My order with AWB- [protected] has not been yet. It has been 12 days now. The status is showing to be at same location since 7 days. The order has to delivered at Chattisgarh
Pls update on the status....

Ecom Express Cheating and Fraud Company messed up with two of my orders-

1. For one AWB, the order says delivered on 18th April, but i did not receive it. When i raised a complaint, they informed that the issue will be resolved in 72 hours. As expected, false promise.

2. Second AWB was supposed to be delivered on 19th April, and someone still seems to be walking with my order from their DC to my home. Irony is,...

Reliance Digital Online Order No. RDF10706243.
Promised date of delivery was 16th April 2021 but the product is yet to be delivered. ECOM Tracking status shows that the product has arrived at Kochi on 15th April at 14:33 IST. But repeated followups with Ecom and reliance digital has not yielded any relief.

Currently I'm working in Ecom express DC Tohana (code TUN) as a Delivery Boy. My supervisor Mr Sunil kumar behaviour is very bad. All time playing card. Not fill the register as a supervisor work. He said this is not my work. Last week he lost a parcel but he said this is your mistakes. When i tell him but he said if you want to work or not. Thats why I'm leaving. I have retured the product of Meesho where e-com express person collected the product back yesterday . But he has not given the money after collecting as it is COD during placements . Could you help me to get the money back to me...

Hello, The delivery person does not give a call and does not come at the address as well and later the tracker shows undelivered. WHEN WILL I GET MY PARCEL. IT'S BEEN 3 DAYS NOW. ITS TOO MUCH NO ONE CALLS OR COMES OR NO NUMBER OF THE DELIVERY PERSON IS PROVIDED. WHAT ### SERVICE IS THIS.

Dear sir, I don't know why your delivery boy is reluctant to delever products at my given address.
Every time delevery returns my package without informing me. Without giving me single call.

I am order date of 14/04/21 . 3 combo shirts Rs 799 I will pay an cash on delivery received on 19/04 /21 parcel open it is wrong product damaged used old shirts. My awb is [protected] and the delivery was supposed to be here on 14 april 2021. The delivery boy did not call me on that day and never tried to deliver my address in the following Dayan and in tracking it shows "customer refused to accept". Then it shows ofd locked after 1 week I have reached to their customer support and they keep telling it will be delivered in next 24 hours and yet no delivery and i have no idea if will ever get my product.it’s...

My product is prepaid but delivery boy take cash on delivery so product is one but charged double amount...

This brance of ecom (Ganderbal j&k 191201) didn't deliver me the parcel. And when i called them they misbehaved. I am a loyal customer and you can check my previous delivery history on magray [protected]@gmail.com. Even they were so rude and used bad language. The order is kartrocket AWB [protected]. They refused to deliver this order. I need a quick enquiry in this matter....

I ordered a product from meesho but i received old clothes which was already used. That delivery boy may be changed my product he also received more money from me saying that he doesn't have change money...

In Singanallur E-Com express delivery office some of guys r regularly doing theft of return goods (Amazon) including mobile . so kindly take immediate action on that DC In-charge, Kindly keep an close watch in Singanallur DC
DC Hub located near VGM hospital, opposite to TVH enclave, Trichy road...

Product awb no[protected] has reached silchar centre on 11th april 2021. But the product has not been delivered yet....
