I had already made the payment on Ecom Express Website for the full amount.

            But upon delivery of the order, the delivery executive of Ecom Express demanded the entire amount of the order to be paid in Cash.
            As i was not at home, my family gave the money unknowingly to the executive.

            I tried contacting the delivery executive, upon being aware of the situation, but his mobile number is permanently switched off.

            Then i raised a complaint through the customer care number of Ecom Express. But still even after two months, my money is not refunded to me.

            I'm being repeatedly fed the same hollow lies by the Ecom Express Customer Care Executives that my case had been escalated and a speedy resolution would be done asap.

            It's been 2 months,

            RESOLUTION:

            I want my money refunded from Ecom Express within a week.
            Failing which, i would formally lodge a complaint and file a case against Ecom Express in the Honourable Consumer Court.

              Your delivery partner in our area always very rude. Door delivery available for my address however Your agents uses awkward words if I demand for home delivery. It's happening all the time. In our area many are village people they don't know how to raise complaints. Your agent tells that come to my office to collect your products. Otherwise I will return. They simply use false reasons and rejecting the items. If I tell them that I raise complaints, he bravely telling that nobody can do anything for me. What's going on with your service. Worst customer experience. I believe you people take action ASAP on this agents. Otherwise you ecom reputation will will spoil. This complaint against

                  The delivery guy denied to deliver my order to door step. He came to my place, but he dont want to deliver order to my house. When i asked him to deliver, he replied rudely. He is very arrogant and harsh. While i am talking, he disconnected the call two times and didn't answered. The way he speaks is very disrespectful. He is saying to give complaint and do whatever u want. Don't order online, go and buy outside. Not at all satisfied. Please take action against him.

                    The near by delivery office of ecom not delivering my flipkart order and when i call him he says collect the order from office and then i say you have to deliver the order at my home because i have pay for this he said he will not do this and cancel my order since i needed this so i go to his office but he didn't give my order and arguing with me ..he is totally arogant and irresponsible. please take action against him

                        I have returned a parcel on 10th April 2021. The pickup agent didn't provided any slip/message for successful pickup. Now it has been more than a month that pickup status is showing - 'not completed' although it was successfully completed.
                        Due to this MEESHO is also not providing me any resolution.
                        I haven't received y refund amount of 997/- for more than a month.

                          For continuously three days, my product is showing out for delivery and still not delivered. Delivery person doesn't contacted yet. I have been for my important parcel.

                            Pavagada ecom express service!!!### offfffff very very lazy fellows these guys in the pavagada ecom express hub very very poor service not even CALL TO CUSTOMER for delivery but they automatically put in to return ### off please don't trust they are making foolish to everyone very very poor service 1 star is also not eligible this hub please remove thier license otherwise total ecom express will loose your rating

                              Worst ever service provider! I think you should shut the company very soon! Your branch people from Odisha are pathetic! Specifically Sabyasachi pati.they are not even trying to deliver things and mentioned that I refused to receive the parcel, I want you to ask him to show his call log and recorder if he even tried calling me once, and today is my third time calling on your customer care and they are also good for nothing. Just shut your company if you are unable to provide services. And today it's rto locked.when today also they promised me to deliver within 24hrs.

But at 2:52pm they msg me that item was delivered and tracker also showing that my item delivered...                                   Few days ago I ordered a book from flipkart, yesterday when the book reached at nearest hub.
                                  I called the delivery man for dore step delivery but he denied .
                                  Then I complained it to flipkart after some time delivery called me for delivery and when I went to take the product .
                                  The delivery man named ramadayal bhadu abused me and he pulled my collar also.
                                  When my parents came delivery man also abused them and misbehaved with them.
                                  By this incident I really disappointed by the flipkart and it's delivery man.

                                    Madhugiri 572127(pincode) which comes under tumkur district..the courier guys not behaving professionally and they are aborting my call...and they wont even bother about delivering the parcel...and they are denying to come and give the parcel...they said that they cant deliver to my place and collect parcel from delivery office...
