I have ordered an product in the app of bewakoof it was dispatched through your courier I got an otp as saying it will be delivered 12/04/2021 with an executive number I spoke to him thrice on that day he repeatedly saying it will be today today today, at the end of the day only sms received stating delivered but I have not got my package but I have paid my money at the time of placing the order now I lost my money this is the way of doing business..this is absolutely cheating I need my money back or else I know how to handle a case I am lawyer so I have everything ready to put a case against you so be ready for everything

      Any of your customer care is not working. I want to connect to your customer care but there is no way to connect. I have rescheduled my delivery as of 12-Apr but my delivery is not delivered even after two days. Really poor service from your side.

        Today morning by 11 am Dated on[protected] one pickup boy came and took reverse pickup parcel but now I got msg that reverse pickup not done. How this possible and I don't have that guy mobile number or name. Kindly see attached order number and SMS screen shot for reference

                  When I entered the provided awb number given on the flipkart app on ecom express it showed invalid awb number

                      I have an order in "Ecom Express", The status shows that my order is out for delivery(10 April, 2021). And I got the call from the delivery guy at 5:30 PM. He said that his bike punctured and cannot come to deliver the item. I understood his problem and he assured me that he would deliver the package the next day only after 5min I received a text message saying that "it was undelivered because the Customer was not available". How can they cheat this way and give false statement whereas the customer was available to receive the package. Next day I waited till 7pm to get my package till then inbetween I have already called the customer service and raised a complaint on phone also. Then finally another delivery person calls and tells me that because of few reasons I am unable to deliver your package. I blasted at him and told I have complaint so many times to the customer care service. I told him kindly deliver my package tonight itself to my door. He said okay, but after 5 minutes again I am receiving a message saying that "The package was undelivered because the customer was not available". This is very unprofessional how can they cheat us like this.

                      I am not sure when exactly they will deliver. I am requesting you to kindly inform them to call me and deliver the item.

                      And this is not the first time. before this also they have done the same thing. I am waiting for this order for past 2 or 3 days now and I already paid for the item which I have ordered from Amazon... 'IF' there is any damage in my item you will have to refund the money as soon as possible. I will wait till tomorrow for the item to get delivered

                            He came to my house for a delivery that was from nykaa he asked me for the payment I gave him 1000 rs as my order was for 761 rs, he said he doesn’t have change I said You can transfer the remaining amount, he didn’t even said a Single word and moved away with my 1000 rs and I tried calling him He is not picking up my call now !
                            I even ran behind me but not be able to catch him !!

                                  Hi,

                                  I am Arun Upadhya from Bangalore and I have an order in "Ecom Express", today morning the status shows that my order is out for delivery. And I got the call from the delivery guy at 1:35 PM and no one is talking, I was trying to talk but no luck, the call got disconnected. After 5min the status got changed to "Shipment un-delivered 231 Shipment attempted Customer not available".

                                  There is no attempt of calling me back again. And tomorrow also I am not sure whether they will do the same. I am requesting you to kindly inform them that call me and deliver the item.

                                  And this is not the first time. before this also they have done the same thing and they have returned the item to the seller. I am waiting for this order for 4 to 5 days and I already paid for this.

                                  Kindly do the needful.
