I am ordering items it shows delivery but the delivery person not even call me and without my permission they canceled and return the products
Up to know I miss 3 orders and another 2 orders are on the way
With the negligence of delivery they will also return may be

    I have ordered my phone REDMI NOTE 10 pro with AWB no[protected] from Amazon but the delivery partner not contacting fairly and continuously cancelling my order and I am not able to contact him too. And there is no Support from Amazon and Ecom Express too. Please help delivering my order.

      Ecom Express Executive [protected] PIN 60234 will deliver your Hopscotch AWB [protected].

      I have ordered a product from hopscotch and it was suppose to be delivered with ecom logistics from past one week i had called multiple times to register my complaint of delaying the delivery by them because delivery person putting feedback by himself to which no action taken so far i am feeling mentally harassed and extremely disappointed by its services.
      I have tried to adress my visue over call and various social media platforms but in vain.
      Please help me in getting my parcel as soon as possible.

        Hi..i have ordered kurta set..and on the delivery date he called me and said he will deliver the parcel next day and i said k then he asked me for delivery code and OTP after that i got a msg from ecomex that the product is undelivered as you refused to accept it...I didn’t return that order this is not at all fair and i didn’t expect this pls do the needful

              I ordered something from Amazon item is out for delivery but i didn't get any msg then i waited for the call of delivery boy and i got the call at 7 pm an he is asking me to come 1 km from my location to take the delivery when i denied he said he will deliver it tomorrow afternoon but at that time still i am waited for call but no calls then i tried to call but no one is forwarding my call also
              Is this service which is provided by e-com?

                I booked an appointment for PAYTM KYC. However, just on the day of appointment, I got the message saying "Dear Rinkeshwari, We tried but could NOT complete the Wallet Upgrade on behalf of PAYTM PAYMENTS BANK. Please contact [protected]@[protected] - Ecom Express"

                It's very urgent to complete the KYC looking at the current pandemic situation.

                Today the same thing happened with my husband's KYC request. He too got the same message.
                The number [protected] is not working. It just gets disconnected after 10 seconds.

                This is really pathetic. Even Video KYC is not working. Need resolution to my complaint ASAP.

                The complaint is not for the courier. The complaint is about the PAYTM KYC.
                Even after doing the video KYC and agent confirming the video KYC is successfully done, we are receiving the same message from Ecom Express. We are not sure what's going on.

                  I have received a product which i did not order at all from that supplier.
                  AWB no is [protected].

                  I want my Rs. 350 back. This is literally stealing money from people.

                  Government should do something about this.

                  The seller stole my address from somewhere and sent me the parcel.

                          I got message the T shirt order no. [protected] delivered to me on 26.4.2021.But, it was not delivered to me. Some thing went wrong. Every time the exicutive not reaching on time. Even though after waiting, they not reaching to deliver. It happened many times. Most of the products returning their won, as they feel. It's wrong.

                                My package was supposed to be delivered on 23rd but I got a call saying that it could not be delivered and they would deliver it the next day, but they didnt attempt the delivery on the next day as well. The delivery failed. No call was made regarding the same. I had never requested for future delivery but on the status it is showing so. Tried contacting customer care but didnt get any response. Extremely disappointed with Ecom Express. Looking for a response asap.

                                  My order is supposed to be delivered on 22nd of April 2021. Since then he calls me, speak nothing and hung his phone by updating the status as that I refused to take the order. It happened to me thrice and I kept on calling to ecom express and flipkart customer care services and raised issues. They promise me that the order will be received by you within short time. The next day I receive a message that the order is arriving today and the same thing happens (the delivery boys call me, keep silent, hung his phone, send me an update that I refused the order). How can such a thing like delivery boys dictating the orders can happen in a service like ecom express? How can they update so falsely like this?

                                      Product ordered in Amazon has to be delivered through exim express but they didn't deliver the product but when we check the status is mentioned as delivered it's been 5 to 6 days the product is not delivered yet the AWB number is [protected]
