Product was cancelled by the delivery boy without contacting me properly. On 7th May Friday, I got a message with a PIN number, which was incorrect to contact the delivery boy.The delivery boy cancelled the order without even calling me. I rescheduled the delivery. The next day I got a call, But I missed the call, So I thought of calling the delivery boy back using PIN number but I recieved the message with PIN and cancellation message together at the end of the day. I again rescheduled the date. On 10th May Monday, the delivery boy called me, I couldnt hear him properly, So he cut the call but he didnt call me back. Later I got the message with PIN, When I tried that PIN, it was incorrect. Now the Order gor cancelled again. I condemn this irresponsible behaviour from ua star. I was totally pissed off by the delivery agent. He didnt even try to xontact me properly. All the Pin he provided me was incorrect. Disappointed by ecom service.
