        Your delivery boy is so rude and not providing home delivery in lockdown.
        I m waiting for 8 days and now curfew starts in my city so I can't go outside specially in market but he is ordering me to come and receive parcel from Central market.

                I Want to File Complain against ECOM Express Courier Services Because There Courier Boys Are Cheating with the Vendors

                They are Opening the RTO Packets of the Vendors & Stealing The Product From Inside

                Very Shame on you For these types of Services you are Providing
                Also, The Company is Clearly Saying that We Are not Responsible for all this, Also There is no customer support mail id to contact them
                this is very bad actually

                In The Above Packet Total There are 5 Quantities are Dispatched But In Return I Was Received only 2 Qty.

                  I ordered online from amazon the delivery man came to my residence (a bunglow in Ahmedabad) but he did not call or try in whotsoever manner to contact anybody in the residence . He just mentioned not available. Currently in covid time all o[censored]s at home so it is not possible that nobody is available to take the shipment. There is unnecessary harrassment of rescheduling the delivery and so on. This has happened just with your company. I have been receiving atleast 50 deliveries in last 10-15 days from various companies. For reference Tracking ID[protected].

                    It is to be informed about how unprofessional and cheap people are given the responsibility of delivery agent . In morning I received a message that my parcel will be delivered today, called delivery agent and he said he is busy delivering at some place and will come after one hour and asked me to wait, I waited there for two hours and still he did nt come and when I rang him up he ignored my calls, I called him at least 10 times and after that a message came that my address is not locatable and my I didn t got the parcel.

                    Such cheap, ### and fools are given job to deliver parcel I was waiting for him for two hours and despite knowing it he wandered here and there and cancelled delivery despite knowing the location as I was waiting for him
                    Cheap mentality people.

                            What to say i dont have words, bcoz I'm complaining from last two months, but at last this people saying that you don't have any option you only have to wait for it...

                              I had ordered a product of cost 1141 from flipkart on 2nd May. I got message that on 8th may the product was going to be delivered. But nobody from the delivery service tried to contact me through call and also didn't responded to my calls. At end received a message showing that product is delivered. But I and my family received no product. Kindly deliver the product or refund.

                              The courier office person telling me that the problem was caused by the them. To save themselves they are asking me to accept the delivery of product and they will deliver the product in reality after may . But in real I received no product, so I told them that I won't admit since I received no product.
                              Then they told nothing can be done so.

                              At end I received no product, no refund, and nobody trying to resolve my problem with ecom express. The ecom express only telling me that they will resolve it and I should wait. But no progress can be seen. I am getting my trust lost in this courier service

                                  This is regarding AWB [protected]. We are at home only yet the status says customer refused delivery. No attempt has been made to deliver. Yet status shows that they have tried delivering 3 times. Yesterday somebody called and asked for location when I told they said it’s too far and they will deliver today. Again delivery has not been done today. Please ensure that the delivery is done ASAP

                                    Delivery boy not delivering parcel on given adress on parcel and cancel parcel in area of pin code 441702.

                                    He always want customers to go 20-25 km away from given adress to collect parcel from him.

                                    Because of his bad service In my area Some of my friends not order any parcel which is deliver by ECOM express service.
                                    Whenever I order parcel on flipkart. He is not delivering parcel and cancel it. And giving me reason only one parcel is there to deliver. So he will not deliver it.

                                    I have complaint to Flipkart customer care service about bad service of delivery boy to the area of pin code 441702.

                                    I always got good response during conversation with Flipkart customer care service. But no result. Still delivery giving me same problem

                                        Hi,
                                        I had a package from Nokia ( repaired Nokia phone ) in the name of Brigit Sebastian ( my mother). I wasn't able to take the courier as I didn't receive any OTP on my mobile. The delivery man tried many time, yet no OTP received.

                                        Please provide an alternate method like I'd card verification to deliver my package.
