    I got a message sayin that my product reached jorhat on 12 April 2021 and will be delivered by that day and the next day i got another msg saying"ure product is undelivered due to wrong location"delivery boy doesn't even call me at all and my location isn't wrong at all..I call Ecom jorhat and they say that my products will be delivered by 14th april and so on till now they heaven't deliver yet i waited everyday and i called them everyday but till now i heaven't received yet😡😡😡😡please take action for real

        My product was picked up on 25th january 2021, but still it is not delivered yet. The awb number is [protected], and order no is [protected],

              Hi sir/mam
              Actually I need to get 2 items delivered by the Ecom by 13 of this month but still I haven't received any item from the delivery executive
              Daily I am receiving messages that my product will get delivered by today but no action has been done
              I have informed to the local Ecom supervisor mr.satish battula as well yesterday regarding this.., but today he is not picking up the call rather he is cutting the call.
              I hope you understand my concern
              And please make sure that I get my products delivered by today evening atleast

                Why my parsal not delivered at my address, my parsal come at your Mandavi hub and my village just 35 km from Mandavi, date 12/04/2021 til date why not delivered my parsal, your delivery hub boy said he not delivered my parsal he said we not delivered big parsal so what i should do, why pickup you big Parsal if your company not enable to delivery, this is my official complaint also notice we continue Touch with your tele callers and i am said if my parsal not delivered at my address we charge per day Rs.100/- late delivery from 12/04/2021 till and we go for consumer court with this screenshot also your executive call recording, please reply urgently why do not take action with your delivery boy

                  Regarding [protected]. It should be delivered by 10th April. But the delivery person was called me on 10th but I unable pick the call due to office meeting . After that still It is not delivered but the delivery status keep on updated wrongly.

                    Ecom express committed date of delivery date is 12/4/21. But my oder is not coming for out for delivering. in the tracking is showing that it is in delivery center. I provide the correct address and pin code .
                    It is 4days and is also call to the customer care there is no response from u side.it worst delivery courier.
                    And there were saying that able to delivery.i ask for reson there is no answer.

                      AWB[protected] article was given return status in amazon. I was not able to take phone while they call. But when i tried to connect again my call was not able to connect. Later they call me on 12.04.2021 said they will come and pick up. Later i didn't receive any notificationa from them.

                          My package AWB is [protected].

                          Delivery guy contacted me over phone said that he is nearby. Without reaching me, asked for OTP. Since I refused to reveal OTP, He never showed up and changed status to unsuccessful. I raised complaint on the same issue twice, but no response received from Ecom Express. Pathetic service. Very disappointed.

                            Hi,

                            The courier company always tell lies to customer,
                            On call they tell us the personal reason for delay in delivery and update incorrect details to client about non-delivery of courier.

                            I have never seen such pathetic service from other small courier companies.

                            The Flipkart/Netmeds and other companies need to think twice before doing contract with such fraud company.

                                The package has been thrown inside my yard. We were not home. He didn't even call to inform me about the delivery. If he had called I could have asked him to deliver to the neighbors. He has thrown it inside and the bottle may be broken. So unprofessional. This has happened for the 2nd time.                                     My order from Medlife is showing OFD Lock applied. It was to be delivered on 9th April 2021, but delivery boy asked for payment of prepaid order so I refused and call back customer care of Medlife they agreed to rectify, but the order as not delivered till date and now it is shoing OFD Lock applied.

                                      I had ordered the some products It is very important to me it not delivered to my address location .in the tracking showing that reached the visakhapatanam.
