    My AWD [protected], the delivered boy not delivered my PRODUCT, he called me by phone and said that if you want your order then tell me the otp which has been sent to your phone, the otp has been told by me but he not handed the order to me and now not answering my calls also plz help be regrading this.

      I ordered Cipla Hand Sanitizer through Paytm on 29th April and it was shipped by Ecom Express Courier. There wasn't any issues ordering through Paytm but this Ecom Express Courier is not delivering my order since 2nd May. It's been out for delivery from 2nd May but it's not delivered to me till date. Neither the company responds nor the delivery agent.

      My order details are as follows :-

      Please solve this problem as soon as possible .

                I ordered a product from The man company
                And it should be delivered on 2nd may but agent contact me once and get away then next day he connected to me once just 20 sec and I said hello many time but he didn't response and cut the call and tried many times again then he did this again

                And it should be delivered on 4th may The ecom express person called me on the same day. He connected to me and I said hello many time but he didn't response and cut the call. I tried many times call him back. But no response.

                      Ex com delivery service call me today morning 9.26 but I am not able to take call and at 9.33 I received a msg from excom that your order is delivered . But it actually not delivered . In feedback I will give it as product not delivered. I already payed for the product what can I do to get my ordered product . It is not delivered to me then how can they marked as it is delivered ?

My Order was to be delivered by ECOM EXPRESS (The worst Courier service provide i have ever come across). They themselves don't deliver the product and later write the reason as Customer not available and Wrong adress like that.. Seriously?? . The delivery never reached me.                               From last one week my 10+ pickup is delayed all are having the same problem I.e. it’s getting updated with remark on tracking site like pickup failed due to shipment was not ready which is absolutely false as shipment is ready.
                              We are not receiving call from any currier boy related to pickup and when I was connecting to customer care they are not able to provide any Issue number and each time getting the same response “wait for another 24-48hr your issue will be resolved”. Not at all getting any info on my orders below is Awb number for latest pickup

                                My AWB no(protected) has not yet reached.I had ordered the product on 14th of Apr but haven't yet got the product.The delivery executive calls but never speaks.The one time he spoke he said that he would deliver it to me the next day but to no avail. Yesterday I received a call but no one spoke and now my order status is showing off locked.

                                    One of the worst logistics available in india from almost 2 weeks my parcels are not being delivered instead the delivery person is putting feedback on my behalf and no action is being taken place.
                                    First it was sunder parakala
                                    Then mohd salman
                                    And now mohd ghouse
                                    All these people working for ecom express are extremely unprofessional and useless.
                                    I am waiting for my product ordered from hopscotch with AWB no: [protected].
                                    Please raise a complaint against ecom express and question thier work ethics and help me in getting my parcel delivered Asap.

                                      Delivery executive refused to deliver on shipping address. He mentioned that there no door step delivery in our area (aithanadka).
