I ordered and item 13 Apr 2021 and parcel is come to my location at bharuch courier office 18 Apri2021 but your courier executive not send and not call my customer and shown customer not accept courier. Than he was shipment RTO Lock.
Then now status shows that shipment rto locked revoked.
I need my ordered product.

          I had ordered an item from SnapDeal which was shipped through you. The day after the scheduled delivery date, I got an SMS from SnapDeal saying my item was successfully delivered the previous night to me.

          Sensing something wrong, I contacted Ecom Express on their customer care number and the executive politely (?) listened to me and said that as per their records, the consignment has been delivered to me!!! Fact is EcomExpress sent me a PIN number earlier that I had to give to the delivery boy at the time of delivery to acknowledge receipt. No delivery boy came to my address and I have also not given this PIN number to anyone. So, how can their records show it as delivered, I asked.

          He said he will take my complaint and try to resolve it within 72 hours (!!!) - which means three days to find out such a small thing.

          It is 48 hours now and I still haven't heard from them.

          Have I been cheated by EcomExpress or the delivery boy or both together?

          My AWB number is [protected]. This is the number mentioned in your SMS dated[protected]. Today is[protected] and still the consignment has not been delivered.

          Irony is, a couple of days back I received a call asking me for feedback of your services!!!

          Haha!

          It is surprising you people are not even aware of what is going on within your company. I have raised a complaint for non delivery and you are asking for feedback!!!?????

          And, for the records, I repeat, CONSIGNMENT NOT DELIVERED TILL TODAY.

          And, I am also taking up the matter with SnapDeal in this regard.

              Ecom Express Cheating and Fraud Company messed up with two of my orders-

              1. For one AWB, the order says delivered on 18th April, but i did not receive it. When i raised a complaint, they informed that the issue will be resolved in 72 hours. As expected, false promise.

              2. Second AWB was supposed to be delivered on 19th April, and someone still seems to be walking with my order from their DC to my home. Irony is, this was supposed to be resolved in 72 hours too. I guess they meant 72 days or years.

              I have not received both my orders. Ecom Express has stolen my consignments. They are thiefs. And to top it up, their customer care is the best in the world. They cannot do anything. I am on call with one of their support executives Alhom Vikas, and he has put my call on mute for 27 minutes now. Their supervisors dont come on call too.

                Reliance Digital Online Order No. RDF10706243.
                Promised date of delivery was 16th April 2021 but the product is yet to be delivered. ECOM Tracking status shows that the product has arrived at Kochi on 15th April at 14:33 IST. But repeated followups with Ecom and reliance digital has not yielded any relief.

                Today received an sms from com mentioning that product cannot be delivered as the customer was unable. This is absolutely false.

                Request a resolution for the issue.

                  Currently I'm working in Ecom express DC Tohana (code TUN) as a Delivery Boy. My supervisor Mr Sunil kumar behaviour is very bad. All time playing card. Not fill the register as a supervisor work. He said this is not my work. Last week he lost a parcel but he said this is your mistakes. When i tell him but he said if you want to work or not. Thats why I'm leaving. Know body want to work with him because his behavior is very bad.

                        आपको सूचित करना चाहता हूं कि मैं दीपक पांडेय, जो कि यूनियन बैंक ऑफ इंडिया दाउदनगर में कार्यरत हुँ, मेरा "फ्लिपकार्ट" से 1 पार्सल था,
                        जो कि[protected] को मेरे पता पर डिलीवर होना था, किसी कारणवश कूरियर पार्टनर डिलीवरी नही दे पाए । तो मैंने बोला कि कोई बात नही आप अगले दिन "आफिस ऑवर" में डिलिवर कर दीजियेगा ।
                        मैं अगले दिन यानी कि[protected] को शाम 5:00 तक इंतजार किया, परंतु न ही तो कोई मैसेज आया न ही कोई फोन कॉल,
                        मुझे समान की सख्त जरूरत थी, तो मैं इन्क्वायरी के लिए नजदीक के ECOM सेन्टर, जो कि दाउदनगर, पटना रोड (जिला औरंगाबाद) में स्थित है वहां गया, एवं अपने प्रोडक्ट के बारे में पूछा, तो बहुत ही बद्तमीजी के साथ बोला गया कि, आप डायरेक्ट क्यों आये, आपके पते पर समान पहुच जाएगा ।
                        मैंने बोलै की भाई आप 1 बार चेक तो कर लीजिए कि आपके पास मेरा प्रोडक्ट है कि नही (क्योंकि ECART से भी आता है)
                        परंतु बार बार आग्रह के बाद भी नही सुने, मैंने बोला कि अगले दिन[protected] को बैंक बन्द है, मेरा प्रोडक्ट वापस चला जायेगा, इसके बावजूद कोई भी रेस्पॉन्स नही मिला ।
                        मैं उनको बोला भी की आपकी शिकायत में आपके ऊपर के अधिकारी से करूँगा, तो जवाब आया कि जहां करना है कीजिये,
                        मैं आपसे पूछना चाहता हूं कि क्या इस तरह की सेवा दी जाती है ECOM से, मैं तो उम्मीद नहीं करता, क्योंकि आपकी हर जगह मुझे बेहतर सेवा मिली है ।
                        मैं चाहता हूँ कि ECOM, दाऊदनगर के खिलाफ उचित कार्यवाई किया जाए ।

                                  My awb is [protected] and the delivery was supposed to be here on 14 april 2021. The delivery boy did not call me on that day and never tried to deliver my address in the following Dayan and in tracking it shows "customer refused to accept". Then it shows ofd locked after 1 week I have reached to their customer support and they keep telling it will be delivered in next 24 hours and yet no delivery and i have no idea if will ever get my product.it’s 20 th April now.

                                      This brance of ecom (Ganderbal j&k 191201) didn't deliver me the parcel. And when i called them they misbehaved. I am a loyal customer and you can check my previous delivery history on magray [protected]@gmail.com. Even they were so rude and used bad language. The order is kartrocket AWB [protected]. They refused to deliver this order. I need a quick enquiry in this matter.
