I placed an order on Forever 21 Website, which delivered the order through Ecom Express on 31 March 2021.
The AwB number is [protected].
The order was a prepaid order. I had already made the payment on Ecom Express Website for the full amount.
But upon delivery of the order, the delivery executive of Ecom Express demanded the entire amount of the order to be paid in Cash.
As i was not at home, my family gave the money unknowingly to the executive.
I tried contacting the delivery executive, upon being aware of the situation, but his mobile number is permanently switched off.
Then i raised a complaint through the customer care number of Ecom Express. But still even after two months, my money is not refunded to me.
I'm being repeatedly fed the same hollow lies by the Ecom Express Customer Care Executives that my case had been escalated and a speedy resolution would be done asap.
It's been 2 months,
RESOLUTION:
I want my money refunded from Ecom Express within a week.
Failing which, i would formally lodge a complaint and file a case against Ecom Express in the Honourable Consumer Court.
Ecom Express customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
