My order is supposed to be delivered on 22nd of April 2021. Since then he calls me, speak nothing and hung his phone by updating the status as that I refused to take the order. It happened to me thrice and I kept on calling to ecom express and flipkart customer care services and raised issues. They promise me that the order will be received by you within short time. The next day I receive a message that the order is arriving today and the same thing happens (the delivery boys call me, keep silent, hung his phone, send me an update that I refused the order). How can such a thing like delivery boys dictating the orders can happen in a service like ecom express? How can they update so falsely like this?
