I regret to inform you that the said order was supposed to be delivered on 10th May 2021. I had opted express delivery for the same. The shipment was supposed to be delivered from Bangalore location (to and fro are within city). Due to the mismanagement of one of your staff now the shipment is delayed by 120 Hours (as per the conversation with your executive) is this the way ypu handle express customers? Even if i walk and deliver the consignment it wont take 120 hours. This is delaying my work. I need your immediate intervention and arrange the delivery asap. I dont want to approach social media like linkedin facebook and twitter and damage the reputation. Kindly have a look at it and deliver asap.

Otherwise, I'll reach out to Manju Dhawan and other leadership team of your company via linkedin.

There are 8 complaints i have registered so far. First compliant was registered on 10 May 2021. Whenever, i register a compliant they ask me to wait for 24 to 48 hours.

Note: i keep receiving consignment from another vendor who delivered the consignment successfully. Not sure on what basis you are alleging that pin code is wrong.
I wanted bring this issue to senior folks like Manju Dhawan. If this comes to your attention, kindly give me a call so that i can brief you in detail.

    After shiping my order i got tracking id which is start with FDSP when i want to track my product then it showing tracking id dose not exist.

      6th april itself product reached by near destination.7th onwards its showing out for delivery.Delivering agent is calling us n putting our number in hold.he didnt deliver till now.yesterday i complaint to the cell n he said it will be rectified within 48hours.but now its showing shipment rto lock.What nonsense is this.Will u deliver my product or not?Amazon is delivering on the at any pademic situatns.wat about urs?

          My product with the awb [protected] is not delivered yet. The delivery person haven’t call me once till now. My product is out for delivery from last 3 days. I’m getting messages that the customer was not available or the location was not clear. But, I didn’t get the call. I want my product to be delivered soon.

                  Ecom express has delivered me the product which i haven’t ordered there was not even my phone number on it ..it was written with pen ..the address was wrong..he took 1000rs for the order that i haven’t ordered..i want my money back..it is fraud..i have all the images and the product with me..solve my problem or i will take this further

                    This is regarding non delivery of the shipment with AWB [protected] which shows as delivered on your web site tracking. Initially this package was not being delivered to me for last two days citing " Customer request " where as no one even contacted me earlier.

                    Today morning, when the delivery boy reached my place I found the package badly damaged. I could manage to click just one picture of the box as I refused to accept the package . The boy sped away on his scooter. 10 minutes later I received an SMS confirming the delivery of the package. this is an atrocious behaviour and I am definitely going to raise this issue with with consumer court/forum.

                        C No[protected]. Booked on 28.05.21.
                        Supposed to be delivered on 05.05.21.Unable to reach the Mettupalayam delivery partner Mr Prabhu. Updating only false status. He called once and said he had no vehicle to deliver the parcels.
                        Now the status shows RTO lock.
                        Arrange to deliver the items asap.

                        Very disappointed by the service, rather non service.

                              I ordered from one seller, and i received a message from ecom stating my tracking no. if and transaction reference no. ITS BEEN 3 DAYS AND WHENEVER I TRACK THE STUPID WEBSITE SHOWS AWB NOT EXIST.

                              this is the message- Ecom express your consignment with tracking number [protected] has been booked. The reference number for this transaction[protected]

                                Your service agent is such a rediculous person when I gave him 30 rs in coins of 2 he refused to take and uses abusive language... He threatend me and called his boss I guess his boss name was ayush he told me to return parcel and returning my money stating that he will not take 30rs in coins and I have to return parcel and theaten me that by saying he will see how Can not I return the parcel...and his boss said HDFC bank does not accepts coins so he will not take. And agent uses wrong tone..this is not the first time when ecom delivery agent has done this ..this has been done on regular basis but today he was bad and yourr agents speak as if they own this company... rediculous and this is last time I am leaving this with only complain..next time I will fiel FIR against this company and obviously against your agents.

                                  I ordered a kurta set through Meesho. It was shipped through you.I got a call from the delivery guy a day ago saying that he will deliver my order & asked for the PIN. I told him the pin. It's showing in the app that it is delivered. But it's not delivered yet. Plz have a look into this & resolve this issue.

                                      I ordered an item on April 30 .The delivery address is easily found on google . On 2 attempts they have stated wrong address and unable to deliver even after I called and gave instructions for the address . I tried logging a complaint everyday from May 5th . Every time it’s the same response : it takes 24 to 48 hrs and they say that it’s been raised to senior management. They repeatedly lied about logging a complaint as every time I called to ask them (multiple calls over 5 days), they said that they are logging a complaint but nothing gets done . Again, Over the last 3 days they guaranteed that they will deliver it each time I called but they have not even attempted delivery . I do not know what to do at this point .This is beyond unprofessional for a courier company and if they can’t deliver a package to an easily accessible address, then I don’t know how anyone can trust this company .

                                        Product was cancelled by the delivery boy without contacting me properly. On 7th May Friday, I got a message with a PIN number, which was incorrect to contact the delivery boy.The delivery boy cancelled the order without even calling me. I rescheduled the delivery. The next day I got a call, But I missed the call, So I thought of calling the delivery boy back using PIN number but I recieved the message with PIN and cancellation message together at the end of the day. I again rescheduled the date. On 10th May Monday, the delivery boy called me, I couldnt hear him properly, So he cut the call but he didnt call me back. Later I got the message with PIN, When I tried that PIN, it was incorrect. Now the Order gor cancelled again. I condemn this irresponsible behaviour from ua star. I was totally pissed off by the delivery agent. He didnt even try to xontact me properly. All the Pin he provided me was incorrect. Disappointed by ecom service.
