I am trying from last 3 days but there is absurd response from the ecom express customer service. The delivery guy who is calling has some network issues, voice not audible and he is updating customer not available. I have updated the alternative number, which was not considered for calling in case of any issues.

Now, after 3 days they are updating OFD lock. Customer care daily refusing to lodge complaint and telling to call after 8 pm.

Now, what is OFD lock and i am not sure if the package will be returned without any attempt to delivery.

Hopefully to get some proper response here.

      Have returned 2 items in Myntra, those items picked up on 21st April along with those two items courier boy picked up one more item is Pepe jeans, which is returned from Flipkart.

      Myntra items are refunded but Flipkart item still in return status only.

        When your official has call me to receive my product from other place and when i go there and said him that you pls come with me and see my address location and from next time you may deliver at my home due to will i do not have to come to take my parcal then your official rudely said that "if you want to take product then take other wise we are going "
        And then i said if you not deliver at my home i am not going to receive product before i take product they have marked it as deliver as gone without giving my product

        I am informing you if i am not getting my product deliver at my home then i am going to do case against your company

          Address: ECOM Express, SANKARI ROS, Salem, TamilNadu

          Date of Incident : 30th April 2021
          Description : The shipment details shows as Delivered in both the Vendor Site (AMAZON) and in ECOM Express portal.
          The deliver person called and enquired the details of the address and we shared the landmark information and the route to reach our address. He confirmed that he will reach and call.
          While waiting for the delivery person's call, we got messages / update from vendor site that the shipment has been delivered.
          tried calling back to the same contact number, but the call went to ECOM Express IVR.
          called and raised a complaint in Customer Service Center. got response that we need to wait for 72 hours. till then customer will not be intimated on the progress.
          No option to raise an escalation / speak to supervisor / person inchage to handle escalations.

                  "The apparel box" company had accepted online payment as part of a clothing delivery.
                  they gave me no information about the order until I threatened with a consumer complaint.

                  Then they transferred the order to ECOM express.
                  for many weeks " apparently" my delivery is roaming around in my location.

                  I haven't received any calls from the delivery boy.
                  but every evening I get the message that it's out for delivery.

                  I believe this is an elaborate scheme between "the apparel box" online shopping site and "Ecom Express" to get money without delivering a product.

                  kindly make an action come through about this as customers are being duped

                          I am ordering items it shows delivery but the delivery person not even call me and without my permission they canceled and return the products

                              Ecom Express Executive [protected] PIN 60234 will deliver your Hopscotch AWB [protected].

                              I have ordered a product from hopscotch and it was suppose to be delivered with ecom logistics from past one week i had called multiple times to register my complaint of delaying the delivery by them because delivery person putting feedback by himself to which no action taken so far i am feeling mentally harassed and extremely disappointed by its services.
                              I have tried to adress my visue over call and various social media platforms but in vain.

                                Hi..i have ordered kurta set..and on the delivery date he called me and said he will deliver the parcel next day and i said k then he asked me for delivery code and OTP after that i got a msg from ecomex that the product is undelivered as you refused to accept it...I didn’t return that order this is not at all fair and i didn’t expect this pls do the needful

                                      I ordered something from Amazon item is out for delivery but i didn't get any msg then i waited for the call of delivery boy and i got the call at 7 pm an he is asking me to come 1 km from my location to take the delivery when i denied he said he will deliver it tomorrow afternoon but at that time still i am waited for call but no calls then i tried to call but no one is forwarding my call also

                                        I booked an appointment for PAYTM KYC. However, just on the day of appointment, I got the message saying "Dear Rinkeshwari, We tried but could NOT complete the Wallet Upgrade on behalf of PAYTM PAYMENTS BANK.                                         It's very urgent to complete the KYC looking at the current pandemic situation.

                                        Today the same thing happened with my husband's KYC request. He too got the same message.
                                        The number [protected] is not working. It just gets disconnected after 10 seconds.

                                        This is really pathetic. Even Video KYC is not working. Need resolution to my complaint ASAP.

                                        The complaint is not for the courier. The complaint is about the PAYTM KYC.
                                        Even after doing the video KYC and agent confirming the video KYC is successfully done, we are receiving the same message from Ecom Express. We are not sure what's going on.
