    I have ordered a product in 28th april 2021 from redtape nd they send me a product through ecom express delivery partner but i didn't send me product till today 8th may 20201 my expected delivery date is 3rd may 2021 there delivery agent excuses lots of time nd they blame me that u r out side but i didn't go even out of my home my AWB no. Is [protected].
    Nd i have checked in ecom express website they stop nd rto lock has been said. I have complaint to customer service to resolve the problem nd deliver my product in urgent basis.

        I have an order AWB No. [protected] from AJIO which should be Delivered today but delivery boy is not Delivered Today and while I'll call to him he is talking in wrong way like I have lot's of Order and I will not Delivered it Today so please don't send the same person who is not taking his work seriously.

                      I ordered Cipla Hand Sanitizer through Paytm on 29th April and it was shipped by Ecom Express Courier. There wasn't any issues ordering through Paytm but this Ecom Express Courier is not delivering my order since 2nd May. It's been out for delivery from 2nd May but it's not delivered to me till date. Neither the company responds nor the delivery agent.

                                And it should be delivered on 2nd may but agent contact me once and get away then next day he connected to me once just 20 sec and I said hello many time but he didn't response and cut the call and tried many times again then he did this again

                                      Ex com delivery service call me today morning 9.26 but I am not able to take call and at 9.33 I received a msg from excom that your order is delivered . But it actually not delivered . In feedback I will give it as product not delivered. I already payed for the product what can I do to get my ordered product . It is not delivered to me then how can they marked as it is delivered ?
